I get hating certain political systems and trying to abolish totalitarian regimes but at the same time many of them are so interwoven with our history and society they have become tropes and when I consume media with a setting where the monarchy is absolute and revered then I am playing my part and sucking that princeling off

waking up to see the spoiler posts about fhjy and wondering if i should even bother watching the finale if it's going to piss me off, and just keep watching the Mighty Nein instead.

i think i'm done watching the Intrepid Heroes seasons. This kinda shit happens a lil too often.

#intrepid heroes have any sense of remorse for teenaged villains challenge #level: impossible #Starstruck was amazing #Neverafter was good but has the same problems as fhjy #which is that the intrepid heroes have zero sympathy #and people keep touting like 'its about love and its about kindness' like no its not #its about unfair justice in the form of murdering teenagers for acting the way teenagers act when they are traumatized and/or groomed #Fhsy was the only good season finale of fantasy high #og fh ended with murdering teenagers who had been groomed into doing an evil persons bidding #fhjy is ending with murdering teenagers who were groomed to do an evil adults bidding #neverafter finale ended with murdering teenagers who had been deeply traumatized and saying it was for the greater good bc theyd be better #its just tiring to watch atp. i think im done watching intrepid heroes seasons #'its a show about love and how kindness is magic' no its not #its a show about killing the people who wrong you even if the punishment outweighs the crime #it's a show about unjust justice being served by characters who will be allowed to get away with it because its integral to the story #it's a show about playing dnd. and what is dnd about if not killing characters that might have had a little more love and depth if you #had only cared enough to give them the chance at redemption

I didn’t have time to draw something for Halloween, so here’s this old drawing I did a while ago of Meta Knight as Captain Picard/Locutus of Borg from Star Trek: The Next Generation that I feel somewhat fits the Halloween theme. I call him Locutus of Borb.

#Kirby #Kirby fanart #my art #Meta Knight #I don’t think this looks very good this was one of my first Kirby drawings and I was still figuring out how to draw everyone #I’ll probably redraw this eventually but still wanted to share this since I didn’t have time to draw anything for Halloween #aside from being a Kirby fan I’m also a big fan of Star Trek I’ve seen all the shows and movies #and I see a lot of parallels between Star Trek and Kirby #literally the whole plot of Planet Robobot is just the Borg storyline in Star Trek lol #for Kirby fans who don’t follow Star Trek the Borg are a collective of cyborgs that can essentially mechanize other species #they appear as recurring antagonists and attempt to assimilate other species into their collective against their will #and once they’ve assimilated a person they can influence that person to do their bidding #in The Next Generation they assimilate Captain Picard and turn him into Locutus of Borg so they can use him to try and assimilate Earth #it reminded me a lot of what Susie did to Meta Knight in Planet Robobot so that’s where the idea for this drawing came from #I’ll have to draw more Star Trek and Kirby crossover stuff there’s a lot I can work with for crossovers lol #like Star Trek straight up has a mirror universe full of evil versions of the characters that’s literally just Amazing Mirror #and the episode of the anime where Dedede gets the Scarfies as pets is basically just the Tribble episode from Star Trek #anyways happy Halloween please enjoy Locutus of Borb

Thats so crazy. Im kind of crazy thinking about durge jutta and orin's relationship as sisters btw. Like it kind of makes me VEWRY SAD because post-lobotomy jutta is kind of like. Extremely perpetual regretful about everything she's done in her past like she feels like Perpetual Guilt over it (wouldnt put out of the questions attempts of repenting in one way or another, or trying to scratch away her bhaal scarification on her shoulders and chest) and personally yes initially she's terrified of Orin because she vaguely only remembers you know. Being lobotomized by her. But the more and more she remembers about her past. the more shes like wow. I can't hate her at all. In fact I think i want to forgive her and I think she didn't deserve it. But if i were in her position and i did what she did I would accept it if she wanted me dead
