The prompt was hair buns, so then I spiraled and now we have ava urging beatrice to close her eyes cuz

"you'd look cute with twin space buns," Ava smiles.

Beatrice grumbles and begrudgingly sits at on the floor resting her back against the couch. She closes her eyes hoping that'll stop Ava from sensing the corners of her lips curl.

Ava doesn't quite unfurl her low bun yet, she smooths her hands over her hair nails scratching lightly against her scalp. She takes her time pressing her fingers into Beatrice's hair and it's hypnotic.

Beatrice doesn't want to dwell how it feels like Ava is pressing against her, urging her existence to rub off on her. Like Ava's afraid there would be no trace of her (ever) tomorrow. It feels too raw, too tender for her to speak out loud.

Eventually Ava stops carding through her hair and divides it into sections. She feels her sweep her hands against her neck and it's nice, really nice. It makes her want to cry, and Beatrice is not sure she could stop if she did. She can feel Ava start to tie a section off and she's sure Ava has never tied a bun before.

She's sure she's never tied anyone's hair before. Beatrice clenches her teeth and sits. She's content to be her first, she's content to wait until Ava has it figured out.

(Later when she's done, Beatrice will laugh seeing two bushes sticking out of her head, asking, "what makes them space buns?"

Even as someone who has been with the Screams my e n t i r e life & watches an insane amount of horror, Randy just has never. been that character for me. He serves his role well enough, is consistently written, & gets an iconic death, but he really outlived his usefulness in the OG as the franchise expanded beyond just. regular horror satire. 👀 kfhdhd I don't even take that much issue with 3. SO TRUE. I love 3 and how cheesy it is. some people say that it's the worst because of how silly it is, but it just makes it a fun watch. (Saw 3 haters can leave the chat, I may not like Jeff but I love the B story of the movie with Amanda and John and Jeff's wife) Yes ugh I love dbd because it's horror central. I have my issues with the game (like balancing, the devs being as dumb as bricks and feeling like we talk to a brick wall, the community being as horrible as it is.) But at its core, most of that is mostly avoidable and the game is just fun. I love knowing I can play as different killers or survivors from so many different legendary movies/tv shows (and I think I wrote a Danny Johnson fic earlier this year..)

Yesss ugh the hate Jacob gets is soooo annoying. Let him be a semi-problematic man whore in his crop top in peace!! Same with other characters that are problematic like Billy, for instance. He's obviously not a good person but people sit there and act like they haven't hurt someone else, and live their life completely like a virtuous, infallible person. Max and Laura were the weakest parts for me, I think the cop should have just killed them after he found them. The whole hostage part in the jail is soooo cliche and predictable (ntm overhearing crucial pieces of lore that makes the Hacketts look dumb for being so careless.) I like them but I found it so boring that they get the main stage after being absent for 70-80 percent of the game after the intro. Like Laura comes back in then they do a whole chapter flashback explaining everything, but it sucks. LMAO @ the clones because it's so true. While I do write my voice (the way I talk and think) into the reader I don't usually bother to write reader appearance aside from clothing/obvious accessories. I don't get why others can't do the same in the way of appearance.

St Patricks Day Milo fics sound interesting... so I'd love to hear what you have in mind for those🫣 And yesss ugh I'd be begging him to slam it down on the desk--either front or back--and mess up the note taking with something more worthwhile

anyways, hello my loves! i’m here to give you some updates on where this blog stands and is (hopefully!) going 🤭

first, what the fuck happened? 🫣

it’s been pretty much exactly a year since i dipped from this account (again). i’m sorry about that. i got a little overwhelmed and frankly just didn’t feel motivated or excited to write for a long time. i tried writing a few things (and got a little far tbh) but i just wasn’t satisfied with any of it. i even had a terrible moment or two where i got very close to deleting this account entirely but i decided against it as i’m really proud of some of the things i put out, and i would’ve been really sad to see it go. i also love all of you very much and appreciate everything you guys have done for or said to me, and i would’ve felt really guilty taking this blog away from you guys. so i promise i won’t be doing that any time soon!

i’m sure most of you have seen my teaser for first love part 5 by now (which, yes, will unfortunately be the last part for the series 😓) but!! i have like 1 or 2 small things i plan on posting before hand to keep you guys fed since it won’t be posted for another month or so. i’ve been working on it as much as i can for the past couple months, but i do work basically every day so i can only write so much 🫤 but yeah, that’s how first love is! i’ll explain some more on it when i can!!

i’ve gotten so many sweet messages since i went MIA (a little under 40 😭). i’m sorry to keep all of you waiting, but i promise i’ll try to answer them soon! i did get some negative comments about my absence and such, but i won’t be answering any of those publicly. i don’t want to feed into them. i understand i’ve done this multiple times & it’s annoying, and i apologize for that. writing is a big passion of mine (as is interacting with all of you!) but it can get draining running this account sometimes. i’m trying my best, and i appreciate your patience with me. i’m definitely undeserving of it.

So I decided to do tech and ruin everything from the inside, so you might be thinking. 'Why confess all this' Because everything is already happening." she explains

We suddenly hear coughing, people throwing up, we see blood and people fainted. She ran out of the theatre. Ant tended to the wounded I counted the fainted (get it? ;) ) and put them in my dressing room checking pulses and turning on fans. Lin took the sick to the bathroom to throw up and gave them masks, water, food, naps, and even called the ambulance they got everyone to the hospital.

"Are you guys ok?" I ask "No I was so excited to be in a possible in a big show and some bitch ruined it" Ant shares "And I was excited to have one of my shows on stage and back on Broadway but then this." Lin confesses "I'm sorry guys but the doctors say they will be better by next week maybe even before then." I say trying to cheer them up "We'll that's good I guess visiting hours will be over soon let's say Bye to everyone" Lin brings up. We did just that we said bye and I said I'll text them everything later.

Mostly because he was abusive and hurt lucas and max but like… he had no idea what was going on??😭 I like his representation of an actual outsider getting involved in the mess going on behind the scenes that the main group has kept hidden. It’s better than the Hawkins Lab villains being all basic and generic because Jason at least represents the average person.. 3 makes sm sense to be the end of the series because it kills the main guy making the traps. They could’ve (and should’ve) done a spinoff focusing on Amanda instead of writing her out too. I hate that they kept being like “well this person was shadowing john before this person who was shadowing john before this person…” it’s just so repetitive. In terms of Killers, Ghostface is an aesthetically pleasing character but he’s not my main because his power kinda sucks😪 (stalking but he’s too slow to make good use of it), Demogorgon was up there as my main because he can teleport and has a good ‘dash’ ability that lets him do a long range jump attack, and Tiffany (chucky) is really fun for the same reason as Demo (Michael Myers would be on here but I’m waiting for his rework because his power is so ass). Pig I already said was a favorite of mine since you literally put people in reverse bear traps. Trickster, Artist, and Dredge are probably my favorite original killers in the game. In terms of survivors, I just put who’s hottest as my favorite, and usually it’s Renato Lyra (wrote a fic about pookie🤭) and Gabriel Soma. For licensed survivors, I’d choose Steve Harrington or Leon, since they both have decently good perks and are just🥵 (in other source material, they’re just okay looking here but it’s like how fortnite Leon was adapted to fit the games art style.)

The Billy stuff was particularly annoying because you could not say one nice thing about him without his relationship with Max or him being racist becoming a topic of discussion, but my thing is that he’s fictional and the topic of fics has nothing to do with either??
