———— "Could ya maybe make it all, y'know, toastie and warm?" Brenner was leaning over the counter with a mildly anxious look on his face, the words coming out in a soft white cloud of vapor in the cold evening air. She could see him glance back at his son, who was vibrating with eagerness - Rudy was always like that with food. Eida gave the big bull a smile.
"Of course. Two toasties, coming right up."
The cow stooped to give her salamanders a little treat each so they would burn a little hotter, then assembled the sandwiches. Pickles, fresh greens from the hothouse in town, pepper, oil, vinegar, a thick slice of cheese, and topped off with some of her signature pickled onions. It was a fragrant sandwich, but delicious.
Slapping butter onto the griddle, she toasted the sandwiches to crunchy golden-brown perfection before wrapping them up and handing them across to Brenner with a smile. "There you go. Enjoy." She gave Rudy a wink, and grinned when he flashed her a huge smile.
The two retreated a little to sit by the bonfire and eat their snack, and Eida checked in on them every few minutes or so - not because she thought Brenner would do anything to Rudy, but just because she was used to keeping an eye on the little guy. He seemed happy, and that warmed her heart.

Note
reading the recent episodes of boruto and the final epides of part 1 before hiatus, I think konoha has oooone huuuge problem.
for starters, konoha is awful at keeping an eye out for enemies and protecting the village. they're setting themselves up by not using kiba and the inuzuka clan in tracking jobs considering the sensors are failing chapter after chapter. their constant policy of "I can't sense they erased their chakra" month after literal month could be avoided if kiba was in charge and not yamanakas. mind you, ino hasn't got a single sensing feat, in fact she uses animals to take advantage of their senses i.e looking for hidan and kakuzu. so who the fuck put her there? ever since she couldn't see boruto 40km away and naruto sage mode could should have been enough reason to remove her. kiba sensed sasuke kilometers (kilometers!!!) pre itachi fight but nobody is counting on him for kawaki who can erase his chakra.
kiba in that role knowing that the barrier team is automated, so incoming and leaving intruders are trespassing a machine detector and that their 3 workers use helmets for mind transmission, not only makes the yamanaka clan irrelevant in that team, but it makes kiba perfect for the role. dispatching teams with ninken and members of his clan while he takes charge could prevent kawaki and delta-koji having a nice conversation on a tree at the gates of konoha and avoidable situation.
remember pain? who he literally stood outside the barrier and no one detected him until he teleported inside and created chaos so konoha didn't have time to tackle the source? current konoha is just as useless they didn't learn anything!
on top of that, I really don't understand why konoha hasn't prepared a sensing system against corpses when they fought a war with edo tensei and white zetsu. koji is a walking clone of jiraiya, why didn't thet erase the jiraiya footprint? no shit koji was so carefree. and mind you he was right outside the gates with delta how is ino and the barrier team's scope just inside the gates and not at least 5 meters outside? they really wanna be invaded!!
they should have a system against erasing chakra signatures like karin's ability. that can be avoided with kiba because itachi and kakashi in their novels can do it too. make themselves invisible. so why not a motion detector? drones? troops by the door. I really don't understand it.
they whole cohabitation mission was taken care of by the barrier team without ino because they got their automatic sensing and the mind transmission helmets that have existes since the 4th war. during that time they told us ino isn't needed so why not use kiba? kawaki scaped again in that mission and only boruto could find him.
why isn't ino just selling flowers or reading minds? it's clear she's not fit for sensing if her range is equal to konoha's automatic machine. yeah she's useful at communications but they rely on her to wrote in thr plot too much. what if one day she's sick? komoha doesn't have phones? those chakra communication devices do the same as her use the technology komoha has developed at least? they're wasting kiba!! inoichi was reading minds he should be disappointed now that his clan was made for intel and is now failing at sensing woth the aid of automated sensing. shikamaru is trusting eida to check for the truth on amado insted of yamanakas and trusting amado to make drugs for boruto insted of sakura.
when kiba said tracking missions require him pre land of iron... poor kiba if he knew he'd be useless. i mean same with shino he can communicate and sense via bugs scattered around like. same with katsuyu tbh. but this is unacceptable.
