Another page from the Loop Being Emo In The Woods WIP! The aftermath of the little episode from the previous page I posted. This one’s finished, and I need to think long and hard abt whether this level of detail is like, sustainable for something 15 pages long 😅

This comic originated from wanting to see more straight up sifloop romance, with pining and sad eyes and angsty internal monologues and tropey romcom bits and a healthy mix of drama/comedy. I plotted out a couple funny little one page comics, then got into thinking about character motivations and emotional beats, and now we’re like, maybe 15 comics/scenes/chaoters plotted and storyboarded in this universe? But because I hate keeping things simple, every one of those fucking comics is between 6-15 pages long and dialogue heavy, and I’m getting mired in the characterization of it all (not even counting getting mired in the visual storytelling and the plot progression of it all! And not even getting started on the “still very new to digital art, how does one use procreate” of it all!) Soooo haha I’m in danger :3

If anyone wants to talk in dms or on discord abt this comic and the greater sifloop shipping trash story it’s part of, hit me up! Especially if you know your way around plotting out a story a lil bit. I don’t know how to start conversations online 🙈 but I like to think I bring a lot to the table talking meta, trading wips and other art that I can’t post here, making lil comics from discord bits, and exchanging help with plotting/storyboarding/dialogue/character interpretations.

It had only been two weeks since Green had made his channel with his friends, and he had already landed himself in hot water.

It's not as if he was in the wrong. (He was.) He was just…trying to create content for his viewers! The kind that they would want to see. Green would do anything for them.

Anything.

That was when his latest video had backfired on him horribly with his friends caught in the crossfire. To make matters worse, his twin sibling, Blue, had taken the brunt of it.

Everyone had fussed over him. Everyone had comforted them. Green even bowed his head and didn't dare look him in the eye for the entire day out of shame.

But the shame wasn't enough to stop him from editing the footage and uploading the video.

He thought it'd be fine. It'd be fine to just edit out the more awkward parts of the video. Edit parts in ways that would be more funny. Before the part where everything had backfired.

It wasn't fine.

His viewers had still noticed how off everything was. How the the Color Gang didn't seem happy to be there. How weird it was that the video cut off so abruptly. (He had forgotten to put in the closing credits. He needed to have told them to like and subscribe but Blue's…incident was enough to scramble his brain. Idiot.)

And then his friends found out that he uploaded the video and they all blew up at him.

Red's was expected, really. Second and Yellow were more tame in comparison, but their disapproval could be sensed from miles away.

But Blue? Kind and pacifistic Blue? Blue, that would cook someone's favorite meal at the drop of a hat just to cheer them up?

Blue had lunged at Green and screamed.

It was the most furious Green has ever seen of them. And that was ignoring the erased memories of their own childhood.

And now, here he was, standing in the forest with just the clothes on his back and Primal, his mother, moving aside foliage to scavenge for food.

"Why didn't we take a car?" He asks.

"I'd be giving you an out if I did." She said.

Oh yeah kinda a random thing before I (try to) go to bed. I’ve been kinda considering making a little Discord server for people who are fans of N (or just fans of Team Plasma and Gen 5 in general, though considering my current brainrot there would absolutely be N theming at the forefront if I actually make it) Nothing crazy just the most chill little corner Discord you can imagine. Been considering it cause I really wanna engage with both my N moots and just people who like N in general more but also I have comically large social anxiety and Discord is the place I feel most confident socially in, and just in general Discord is more casual than Tumblr imo. Basically I’m just posting this to gauge interest sorry for rambling lol
