“Mama look..” A little girl spoke out pointing at the see-through glass of the nearby arcade. The arcade advertised that there’s a rather limited edition Watapon plush. Only ways to win would be to achieve a totally of ten thousand prize token and for the average gamer that was an almost impossible task..for the more experience? Probably a few hours spent in the arcade.

“Oh, what a cutie but I don’t think we’ll even have the time to try for something like that.” The mother spoke towards her child, she was highly doubtful her daughter would give up just like that so she came up with a compromise. “What if mommy gave you some money and you can try and win it tomorrow. It’s already winter break and I think you deserve a little fun before we go back home.” The woman said as the child looked on quite excited.

“Really mama?” She asked and her mother nodded, from then on she cheered as she continued to walk alongside her mother. A few other things were spoken between them how she wished her father wasn’t too busy with his own special ‘friend’ to help her get the little plush.

AND as fate would have it Yusuke caught every word said, it’s not like he WANTED to eavesdropped but the girl herself was extremely loud. From the sounds of it that was a single mother because the father is off gallivanting with some broad. Yusuke could only picture the look on the kid’s face if she doesn’t win the plush. “Damn broad settin’ her kid up for nothin’ but disappointment.” Yusuke spoke as he stood next to Duke (sorry I’m a 4kids watcher). His eyes then peered at the poster stuck onto the arcade window. “Ten thousand game tokens huh..” It looks like the seemingly ‘street thug’ was thinking of doing something random and kind. “Hmm she did say she’s bringing her back t’morrow. Ugh, what am I talkin’ about..I don’t owe that kid a damn thing. Though, think you could pull it off if you actually camped out in here for the day?”

Entering a casino felt like a sensation of different experiences hitting you at once, the bright lights, the flashing neon signs of all of the various machines just urging you to play them - the sounds that all of the noisy machines made, either when being played or dispersing out money - and that wasn't even getting into all of the well dressed people all around them.

"So..." He taps his thumbs together dumbly, blankly looking from one machine next to the next as he stands almost dumbstruck in place. "Which one do we play, first...?"

"Dueling has certainly evolved from Standard Duels, yes. It is why there have been various Duel Schools created to teach individuals how to master the more complex summoning methods."

The term his father coined upon arrival in the Standard Dimension that his son later found in the records are what he uses to describe here. Though, it was interesting to Reiji that while the basic form of dueling from his home world did not involve any summoning mechanics from the Extra Deck, the ones from Ryuji Otogi's world included Fusion Summoning and Ritual Summoning. This fact only adds evidence to his working theory that those from 'Domino City' were from a dimension quite separate from the four he is familiar with.

Should he refer to it as the Domino Dimension, or was another name more appropriate? He isn't quite sure yet.

What the pro duelist was sure of was that it seemed that his father's research on dimensions, as expansive as it is, was incomplete. The world was much bigger than even Reiji realized, meaning the potential for his father's interdimensional war to spread to even more places. Thus, it was important to learn as much about other places as possible, and perhaps...even recruit some allies in this difficult struggle.

"What is of more interest to me is that I have not quite heard of this...Pegasus you referenced. The original distributor of Duel Monsters cards has been...shadowed in mystery where I am from. My company has taken over some distributing rights, including being the only distributor of Pendulum Cards, but whoever created the game is not public knowledge."

When he’s not in a relationship, he’s very quiet on the matter. He’s the type that feels that there isn’t truly a perfect person for him, or that he’s rather inferior when it comes to the topic. He’s generally not used to it.

The city was rather new to Doll. Every building and landmark something they never thought they'd live to see. It felt like it had been a very long time since they'd gotten to explore like this. Even if it really hadn't, they merely didn't know any better. Had no real memory of their time before now.

And it would be on this little adventure that he came across a cafe. The inside seeming so inviting to someone who remembered so little about how the world worked. And so in they would go, looking around curiously as those sea green eyes landed on one of the servers. Head tilting slightly as they raised a hand in an attempt at a greeting.
