I like the boops honestly. With how reblog averse this site has gotten over the years (and asks and comments and honestly most interactions) sometimes tumblr can feel like a really small place if you're not already popular. But the boops show there's so much of us here, we're not so alone or insignificant. It's kinda comforting. Like before I was looking up at an empty dark sky, but now I can see you. I can see all the stars and it makes me so happy.
