House Episode Master List
Here is my recommended house episodes my credentials are that I have watched house 3 times and the episodes that I remember are worth it and the ones I don't after 3 times must be bad. If you are really bored you can watch them all; you can play spot the celebrity. I was going to describe them all but that's pretty spoiler-y so I will not......
Season 1
S1.E1 - Pilot Classic. You can see how baby Wilson is in the beginning.
I actually don't remember season 1 too much. You can just watch the whole season to get a sense of the house cast. I don't care much for the Volger subplot; he's just House's villian.
If you want to speed run it: S1.E5 / S1.E8 / S1.E10
S1.E21 - Three Stories Fun episode
Season 2
S2.E1 - Acceptance Gotta watch the first episode of every season I guess
S2.E5 - Daddy's Boy I admit I don't remember this episode but some House backstory for you.
S2.E6 - Spin Making you watch an episode for a crumb of Hilson
S2. E7 - Hunting Gaydar
(I skipped a lot of episodes; House has a arc with his ex and I don't care. There may be some Hilson sprinkled in)
S2.E14 - Sex Kills Hilson at the end
S2.E15 - Clueless Hilson
S2.E16 - Safe Oh good more Hilson
S2.E17 - All In Fun episode where they play poker
S2.E18 - Sleeping Dogs Lie Ok this episodes kinda funny at the end
S2.E19 - House vs. God Cute Hilson moment also some Wilson lore
If you want to find out why I hate Foreman feel free to watch S2.E20 & S2.E21
S2.E22 - Forever Sure. This episode could be hilson if you squint.
Season 3
S3.E1 - Meaning First episode of the season babyyyy
S3.E2 - Cane and Able
S3.E4 - Lines in the Sand
S3.E5 - Fools for Love
S3.E6 - Que Sera Sera
S3.E7 - Son of Coma Guy Oh I like this episode. Good hilson and a fun case.
S3.E8 - Whac-A-Mole Start of Hilson drama
S3.E9 - Finding Judas
S3.E10 - Merry Little Christmas
S3.E11 - Words and Deeds
S3.E15 - Half-Wit
S3.E21 - Family
S3.E22 - Resignation ngl I don't remember this one but the wiki says hilson so on the list it goes
Season 4
S4.E1 - Alone
S4.E2 - The Right Stuff
S4.E3 - 97 Seconds House does a little game show type of game to hire a new team; if you like it keep watching if you find it boring go ahead and skip. Olivia Wilde is in them and she's hot so I find them fun.
S4.E4 - Guardian Angels
S4.E5 - Mirror Mirror Hilson; don't blink or you'll miss it.
S4.E8 - You Don't Want to Know I will make you watch this episode for the tiniest bit of Hilson
S4.E9 - Games Hey it's that guy
S4.E10 - It's a Wonderful Lie
S4.E11 - Frozen
S4.E12 - Don't Ever Change
S4.E13 - No More Mr. Nice Guy
S4.E14 - Living The Dream House is just like us fr fr
S4.E15 - House's Head
S4.E16 - Wilson's Heart
Season 5
S5.E1 - Dying Changes Everything
S5.E2 - Not Cancer
S5.E4 - Birthmarks Hilson lets gooooooooooooooooooooo
S5.E5 - Lucky Thirteen I'm an Olivia Wilde apologist
S5.E7 - The Itch
S5.E9 - Last Resort
I hate Foreman!!!!!!!! BOO TO EPISODES 10-15ISH
S5.E17 - The Social Contract
S5.E18 - Here Kitty
S5.E19 - Locked In
S5.E22 - House Divided
S5.E23 - Under My Skin
S5.E24 - Both Sides Now
Season 6
S6.E1 & S6.E2
S6.E3 - Epic Fail WE HATE FOREMAN!!!!!!!
S6.E4 - The Tyrant
S6.E7 - Known Unknowns I don't remember but wiki says Wilson so
S6.E8 - Teamwork If you think Cameron and Chase are funny feel free to watch this one
S6.E10 - Wilson LETS GO WILSON EPISODEEEEEEEE
S6.E11 - The Down Low Hilson off the charts
S6.E12 - Remorse
S6.E15 - Private Lives Hey its that girl. Also she's just like me fr fr
S6.E16 - Black Hole Hilson
S6.E17 - Lockdown Thirteen gets along with the gays
S6.E18 - Knight Fall Thirteen is the best because House doesn't hit on her and simply goes to her for Wilson troubles.
S6.E20 - The Choice House and Wilson might be gay but this show is still h*m*ph*bic
S6.E21 - Baggage
Season 7
House and Cuddy date and it's awful and boring and makes no sense. You may watch the first few episodes if you wish but this show cannot write straight romance to save its life.
