"The object of art is to give life shape" -Shakespeare. . There's a "red line" only stage before this, that I put down the reds to figure out the "shapes" I want the composition to have. I took this shot after putting some gray lead down which is there to help define the shapes from the red line roughs. . . The gray lines are still rough at this point, but I'm ok because I know I'm inking it. So, I can define the final lines/decisions at this point with inks. . . The ink stage is coming soon... . .
