Did noise and noisette know each other before they died in Hell Tower and how did Noisette end up in hell?

Yeah, they did know each other before death.

Here Theo was extremely stressed with his life as a mascot and TV star. Sure, Noisette did her best to cheer up and sustain her boyfriend, but as much Theo appreciated her efforts deep down he was still feeling rotten inside.

The days after Theo's death by drug overdose Noisette really struggled with working at "Noisette's Cafe" open, mostly because of her grief and guilt messing with her mood, so much she got to the point of doing... Questionable things in order to make new clients and keep her business going.

Because of this after her death she ends up in Hell for committing the sin of Lust. And honestly, it's fine for Noisette. Because at the end she got to reunite with her boyfriend and she'll never have to be afraid of losing him ever again.
