Wholesome Y/N x Trollex HCs

Trollex is a sweetheart by nature. Supportive of everything his s/o does and aspires to through and through.

He usually shows himself as a suave dude for his partner but they know better; he's the biggest softie around and will become comically flustered if this is brought up by them.

Despite what people might think, Y/N isn't fooled by his blushing and stuttering and knows he doesn't mind PDA at all, but in fact likes it. Will struggle to return the gestures tho (being kinda self concious), but he'll try.

Hand holding, pecks on the cheek, a palm on the waist and loving hugs are a must when the two are together, both given and recieved by either of the pair.

He's prone to self doubt but never fear, Y/N is here! They know just how to lift his spirits up and clear his mind from any bothersome intrusive thought that may come his way.

And this goes both ways; the smallest frown on Y/N's pretty lil' face and he will make it his mission to figure out what the problem is and make his boo feel better just like they do with him.

In a world where King Trollex took Barb's place for his own Techno Takeover, whatever his s/o says goes.

Now this could be Very Good or Very Bad depending of who you ask, of course.

If Y/N gets cold feet on supporting his plan, it will throw him off his game quite a bit; could get him to cancel the entire thing even, as conflicted as he would feel about it. Other than himself, Y/N is the only person that could convince him of dropping his world domination.

BUT, if we got an encouraging Evil!Y/N on our hands, then boy oh boy. Not even the whole wide world would stand a chance against the power couple of the century. Valentine's Wooing Trollstopia was holding a first ever fair for the upcoming Valentines day tomorrow. TOMORROW! No prepwork or stands had been built yet, meaning that an overhaul was due for today. Queen Poppy hadn't meant to let things go this long without any preparation, normally she was on the ball with prepping and planning for anything but with how Trollstopia was just starting to grow in population she hadn't had time to get this sort of thing sorted yet. Though she did know who would help to sort it by end of day.

Valentine's was around the corner and sadly much to the chargrin of his mate, Poppy was pushing Branch for help to build the fair grounds up, from rides to vending stalls and all. The snack pack helped of course but Poppy wanted it to be perfect! Branch was unfortunately the right troll for this job. Synth has said it many times, Poppy was by far the most vexing troll he has ever met. He had wanted to spend this day and tomorrow with his mate and celebrate their first real Valentines together but as usual, the one troll that was more family to his Dubstep just had to jump the line.

Sighing, Synth shook his head as he decided to just spend time with his Dubstep anyway by helping him build the rides and helping in what ever way he could. He smiled, they did have a pretty good day in the end by joking here and there to make the time pass faster. Sharing stories when the other trolls weren't near by, telling each other of both happy and sad memories. Learning and remembering anything they hadn't in the past about one another. Branch was glowing by the end of the day, his connection with Synth was stronger than ever. All this work that he and Synth had put in to help the Snack Pack and Poppy complete the fair grounds was done. Now they could leave, Synth and him, as the SnackPack started to decorate everything for the big fair tomorrow.

Branch had to find a way to thank his amazing man for all he has put up with, for all he has helped him with. They had almost been dating for close to a year and Branch couldn't think of anyone else he would much rather spend his time with. Now or in the future. He knew what he wanted to do tomorrow and with his sister figures helped that she promised, it all just came down to Synth and his choice tomorrow. For now though, he had a dinner date with his incredible mate Synth. All other thoughts could wait.

*Next Day*

Trollstopia was alive with bustling crowds of chatter and laughter though out the day. Synth had purposefully stuck near Branch as many trolls would stop him to thank the blue troll for the effort he put in to make the rides and stalls. The purple blush from all the attention he was receiving really had an afecct on him. He nodded to each of them as he held tighter to Synth's hand. The techno troll took notice of this easily, he knew it wasn't discomfort but more so unease on how to handle the situation.