S7.E3 - Unwritten
S7.E5 - Unplanned Parenthood
S7.E12 - You Must Remember This
S7.E17 - Fall from Grace
S7.E18 - The Dig
S7.E21 - The Fix
Season 8
I do not care for season 8.
S8.E2 - Transplant Hilson
S8.E9 - Better Half The one hilson scene is so. much.
S8.E16 - Gut Check House and Wilson are in it.
S8.E17 - We Need the Eggs
S8E18 - Body & Soul
The rest of the episodes are Hilson so finish them up!

A/n: This is kinda inspired by BoJack Horseman S3 E9 when Princess Carolyn and BoJack are arguing. Sooooo have fun with it
Masterlist
Tumblr media
[00:43]
Wooyoung avoids looking at you as he lets out a sigh, eyes trained to the ground or moving to any other part of your bedroom just to avoid making any sort of eye contact with you.
Your legs are pulled up to your chest with your blanket tightly wrapped around you in an attempt to feel at least more clothed, which you really aren’t.
“I’m sorry,” he mumbles.
“You could’ve told me before… you know…” you scoff.
Wooyoung was never one for timing; that much you knew from having an odd relationship you shared throughout your years of fucking, dating, fucking, and working together.
“I know. I just wanted at least one last night with you.”
“What the fuck is that supposed to mean, Wooyoung?” you look him dead in the eye and exhale shakily. “You think that you can keep coming back to me like this? The amount of times that you’ve said you’re leaving, but you never do. You tell me that we can’t fuck anymore because our boss would find out, yet you come running back to me whining about how much you miss me and how I’m the only person you can be this vulnerable with. How do you think I feel? How do you think this makes me feel?”
“(Y/n)—”
“No,” you cut him off with the shake of your head. You throw on one of your shirts, “you keep coming back to me after telling me ‘it’s over’ or ‘this is the last night I’ll be here’,” you angrily slip on your shorts and turn to him, “you can’t keep doing this. You make me confused; I don’t like the way I feel around you, Wooyoung.”
Wooyoung goes silent. There isn’t any sense of realisation or devastation, only sadness. He knows that he carries this heavy feeling around him.
He doesn’t move either when you toss his clothes at him.
“You’re a dark cloud, Wooyoung. You carry that cloud around with you unknowingly, and no matter how many times people try to help you, you never rain enough to get rid of your weight.”
“I’m sorry. I’ll leave. This is the last time we’ll meet like this,” he claims. “I promise.”
“Do you really?” You turn to him, “I’m transferring offices. I can’t do this anymore, so I requested a transfer across the country a few days ago, but I was hoping that it wouldn’t go through just in case you needed me.”
“What?”
“I don’t want to have to see you everyday anymore.”
Wooyoung’s felt many things throughout his life. That sticky depressive feeling that never leaves his chest and the pain of grief, but nothing could’ve prepared him for this; knowing that he might have just lost you forever.
His jaw clenches as he lets out a shaky breath, “you know that I never meant to hurt you the way that I do.”
“I know you don’t,” you sigh. You stand at your desk with your arms crossed over your chest and your back facing him, “but people try to help you, Wooyoung, and you can’t get better unless you let them. You keep pushing away people that you love and you keep pushing away people that want to help because you’re so scared of realising just how fucked up you are.”
“I’ll leave. You won’t ever have to see or hear from me ever again. I’m sorry, (Y/n).”
“I know you are.” You turn around and look at him with drooping eyes, “but I do have one question for you before you leave.” Wooyoung gives you a questioning look as you uncross your arms. “Did you ever mean it? That you loved me?”
The air suddenly feels a bit too thick for Wooyoung as he swallows whatever’s left in his drying mouth.
“All those times you told me that I was the only person that could make you feel like you did? That I was the only person you ever felt like you could commit to?”
“I’m…”
The words are too jumbled up in his head in order for him to actually put them into a sentence, but the silence feels like it’s too much for you.
So you sigh, “never mind. Forget I asked. You can leave.”
“I did,” Wooyoung quickly blurts out, which catches you off guard for a moment. There’s a short silence as you wait for him to continue and as Wooyoung tries his best to gather his thoughts. “I did mean it, (Y/n). You really are the only person who made me feel as happy as I did—or as happy as I’m capable of feeling. And I do love you.”
You smile slightly, but it doesn’t do anything to ease the heavy and torn feeling that has already settled in your chest.
A feeling that always seems to be around whenever you see or think of Wooyoung.
“I still do, (Y/n). But I’m broken like this. I can’t help but break everything and everyone I touch. I don’t think I can feel love,” he says softly.