2 things wrong here. Firstly...
ino hasn't got a single sensing feat, in fact she uses animals to take advantage of their senses i.e looking for hidan and kakuzu. so who the fuck put her there?
That's just completely wrong. Ino has many sensing feats, so it's really surprising that you're saying how she apparently doesn't have any. I don't know why you're trying so hard to put Ino down, but she definitely belongs in the sensory position that she is in.
Secondly, Kiba would not be the be-all-end-all solution to the safety problems that you're presenting him as. Kiba and the Inuzuka's ability to track people works by their sense of smell. Therefore, they have to already be familiar with the intruder's smell before being able to identify them. They will therefore be infective at identifying first time intruders. That doesn't even take into consideration the fact that masking smells and odours is a very simple tactic to get around tracking by smell. Sensory and Barrier teams are there for a reason. Detecting changes in chakra and unique chakra signatures (both of which Ino can do), are always going to be more reliable forms of tracking and sensory perception, despite their limitations.

Okay just hear me out.
I know this is probably going to sound like a HUGE reach and it most likely was NOT intentional and my imagination is probably running wild BUT
I noticed that the 4 New Gen Girls who are mostly prominent in the Manga all might have a very subtle Fairy Tale Theme going on.
Sarada - Little Red Riding Hood:
A girl who's signature color scheme is Red, goes on a dangerous mission, and aims for a specific goal that gets interfered with by a Big Bad Wolf (Kawaki)
Sumire - Beauty and the Beast
A highly intelligent, kind, and beautiful girl who is the tamer of a highly dangerous Cursed Monster (Nue)
Himawari - Goldilocks and the 3 Bears
An extremely naive and curious little girl who has a heavy association with Bears and while she's isn't blonde, her signature color scheme is Yellow which is the color closest to Gold
Eida - Sleeping Beauty
A 16 year old girl who is considered the "most beautiful across the land", was put under a "curse", wishes to find her Prince Charming, was asleep in a chamber for Shibai knows how long, and awakened from sleep by a guy who's in love with her
Ahh I know this might sound utterly ridiculous to you but it was just a cute thought that came to my mind
Someone needs to do fanart of this.

Boruto character design that wasn't made by kishimoto is just.... Disappointing. I can see Ikemoto has a liking to punk / old fashioned style. The design alone is still tolerable but the colours combination ... ughh. It may be his style but those dull, contrasting colours really feel out of place.
Delta outfit colors are just chaotic. Yellow + dark green + pink + black + white. Too much colours that doesn't harmonize!
Tumblr media
look at Code, for a cyborg that supposed to use advenced tech, he wears something like a vampire looking outfit
Tumblr media
Not enough with Sumire, here comes Eida, more ripped off version of Hinata. Sure, Hinata don't own the haircut but Sumire uses purple colour, Hinata's signature colour! While Eida dark blue hair is very similar with Hinata hair colour. They could've pick other colours, right? And those ornaments on Eida pants tho.... Those ornaments make her and Daemon like a Christmas tree. Maybe I'm too harsh but their fashion doesn't fit the ninja universe
Tumblr media
Meanwhile the anime characters has super bright color and monotonous. Making boruto looks like kindergarten anime
Team 15 (excluding Hanabi) is a perfect example of monotonous colours. Their design alone is ok but the colours chosen could have been better. Each of them is dominated by one colour with different hue.
Tumblr media
I'm fully aware making good character design is never easy but the way I see boruto characters, they looks unfinished. It's kinda you're still in the design process but then gave up midway.

Digital Certificates: Embedding the LEI to uphold trust in the system
Tumblr media
The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) has developed a digital strategy centered on two methods for cryptographically binding the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) to its organization: Digital Certificates and Verifiable Credentials. These methods aim to enhance trust and transparency in the digital economy.
Understanding Digital Certificates
A digital certificate, or public key certificate, is issued by a qualified trust service provider with government-issued qualifications. This certificate ensures the authenticity and data integrity of an electronic signature and its accompanying data. Under the EU regulation eIDAS (electronic Identification, Authentication, and trust Services), digital certificates play a crucial role in elevating the status of electronic signatures to qualified electronic signatures, essential for conducting public and private transactions within the EU.
