Welcome! This is the first time I’m doing one of these, but I’m hoping it’ll be fun! Prompts aren’t set in stone, feel free to pick your own if inspiration isn’t striking. Doesn’t have to be shippy in nature either; platonic, romantic, and nsfw welcome (just please tag if the latter). May be drawings or fanfics. Have fun! 😈 DIADOP WEEK ☎️ day 1 prompt - innerworld.

When I first met you, everything was on fire. Everything hurt. You made it all bearable. Sometimes I’d feel you close by, hiding bad things from me (from us). It’s nice to finally see you, boss…where we first met.

Ramble below cut~

Their innerworld bears a similarity to the Sardinia coastline close to where they grew up near Olbia. Many times as a child they would escape to these secluded beaches at dawn and dusk, their only place of peace and solitude before tourists inevitably appeared. Pretty little pink flowers common during the summer months capturing joy at a young age with all the curious insects they’d attract. For many years Doppio (and the others) only ever saw Diavolo as a dark shadow, if at all….knowing how much the boss valued anonymity, Doppio never dared imagine what he may look like. Those were traitorous thoughts he’d most certainly discover….the boss always seemed to find out what was on their mind, or bothering them, after all. Of course he could, he’s the boss of Passione, nothing escapes his knowing. So consider Doppio more than a little surprised when, after the events of vento aureo, they finally discover just who the boss is…but that’s a ramble for another day.

Also of note regarding how they see each other within; Doppio has a similar appearance to their canon self, looking more youthful and being shorter. While Diavolo is a bit more muscular. Sometimes they may also look more masc or fem bc genderfluid.

😈 DIADOP WEEK ☎️ day 5 prompt - celebration gift.

HAPPY UNOFFICIAL BIRTHDAY 🥳 something simple and continuing to mess around with brushes/overlays ….. I feel like they aren’t one to celebrate the birthday, at least not overly much. Little material gifts usually the go-to. Doppio likes to gift jewellery, and the ring seen here made personally for Diavolo of gold and ruby, engraved inside ‘forever yours’. While Diavolo will gift things Doppio has had an eye on or mentioned during a call ; likewise jewellery, a particular expensive piece of clothing, and one year…a beautifully crafted stiletto switchblade engraved with ‘my dear Doppio’. With having a bit of a sweet tooth, especially Doppio, they aren’t against indulging in a little cake too…

😈 DIADOP WEEK ☎️ day 3 prompt - comfort.

You’re the only one who’s always there after a bad dream, or if I’m not feeling so great even if I say I’m fine, you always know …well, almost always, but I know you struggle sometimes too. The only thing that brings me comfort is hearing your voice, Boss. // And your presence is also one of profound comfort, my dearest Doppio, how you are unashamed to exist as you are in the moment and so much more. In the presence of strangers whom would cause me unease, you are there to speak and guide the self as easy as one may breath…well, most of the time. And that is where I may guide you also. The greatest enemy may be ourself, but we are also our greatest comfort.

No headcanon yapping today, other to say that they comfort each other when needed. Though that isn’t so easy sometimes. Should Diavolo for some reason not be present when Doppio is in distress, she will often manifest King Crimson’s arms to hug the self in effort to comfort and calm. She’d ramble about whatever caused the upset, usually a nightmare or a memory not meant for her, knowing crimson wouldn’t respond but it still felt good to talk. And in a way, knowing that the stand belongs to the boss and that stands are the soul of its user, it brought her immense comfort to be hugged by it, believing in a way that she was being hugged by the boss. This doesn’t change much after Doppio becomes aware of Who Diavolo is and the immense difficulties following discovery….other than Diavolo being the one to manifest crimson’s arms while Doppio is fronting to hug her.