They had been wandering the stalls and rides for most of the day, Synth knew his man was probably socially exhausted. He nodded to the trolls as he smiled before pulling Branch away to a table not far from the main performance stage. Branch took a seat with Synth on the bench, Synth sitting saddle style so his fins were either side of his troll as the smaller blue troll leaned in to those waiting purple arms. A sigh of relief leaving him as he relaxed, listening to his heart beat. Humming with a smile as he hugged Branch to his chest, letting him destress and relax as they listened to the music from the concert blare.

Branch had smiled as he saw the sun begin to set, he looked to see Poppy on stage as she smiled at the sight of him and Synth cuddling. Giving the signal, a wave that signalled the music to pick up and become louder as a song drew the attention of all the free trolls near. Smirking waved to Poppy in thanks. He kissed the techno troll on the cheek, grabbed his hand and started guiding him away from the party to a clearing where the music could just barely be heard.

They both arrived within a field where the vines glowed a dull purple and blue as they interwove around the clearing. Branch smiled as they came to a stop in the clearing before he let go of Synth hand to turn to look at him. The light of the moon filled the grove they stood in, reflecting off the white blooming wild flowers that surrounded them.

"Hey Dubstep...this place is magical and all but..what are we doing here?" Synth was confused but amused at their surroundings.

"Just listen to the lyrics for me, ok sweet scale?" Branch chuckled at the flush that coated the purple techno troll. Branch wasn't one for giving nicknames to others but his sister Poppufer, so this really grabbed Synth attention.

Standing a little back, Branch smiled at Synth as the moons light illuminated his purple form. Branch knew this was the right choice. He took a deep breath as the music from the stage started to play.

Spinning around as the flying jelly fish from when Synth first came on the scene spun around Branch. Blue fireflies joining the mix as they as he raised an open palm to Synth.

Synth was blushing, he knew he wasn't anything like King Trollex or Prince D who had both shown a great interest in his Dubstep but this really highlighted how Branch was feeling about him. Like he was the one coming up with nicknames and romantics things to do but here is his blue troll openly confessing to him in song. Something that is so rare and so precious.

Synth's entire form gushed with light as those words sunk in. No way...Synth had to hear it one more time. This couldn't be could it?

Branch pivoted on the spot as he started to moon walk backwards, stopping to wiggle his hips side to side before dropping to spin into his right knee and backup. The techno troll smiled as he watched his pop boy lose himself in dance.

Bringing his hand to his chest, Branch smiled at  Synth as he had felt his own heart start to beat. His music causing his chest to glow and share its light with Synth's.

At this point, Branch had bought his face so close to Synth's. Their noses nuzzled together as he started to slow his singing. Their heart beats stating to sync.

Opening the wooden box revealed a ring that stole away his breath. A luminous green band that seemed luminescent in its own right.

"I DO!!" Synth was crying at this point. Branch himself looked like he had won a lottery as he slipped the band onto Synth's left hand before he was tackled in a hug. Synth tearing up as he smothered his troll in kisses and affection. Before pulling away to stare down at Branch, their eyes holding each others gaze before sealing their lips together in a deep kiss. No words needed as the fireworks above lit up the sky above.

Someones been hiding something~

You and Darnell went on dates pretty often. You already hung out constantly, but you two had actual dates 2-3 times a week! On one of them after the world tour, he wanted to know if your music preference had changed.

"Hey, babe?"

"Yeah?"

"I was just wondering, after everything thats happened, has your favorite music changed?" He asked you nervously.

"Huh? Oh! No not really. Funk will always be my roots, and I love listening to Hip-Hop. Especially yours. But I do have to admit that the other genres can be fun. Especially the sub-genres. Pop really can get anyone dancing, rock has a bit of an edgy yet energetic vibe to it, classical is so calming and has a way of sweeping someone off their feet, I love the country trolls' accents when they sing. Oh and Techno is so full of energy and even not-so-great dancers can get with it and-" You kept rambling on and on about your thoughts on each genre. Prince D loved listening to you ramble since you were usually the quiet type. You didn't talk that much. You preferred to sit and listen rather than get up and be a part of. It changed a little when you took interest in other genres. He saw you dancing and singing more than all the years he had known you before. Honestly, he believed that it was because you never liked Funk or Hip-Hop that much to begin with. You weren't required to, and he'd still love you either way, but it still hurt a little.

