Back in March, covid threw me completely off balance. I worked way too many hours-- from the moment I woke up to right before I went to sleep, and on weekends. It was no way to live, especially during a pandemic. I've been on a work diet and, for the most part, have been sticking to more reasonable hours, though every once in a while do slip by working too much. Moreover, while adjusting to this new circumstance, I've also been trying to relearn balance in other ways too. And the surprising thing is that, in some ways, I'm finding myself stronger. Just riding this rollercoaster (covid made me get on it-- I don't ride rollercoasters by will) and just hanging on.
