Two expatriates – Naushad Rahman and Jiju Kumar – have won sums of OMR 50,000 each, in the O! Millionaire environmental initiative draws

Muscat, Oman – October 27, 2022 – For Naushad Rahman, the unprecedented win was the outcome of matching six out of seven numbers, for which he was awarded a cheque of OMR 50,000 at the O! Millionaire head office. It was all about regularly participating with the O! Millionaire green certificate and a bit of patience that brought the big surprise, says Naushad.

According to a press release from O! Millionaire, not only does he have more possibilities now, but he has also contributed to an environmental cause, as Oasis Park – O! Millionaire’s tree planting program – aims to create the region’s most significant green park.

As for Jiju Kumar from Dubai, it was his dream of winning the O! Millionaire draw, which finally manifested after three weeks of consistent participation. “I never imagined I would win the 2nd grand prize. I purchased the green certificate for three weeks in a row and was thrilled beyond words when my certificate matched six out of seven numbers,” says Jiju.

 “With just a green certificate (priced at OMR 2.5), like Jiju, you could be the next winner of OMR 50,000 or, even better, take the grand prize of over OMR 6,100,000,” states the press note.

A green certificate, which participants purchase to support O! Millionaire’s tree-planting program that forms the basis of Oasis Park, entitles them to an entry for a draw valued at over OMR 6,000,000. The certificate provides participants two chances to win – one through a raffle that pays out one winner OMR 10,000 every week and another through a draw that can bring them prizes valued at more than OMR 6,000,000. The draw is held every Thursday at 8 pm, and should no grand prize winner be selected in a draw, a sum of OMR 50,000 will be added to the prize sum every week.

O! Millionaire environmental initiative intends to create Middle East’s most significant green park – the Oasis Park in Oman, which will be spread across an area of 1,200 square kilometers and will host 60 million trees. Once Oasis Park is fully developed, it is expected to contribute to CO2 reduction by approximately 1,440,000 tons and will also witness a reduction of the total annual CO2 emission of Oman and will eventually help rebuild the world’s atmosphere.