You, Darnell, and the rest of his family were visiting Pop Village. You all liked visiting each kingdom once a month, and it was Pop's turn. Prince D watched his brother talk to his friends and get involved in the party, enjoying himself. He looked around, expecting you to be dancing and singing along too. You were nowhere to be found.

"Huh? (Y/N)?!" He called out. He asked a few trolls if they saw where you went. Biggie pointed towards the river.

"I'm sure I saw them go that way just a few minutes ago." Biggie said.

"Pew"

"Yes, Mr. Dinkles. it did look like they were purposely trying to be sneaky, didn't it?" Biggie asked Mr. Dinkles.

"Pew"

"...Well thank you two for letting me know." Darnell thanked them and headed your way. The river was actually a little far from were the party was, so he caught up before you reached it. He wanted to know why you'd purposely sneak off without telling him anything. It seemed like you were trying to hide something. He hid behind trees and bushes and a few other trolls so that you wouldn't catch him following you. Once you reached the river, you took a deep breath and looked around to make sure you were alone. Darnell hid inside of a bush and peeked at you through the leaves. Once you were sure you were alone, you took another deep breath.

"Alright, just like he taught you. Deep breaths...feel the beat...you can't sing if your focused on everything else." You said to yourself. Darnell watched confused as you continued to breath deeply and started to nod your head to some non-existent beat. "Never knew, never meant. Electrical....electrical." No way. Were you...

"I never meant for you to come and find me, I never meant for you to feel so relying, I never meant to spend all of this time here, I never meant to put my heart up in hiding. The feeling when I'm next to you. That feeling special. Make me wanna put my foot down hard up on the pedal, rocking out like heavy metal. Do what, they told me, told me. He heard you sing before, but it was soft and more of a hum, this was so much different. His heart melted. He already loved hearing your voice when you talked. Now you had him wrapped around your finger with your singing.

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)!" Bliss Marina appeared.

"Woah, whats up, Bliss?" You asked her.

"You! We're supposed to be on stage remember? Plus Prince D was looking for you and we couldn't find out where he went! We need to get you on stage, and him in the audience right now!" Bliss exclaimed.

"Oh no! I only meant to practice for a few minutes before going up!" You panicked and ran towards the party, Bliss right behind you. Prince D crawled out of the bush and made his way towards the party as fast as he could without you or Bliss spotting him. Luckily, he made it into the audience without either of you two seeing. He looked up at the stage and saw Queen Poppy run up to the microphone.

"Hey! Are you trolls having fun?" Everyone cheered. Poppy beamed.

"Happy to hear! By the way, we have a special guest performing for us today! (Y/N)!" She pointed towards you as you nervously walked towards the microphone. You gulped and waved.

"Thats my friend! I know them!" Biggie cheered, making you a little less nervous as his cheers were followed by everyone else cheering you on. You took the microphone from Poppy and nodded a thanks to her. She left the stage as Bliss got into her position on stage and Dj Suki left the DJ booth, letting King Trollex take over. You got into position and took a few deep breaths, nodding to King Trollex. He started the music and you and Bliss started nodding your heads to the beat.

"Never knew....never meant." Bliss began.

"Electrical....Ooooh....electrical." You sang.

"I'm feeling too electrical!" Bliss sang the back-up vocals.

"I...I had no idea you could sing like that." He said.

"I asked Tiny Diamond and his dad to teach me so I could surprise you. Thanks guys!" You waved at the two, they waved back. "Also, I had no idea that you could turn so red." You teased, smirking and raising an eyebrow at him playfully. Goddamit.

"Only cause you wouldn't stop trying to be all flirty!" Prince D exclaimed, making some of the nearby trolls laugh.

"Flirty? I don't have a clue what you're talking about. You of all people know I can't flirt to save my life." You continued to smirk and rolled your eyes.

"You're so evil." Darnell narrowed his eyes at you.

"I love you, too." You said and gave him a kiss. He melted into it.

