Spider-Gwen may be the most famous resident of Earth-65, but her dimension wouldn't be half as much fun without the awful and unlawful Matt "Murderdock", Kingpin of New York City. Talented fans have come together to create this one of a kind fan anthology featuring over a dozen never-before-seen stories, illustrations, and comics all centered around the silver tongued devil we've come to love, as terrible as he may be.

Proceeds from this project will be donated to the Hawai'i Community Foundation in aid of recovery from the Maui wildfires.

Earth-65 Fic Recs

i wanted to be thorough with my suggestions and i know there's a decently popular rec list from @/evilwickedme

I wanted to be able to offer suggestions that weren't too similar to theirs - but from that list, i love-- bullet, my roommate: matt murdock, and the two they wrote, less an apocalypse and human after all

Now down to brass tacks, my rec list:

Matt Murdock's Evil Internship for Struggling Superheros - i highly suggest you check out the entire collection from the author for this one, but this fic particularly is a fav of mine. it's excellent, i love the exploration of gwen and matt's relationship and it's so well written it feels like i'm reading canon material

In the Hall of the Mountian King - i love the POV of this and how we catch a glimpse of how fucking terrifying Matt can be, along with some of Matt and Otomo's relationship, also the amazing comic that was drawn to go with it

Empty Houses -- this is a really really cool take on an e-65 version of blindspot. i love the internal dialogue we get from sam along with his interactions with matt and gwen. also when he gets blinded? i. dont touch me. im sensitve.

Enjoy the Dance - this one is really interesting to me, i really like the portrayal of Otomo and Matt's dynamic, how we get a little more characterization for Otomo, and i enjoyed to open ending and Matt being delirious from blood loss lol

The Indictment of Sick Jan - another goody, love how mattfoggy is portrayed here. I love the teasing and the tension and this fic actually heavily contributed to me shipping the two of them because it really captures their dynamic so well

@murdocksluvrr -- who writes for michael too!!! she's also written for matt and tristan thorn and her works are always *chefs kiss*

@marvelswh0re -- who has recently started writing for michael (i am wholly responsible for this and i love it), my favourite is her fic 'for luck'

@murdock-and-the-sea -- a poet and very gifted writer at heart. 'neogenesis' which she recently released is just... AH. i can go on about it for days. also, vidra writes for michael too, and 'chase your love' iS FANTASTIC

@mindidjarin -- mindi's fics are always, always incredible, and i recently reread 'feast' which is an ode to matt's ass and i just-- i have no words except read this please 😭
