Poem for Diaries of Imigrantes Road - Little Red Moths Everywhere

“Oh… This wasn’t planned…”

Little red moths flutter

Tunnel vision glowing bright

Shivering winds cause a shudder

There’s been a mistake, a major mistake

Not how you’re supposed to feel, not another utter

Not a complain, not an ache

Red glow, red tunnel

Whisper to the hiding place

Crawled right from out of the rubble

Red smile plagues the face

Candle glowing on the road, a sign

Blaring come to us, to erase

Fluttering wings begin to align

Two steps closer along the highway

Colors whirring now entwine

Light of red now in decay

Little red moths everywhere

Life flying into the air

Diaries of Imigrantes Road is starting up!

This is a small, open-submission zine centering around Imigrantes Road, a series by the amazing creator Ghosttundra!

To be a part of this zine, create a piece of art or writing centering on the Imigrantes Road characters. You may submit 2 pieces if you wish, and all pieces must be the dimensions as stated above. There is no word maximum for writing.

When submitting, send your piece to usaginekozines@gmail.com with the name you wish to be credited by, no more than 2 separate social media handles, and a profile picture to be displayed by your name. Submissions are due April 17!
