I just watched the 1993 Super Mario Bros movie, and the chokehold big age gap Mario and Luigi has on me right now is insane. Mario being extremely overprotective of the boy he raised? Muah *chefs kiss*. I now want a story where Luigi is in school, and Mario just tries and helps him with his homework or something. I need more domestic Mario and Luigi. I just wanna see the two of them sitting in their apartment in Brooklyn watching tv together, I wanna see them enjoy walks, do actual plumbing, I wanna see Mario teach Luigi plumbing.

Luigi doesn't even know who his parents are.
And if Mario legitimately raised Luigi alone while impoverished and without any family he could rely on, he did such a fantastic job?? It's no wonder he's the most abrasive of all the Marios (not that I have a problem with that. Grumpy Mario my beloved.)
Don't even get me started on Mario being his little brother's wingman, trying to feed Luigi dialogue under his breath when he's attempting to chat up Daisy.
Also him aggressively backseat driving and trying not to panic while Luigi is a maniac behind the wheel?
Putting himself through hell to help his little bro rescue the woman he loves?
One of the best parts was when, after Bowser President Koopa attempts to gouge Luigi's eyes out in a moment of rage, Mario jumps in and grapples Koopa to get him off. He gets tased for his efforts, but succeeds in keeping his bro's eyeballs intact.
Then in the devo chamber in the next scene you can see Mario nervously checking on Luigi in the background, cupping his face as he ensures there's no serious damage done.
Sorry Mario, Luigi was kinda right to describe you as his mother.

OH YEAH ALSO finally watched the FNAF movie with the coolest person on Earth, 11/10 movie, Mike looked ready to curl up into a fetal position on the floor and burst into tears at all moments, he is so me, would watch again

i watched the 2007 rgg movie tonight just to see what its like and i have a lot to say about it but for now i just doodled my favorite scene bc i could not handle it
#ryu ga gotoku#yakuza#overall my thoughts about it were that it was very funny but mostly in the ways it wasnt supposed to be#the casting was.... mostly bad honestly#kiryu's actor's face made me SO MAD he just pissed me off every time i saw him#he looked like some slick asshole i hated him#he didnt move or emote like kiryu either like that was straight up a different man#majima looked... not good. and sounded worse. BUT. his actor really fucking gave it his all#he was acted very well and conveyed majima perfectly i think. many good majima moments this was but one of them#funniest part by far was the nishiki reveal tho. MY GOD. he looked SO EXCEPTIONALLY BAD.#i was laughing for five solid minutes i had to pause and take a picture#my cheeks fucking hurt laughing at nishiki. dear lord. im very sorry to his actor he just. I did really like Green Lantern: First Flight. I don't know if it was very true to the character because I haven't gotten to lantern comics yet (with the exception of Circle of Fire). So maybe it wasn't a good introduction maybe it was but it did really sell me on Hal as a character.

not to sound like an old fuck but teenagers are the fucking worst
#we went to go see a movie last night and there was this group of teenagers#ive never wanted to commit a crime more in my life#basically this whole group sucked but it had a catalyst of sucky of this one kid in a White Shirt#so White Shirt kept getting up and walking around like he was a recipient of the fucking boston marathon#he kept making super loud noises seemingly just to piss people off#he kept having insanely loud conversations and arguments with his friends#like i dont think any of them watched the movie at all#in the middle of the movie he walked in with 3 random people and things got so much worse#he fuckin kept waving his flashlight into the audience like a fucking prick#he got into an argument enough that his friends separated from him and also started walking around the theater#including this couple that came and sat in front of us (in one seat. girl sat on dude's lap like there werent others around)#and THEY kept arguing. and she kept standing up for long periods of time and sitting down again#we actually went out at one point. one of my friends yelled at white shirt to stop being a prick and asked an attendee to kick him out#attendee just came in the theater and watched while White Shirt was out of the room specifically so he wouldnt get in trouble#White Shirt was also acting like he didnt do shit#he ALSO interrupted people IN THE BATHROOM saying 'who wants to be in a youtube video'#anyway the attendee just did fucking nothing and let that jackass and his friends ruin an entire movie#i cant even tell you how the movie was because of his shit#anyway yea teenagers are the fucking worst and if youre reading this White Shirt i hope you choke on your own dick#bc if youre gonna act like that later in life youre never gonna get laid