He might've been smooth, but he got that from his mom. He's actually easily flustered like his dad.

Which characters in Balan Wonderland, Hazbin Hotel, and the Trolls fandoms do you ship? And why do you ship them?

Okay, here we go!!

Balan Wonderworld: “Balance” - Balan/Lance: The way I see it, these two have been through it all. And I’m diverging from canon here, but I really like these two together. Like two peas in a pod, birds of a feather. Plus, they look so pretty together. 

Hazbin Hotel: Alastor/Husk because Husk is his oldest associate and loves to get on the cat’s nerves. I like to think he has some sort of obsessive disorder over how Husk is supposed to be perceive his love for him, when the cat would rather shove Alastor in front of a train.

For Trolls/World Tour: Quite a few ships, romantic or nah. Parb - Poppy/ Barb. Barb needs a friend and has a friend that is too friendly in Poppy. Poppy wants to support Barb, just isn’t used to her mannerisms yet. Their close! King Trollex w/everybody. Not romantically. A couple but not all. The way I see it, Trollex is kind of like a cheetah: fast moving, athletic but was ultimately cheated out of ways to keep himself safe. He’s a pacifist by nature unless provoked but still won’t fight. Not the biggest of the other leaders either. Nervous wreck sometimes, questions his own leadership due to his youth. Chatterbox, but often over explains situations. Also, extremely affectionate with whomever gives a little bit of it. Doesn’t have a lot of close friends in his inner circle. Clings to Cooper and D when possible. 

Kind of nervous around Poppy and Branch, adores Delta Dawn, fawns over the King and Queen of Funk, especially Quincy because he enjoys cuddling him. Essence is polite, wise and fun-loving. Can be seen dancing with him constantly. 

King Quincy and Essence are a packaged deal. Loved them both on screen and love them so very much because they are both ruling their tribe and have heirs that adore them so much. Healthy parental relationships are my jam and Essence and Quincy just got that. These two make me so weak!

As far as Trollstopia is concerned, I would ship Lownote with Quincy mainly because these two would be the funniest together. Dumb dad jokes and bad jokes galore, cuddles would be the literal best between them. Quincy does purr when he’s stroked and cuddled. A huge cuddle bug. I’d like to think that Essence just flounders on the two of them when she’s exhausted. Loves them both deeply. D and Cooper have another ‘dad’ with Lownote. And a mom too! Like how incredible is that?!!

Diego was visiting King Trollex for the day because he needed different scenery at the time. They were talking about their day when Zips and Harper come in with baby Jade.

King Trollex: Hey Zips, Hey Harper. "Coos" Hello Little Jade. "Boops Jade's nose"

Diego was pretty confused on why Zips and Harper had a baby Dolphintroll.

Zips and Harper gave him a confused look, then turned to each other.

Harper: "chuckles" No Diego. Were not babysitting, this is our son Jade.

Jade looks at Diego and giggles.

Diego just went wide eyed. He didn't know what to say. He knew they loved each other but didn't think they would want a guppy so soon. Guess he was wrong.

Diego: Um...congratulations...i guess. "Turns away.

Zips: what's wrong Diego?

Diego shrugged

Diego: i don't know. I guess I'm not used to sudden change is all. You always seemed liked the baby of your family.

Zips chuckled

Zips: Yeah, I guess that was true. But know I'm a father. I honestly didn't think it would happen so soon either. But we couldn't leave jade in the octo kingdom. He didn't have parents so we took him in.

Harper: I regret nothing. "Smiles"

Diego: Ummmm...may I?

Zips knew what he meant and handed baby jade to him. Diego cradled the baby, he was a little nervous since he hasn't really held a baby like this before, except for Olive.

Jade looked at Diego and giggled, he grabbed his fingers with his little hands, Diego smiled.

Harper: "chuckles" he likes you.

Diego: yeah...i guess he does. That's a first.

Zips: what do you mean? We like you.

Diego: i mean it's the first time someone liked me at first glance. Usually it takes a bit.

King Trollex: Well either way. We all like you just the way you are. No matter how angry you may get.
