listen i say this with love but fanfic writers, you do not have to always refer to the main characters as a specific description for every single one of their lines or actions like ‘the taller one said…’ or ‘the curly haired boy said’…… we know the characters…. a simple pronoun or name will suffice.

#dont take offense bylers this goes for literally every fic ive ever read despite the ship #there was a snowbaz one i read and the plot was SO good but dear god its like they forgot they had names #it was like ‘the vampire’ ‘the curly haired boy’ ‘the taller boy’ ‘the chosen one’ you can just say a pronoun babe #its my biggest pet peve im sorry #ive never seen it in books unless its referring to a character we dont know the name of yet. only fanfiction has it and i hate it #byler tumblr
