Hi guys let’s talk about being more effective in the morning So one of my go to advice is to actually go out of bed the moment you wake up instead of having 100 of alarms set Then I will recommend you to pack the day before. This way you only have to grab you bag before you go ... I’m so sleepy in the morning that I could easily forget to bring something ! I would recommend to do your lunch in the evening too so you can save some precision minutes of sleep in the morning ! I also pick my clothes for the next day in the evening after I checked the weather and what I have to do. In the morning if I have classes I’m in an automatic mode wake up dress up breakfast brush teeth and go If I’m home I already prepare what I have to do in a list the day before and once I wake up I just go for it !
