Downton Abbey

A friend at work asked me If I had seen the 1st episode of the second season of Downton Abbey. This is what I sent him. (has some vague spoilers)

YES I DID AND IT WAS WONDERFUL BUT ALSO WHAT?!?!  (comments on the first epp of season 2 below. In all caps ... Because it is necessary)  

1. EDITH??!?!? WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO STEAL FARMER’S FROM THEIR WIVES?!? COME ON MAN, THAT LADY WORKS HARD AND STILL TRIES TO LOOK PRETTY!

It really annoys me how everyone tries to convince Daisy she didn't do the wrong thing in marrying William.

She's right-she DID do something she shouldn't have and I hate how we seem to be supposed to agree with the opinions of Mrs Patmore and Mrs Hughes.