“I know, Woo.” You look him in the eye and nod, “I know.”
“Can we at least stay in touch?” Wooyoung asks, hopeful with a glint in his brown eyes. He really does want to stay in touch with you at least to know that you’re still there supporting him; that you’re still going to stay by his side because you’re the only person who ever has.
But you shake your head and Wooyoung’s hope shatters on the ground like glass when he sees the tears starting to stream down your face.
“No, Wooyoung. You make me too sad.”

S1 E9 - Wheels
an excellent episode that actually covers disability, accessibility, ableism and other forms of discrimination in a great way. this is definitely the best episode so far.
THE GOOD
- the cheerios opening number with the jump ropes is cool as hell
- the baking scene with Quinn and Puck is cute
i do really like them together
- GO OFF, BURT
Burt has his first moment of being the best character in this show. this man knows how to advocate for his kid and be an ally. we stan
- “i want to be clear. i still have the use of my penis.”
the delivery of this line is incredible
- The scene where Burt talks to Kurt about the person calling him a slur on the phone
he handles this conversation so well. for most dad’s like Burt, you know, the kind that are super masculine and seem conservative, this would majorly set them back in their acceptance of their child. but my man Burt is like no you be yourself, just don’t let anyone push you around or hurt you like this. teaching your kid to stand up for themselves without hiding who they are takes a lot of emotional maturity and wisdom. also Burt and Kurt’s relationship is an amazing and unique father-son relationship. it’s very complex and real. it’s one of the best aspects of the show.
- Finn replying “you should work on that” when Rachel says people don’t like her
he’s right and she needs someone to say that to her. telling her that people do like her is detrimental to her. she needs to have someone she trusts tell her, even causally that she needs to get it together and be nicer to the people around her.
- DIVA OFF
- JEAN!!!!
- Tina’s big reveal
this adds such an interesting layer to the rest of the episode. the whole episode is about the kids learning what’s it’s like to be disabled, but it is presumed that Tina already understands that lesson somewhat because of her own disability of sorts. her revealing that she is faking highlights the permanence of Artie’s disability. it also shows how faking something like that can hurt people that actually go through the thing. I feel like this scene has a lot to unpack. It’s definitely a complicated scene, but I find it really interesting.
THE BAD
- stop being such a bitch about money Quinn
he’s not even the father of the baby
- Artie’s shoelace thing
this is a small detail, but Artie is like struggling to tie his shoelaces, but it looks like he can clearly reach them and he should know how to tie shoes. not to read too much into it, but it does feel like their infantilizing him a little bit when Will ties them for him.
- god, Rachel sucks so bad sometimes
like we fucking get it. you’re a star, but guess what honey, that means nothing if you’re a bitch. let your TEAMMATES have a moment in the spotlight or at least a chance to audition for one.
- these kids are straight up ableist
them watching Brittney talk to Becky is pretty jarring. why do they care so much that she hangs out with someone with down syndrome. it’s just very unnecessary. also they frame it as Brittney making them less cool by hanging out with some unpopular freak and it goes very unexamined in the show. this scene does not hold up at all.
- Will needs to get off his high horse
Will you are not nearly the champion of diversity you think you are and Sue has a way better grasp on ableism and how to treat disabled people than you do.
- Burt and Kurt’s last scene
i feel like Kurt throwing the competition to protect Burt is stupid. i understand how seeing your father hurt is tough, but he should have given him a chance to show that he is stronger than that. i feel like Kurt doesn’t understand Burt completely right now and that’s not a bad thing. a kid not understanding their parent is a very real thing. he just really did not have to throw the competition or protect Burt like that. they are both stronger than that and it kinda erases some of the progress made in the last scene.
THE MUSICAL
- Dancing With Myself (9/10)
I love Artie*, ngl. Kevin McHale has a very unique voice and it’s perfect for this song. I also love how fun and simple their version of the song is. this is an excellent number.
- Defying Gravity (7/10)
this song is a musical theater classic and rocks, but they really don’t do anything that interesting with it. also Rachel was better than Kurt. I’m all for breaking down unnecessary gendered barriers, but she did sing it better. i also just really don’t like Chris Colfer’s voice that much and this song was too high for him.
- Proud Mary (6/10)
ah yes, the infamous Proud Mary in wheelchairs. this was very woke and clever in 2009. it feels strange and a little dated now. I don’t know it has a weird vibe. Mercedes and Artie do sing the heck out of it though and their voices work really well together.
OTHER
- not being able to get a handicap bus is really sad and fucked up, but also feels very realistic
(although it might be illegal because of like antidiscrimination laws or something but i’m not totally sure)
*I do wish he was played by an actual disabled person, but it was 2009 what can you do