Using cryptography, a digital certificate contains information linking it to its owner and includes the digital signature of the trust entity that verifies the content's authenticity. As organizations in Europe prepare to embed their LEIs within financial reports per the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, GLEIF urges them to include an LEI in the electronic signatures of signing officers to enhance document authenticity and integrity globally.
The Role of LEIs in Digital Certificates
Embedding LEIs in digital certificates ensures that the certificates are easier to manage, aggregate, and maintain, thereby increasing transparency across the digital identity ecosystem. GLEIF has demonstrated this by embedding its own LEI in the digital signatures within its Annual Report 2020. This practice addresses the growing complexity and cost of maintaining digital certificates, which can undermine the trust system they are designed to create.
Addressing Digital Certificate Challenges
Digital certificates, despite their widespread use and legislative support, have not entirely solved the issues of digital identity. Certificates are not unique, information can become outdated, and revocation remains problematic. Additionally, multiple schemes exist simultaneously, making certificates issued under one country's local scheme potentially unusable in another.
GLEIF, in collaboration with the International Standards Organization (ISO), has standardized the process of embedding LEIs into digital certificates at the point of issuance. This standardization, aligned with the ISO 17442 standard, enhances certificate handling efficiency, data accuracy, and overall trust in the digital marketplace.
Introducing Verifiable LEIs (vLEIs)
To address these challenges, GLEIF has pioneered the verifiable LEI (vLEI), a new form of digitized organizational identity that meets the global need for automated authentication and verification of legal entities across various industries. Verifiable Credentials (VCs), an open standard for digital credentials, place the credential holder at the center of the identity ecosystem, giving control over identity attributes. The vLEI governance model establishes GLEIF as the digital 'root of trust' and ensures the integrity of the trust chain.
The Impact of vLEIs
The vLEI addresses the urgent need for automated digital verification of business legal identities, enabling a 'zero trust security' approach essential in combating cybercrime. This system allows for non-repudiable identification data on legal status, ownership structure, and authorized representatives, which can be used in various digital business activities, such as:
Approving business transactions and contracts
Onboarding customers
Transacting within import/export and supply chain networks
Submitting regulatory filings and reports
By facilitating digital trust between legal entities globally, the vLEI enables entities to interact, innovate, and collaborate across borders without the need for ongoing manual verification processes.
Conclusion
The integration of LEIs into digital certificates and the introduction of vLEIs represent significant advancements in the digital trust system. By standardizing LEI integration, GLEIF enhances the reliability and efficiency of digital identity verification, contributing to the stability and security of the global digital economy. Embracing these innovations will help businesses navigate the complexities of digital identity management, ensuring authenticity, reducing costs, and fostering trust in the digital marketplace.

Importance of Electronic Signatures for Human Resources Divisions
Tumblr media
Electronic signatures (e-signatures) have become an essential tool for Human Resources (HR) divisions, providing numerous benefits that streamline operations, enhance security, and improve the overall efficiency of HR processes. Here’s why e-signatures are important for HR divisions:
1. Efficiency and Speed
E-signatures significantly speed up the process of signing and approving documents. Traditional paper-based signatures can take days or even weeks, especially when multiple parties are involved or documents need to be mailed. E-signatures enable instant signing and approval, reducing turnaround times from days to minutes.
2. Cost Savings
Eliminating the need for printing, mailing, and storing paper documents leads to considerable cost savings. Organizations save on paper, ink, postage, and physical storage space. Additionally, the reduction in administrative tasks associated with handling physical documents allows HR staff to focus on more strategic activities.
3. Enhanced Security
E-signatures often come with robust security features, such as encryption and authentication protocols, which ensure that the signer’s identity is verified and that the document has not been tampered with. This level of security is often higher than that of traditional paper signatures, which can be easily forged or altered.
4. Compliance and Legal Validity
E-signatures are legally recognized in many countries under laws such as the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in the United States and the eIDAS regulation in the European Union. These regulations provide a legal framework that ensures e-signatures are binding and enforceable, helping HR departments maintain compliance with legal standards.
5. Convenience and Accessibility
E-signatures enable remote signing, which is particularly beneficial for geographically dispersed teams or during remote work scenarios. Employees, candidates, and other stakeholders can sign documents from anywhere, using any device with internet access. This convenience improves the employee experience and makes HR processes more inclusive and flexible.
6. Improved Document Management
HR divisions handle a vast amount of paperwork, including employment contracts, performance reviews, benefits forms, and compliance documents. E-signatures facilitate better document management by integrating with digital storage systems, making it easier to organize, retrieve, and track documents. This reduces the risk of lost or misplaced paperwork and simplifies record-keeping.
7. Environmental Impact
By reducing the reliance on paper, e-signatures contribute to more environmentally friendly business practices. This reduction in paper usage supports sustainability initiatives and reduces the company’s carbon footprint.
8. Audit Trail and Accountability
E-signature platforms typically provide detailed audit trails that record each step of the signing process, including who signed the document, when, and where. This transparency enhances accountability and provides clear evidence of consent and agreement, which is crucial for resolving disputes and ensuring compliance.
Conclusion
The adoption of e-signatures in HR divisions offers a multitude of advantages, from improving efficiency and reducing costs to enhancing security and ensuring legal compliance. By streamlining document signing processes, e-signatures enable HR professionals to focus on more strategic tasks, ultimately contributing to a more agile and effective HR function. As organizations continue to embrace digital transformation, e-signatures will play an increasingly critical role in modernizing HR operations.

Unlocking the Power of Electronic Signatures: A Dive into the Digital Realm
Tumblr media
In the ever-evolving landscape of technology, traditional paper signatures are gradually being replaced by electronic signatures, marking a significant shift toward efficiency and convenience in various sectors. Electronic signatures, often referred to as e-signatures, have become integral in modern business processes, legal transactions, and personal agreements. In this article, we'll explore what electronic signature are and delve into the key distinctions between electronic signatures and their more specialized counterpart, e-signatures.
Understanding Electronic Signatures:
An electronic signature is a broad term encompassing any electronic indication of intent to agree or approve a document. It can take various forms, including scanned images of handwritten signatures, typed names, or even a simple click on a checkbox. The primary goal is to provide a secure and legally recognized way for individuals to sign documents without the need for traditional pen-and-paper methods.
Electronic signatures leverage advanced encryption technologies to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the signed documents. They are widely accepted across industries and are legally binding in many jurisdictions, making them a reliable alternative to traditional signatures.
Distinguishing E-Signatures:
While the terms "electronic signature" and "esignature" are often used interchangeably, there is a subtle difference between them. An electronic signature is a broader concept that encompasses any electronic manifestation of intent, as mentioned earlier. On the other hand, an e-signature refers specifically to a subset of electronic signatures that meet certain legal and technical standards, ensuring a higher level of security and compliance.
E-signatures are designed to meet specific regulatory requirements, such as the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in the United States and the eIDAS regulation in the European Union. These standards establish the criteria for ensuring the authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation of e-signatures, providing a more regulated and secure solution compared to generic electronic signatures.
Key Differences:
Security and Compliance:
Electronic signature may vary in terms of security, whereas e-signatures adhere to stringent standards, ensuring a higher level of security and legal compliance.
Regulatory Recognition:
Esignature is recognized and regulated by specific laws, making them more universally accepted in legal contexts compared to generic electronic signatures.
Verification Processes:
E-signatures often involve more robust authentication methods, such as biometrics or cryptographic keys, providing an added layer of verification compared to electronic signature.
Global Acceptance:
While electronic signatures are widely accepted, esignature has a more standardized global recognition due to adherence to specific regulations.
In conclusion, both electronic signatures and esignature offer a digital alternative to traditional pen-and-paper signatures, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across industries. However, the distinction lies in the level of security, compliance, and regulatory recognition, with e-signatures providing a more specialized and regulated solution for critical transactions. As businesses continue to embrace digital transformation, the adoption of electronic and e-signatures is expected to further accelerate, paving the way for a more streamlined and secure future in document authentication.

How to Obtain an Employment Visa in Dubai Hassle-Free - Eagle Management Services
Tumblr media
To acquire an employment visa in Dubai, the usual procedure involves the following steps:
Find a Job: Commence your search by acquiring a job offer from a Dubai-based company. Ensure that the prospective employer is open to sponsoring your visa for the position.
Employment Contract: After agreeing to the job offer, you and your employer should proceed to sign an employment contract that outlines the specific terms and conditions governing your employment. Normally, for companies based on the mainland, an official job offer is processed using the Ministry of Labour system (MOHRE). This involves electronic signatures from both the employer and the employee. And if it’s a free zone company, a job offer from the company should be signed, and an electronic job offer done through the Free zone System should also be signed by both parties.
Application Submission: Your company will initiate the visa application procedure on your behalf. They will submit all required documentation to the appropriate governmental bodies, such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs. After receiving approval from both the Labor and Immigration authorities, an Employment Entry permit will be granted. If you are outside the country, you will enter with the issued employment visa, or if you are already inside the country with a tourist visa or a previously canceled employment visa, then changing your status should be done.
Medical Fitness Test: You are expected to complete a medical fitness evaluation at an officially sanctioned healthcare facility known as Salem Medical Center. This assessment usually involves a comprehensive health evaluation, blood examinations, and a radiograph of the chest. To make sure you are fit medically.
Emirates ID Registration: Following the successful completion of the medical fitness assessment, the subsequent step involves the application process for an Emirates ID card. This process entails the submission of your biometric information, such as fingerprints, along with the necessary documentation, to the Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA).
Visa Stamping: Once the results of your medical fitness test are finalized and your Emirates ID registration is successfully completed, your residency permit will be issued. And within working days, your original Emirates ID will be physically issued.

The Importance of Digital Signatures in the Modern World
Introduction
In today's fast-paced digital world, the need for secure and reliable authentication methods has become paramount. With the increasing reliance on electronic communication and the growing threat of cybercrime, businesses and individuals alike are searching for ways to protect their digital assets and ensure the integrity and authenticity of their documents. This is where digital signatures play a vital role.
What is a Digital Signature?
A digital signature is an electronic equivalent of a traditional handwritten signature. It provides a way to verify the authenticity and integrity of digital documents, ensuring that they have not been tampered with or altered in any way. It is based on cryptographic algorithms that create a unique digital fingerprint for each document, making it virtually impossible to forge or modify without detection.
The Mechanics of Digital Signatures
Digital signatures use a combination of public key cryptography and hashing algorithms to provide security and non-repudiation. When a document is digitally signed, a cryptographic hash function is applied to its content, generating a unique fixed-length string of characters known as a hash value. This hash value is then encrypted using the signer's private key, creating the digital signature. The signed document and the digital signature can be verified by anyone using the signer's public key, ensuring that the document has not been tampered with since it was signed.
The Benefits of Digital Signatures
1. Enhanced Security
Digital signatures provide a higher level of security compared to traditional paper-based signatures. With strong cryptographic algorithms and key management practices, they offer protection against unauthorized modifications and forgery attempts. This makes them ideal for sensitive transactions and legal documents that require authentication and integrity.
2. Efficiency and Convenience
In the digital age, time is of the essence. Digital signatures eliminate the need for printing, scanning, and physically transporting documents for signatures. They enable individuals and organizations to sign and exchange documents securely and efficiently in a matter of minutes, regardless of geographical location. This saves time, reduces costs, and streamlines business processes.
3. Legally Binding
Digital signatures are legally recognized in many countries around the world, including the United States, the European Union, and many Asian countries. Legislation such as the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in the U.S. and the eIDAS Regulation in the EU provides a legal framework for the use of digital signatures in various contexts, including contracts, agreements, and government documents.
4. Non-Repudiation
One of the key advantages of digital signatures is non-repudiation. Once a document is digitally signed, the signer cannot deny their involvement or claim that the document was altered after the signature was applied. This provides strong evidence in legal disputes and helps establish trust between parties involved in electronic transactions.
5. Environmentally Friendly
Digital signatures contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing paper usage. The transition from paper-based signatures to digital signatures helps save trees, reduce waste, and minimize the carbon footprint associated with traditional document handling processes. It aligns with the global movement towards a more eco-friendly and sustainable future.
