Back in the library! I could not focus or stay awake while trying to study for my developmental psych exam tomorrow. So I called it quits after about an hour and decided I’d go to bed early and wake up early tomorrow. But we’ll see if that actually happens haha.

It’s officially cold. Last week we had highs of 85°F/29°C and now it’s 33°F/0°C and that’s just too drastically different. To the library tonight I wore sweat pants over my leggings as well as a tee shirt, a sweat shirt, and a jacket. If I had a hat I’d put that on too but alas. At least I’ll get to wear a sweater tomorrow!

This challenge is almost over which is so wild!! I originally planned to have it completed before the end of last semester but that's okay. I'm just proud of myself for getting it done at all!

Today was more orientation video calls and meetings getting us ready for the work for the internship. But I also got out for a mid-day mile walk and met up with a friend for coffee! It was so good to see her after about 8 months of being a part. Sadly I forgot to get a picture of the coffee shop. But I didn't forget to get in a bit of Italian practice!

I've been working on getting my sleep schedule fixed up and I definitely would say its working. I'm going to bed two hours later than I had the past two days or so and I can feel the fatigue. My body has been fighting to go to bed but I put off too many things so were we are staying up too late. Oh well. Better luck tomorrow!

My roomate came with me to the library tonight to study. I studied for my advanced accounting exam tomorrow and she studied for her psychology of sleep and dreams exam tomorrow. I made it until the library closed at 11 but she’s an early bird and headed to bed around 9. Over all I got in 4 hours of studying today! Just hope it pays off tomorrow.

I took my developmental psychology exam today and I think it went okay. It was a lot of general common sense stuff which makes the exam easier and also more difficult as I start questioning myself. But in all I definitely passed, I just hope I passed well!

One day down of a new week! We’ve got this! :)

I had bad dip in my mood around 3 pm today and I didn't get as much done as I had planned as a result. I did go to the store to buy wool wash for my blanket but I didn't get anything prepared so I'll probably put off blocking or sewing up loose holes until later on in the year.

I did buy more yarn today, even though I haven't finished the purple scarf I've been working on, and I decided to give wood needles a try. So far they're nice but I'll work some more with them. I also got to walk my dog before the rain started today and I got this adorable picture of my cat, Pumpkin! Or little devil as we call her since she's prone to biting. But here she looks like an angle! I also completed unit 9 of Italian in duolingo and went to dinner with my parents. Tomorrow I'll be posting earlier in the day or much much later as I am going out on the town with some friends for new years!

It honestly took everything in me to make this post tonight lol. Today was pretty long starting off with meeting up with my mom to pick up some things I had left at home. She was thirty minuets late for our meeting but that was fine because I still got a nap in when I got back.

After my nap I went to the zoo with a friend which is where I got this picture of a jaguar napping in the sun! The school paid for everyone's tickets so the only thing we paid for was the ice cream haha. After the zoo we were going to go get our nails done but the shop was busy so we went shopping instead.

After that, I got some work done before meeting up with a few friends for sushi before having a night out on the town! But now I am heading to bed as there is another busy day tomorrow and I am going to bed very late.

Somehow managed to get an A on my latest Latin exam. Seriously think the professor screwed up grading it somehow or something but hey I’ll take it!

Both my exams this week got pushed back to next week so now I have time for things like playing club volleyball and getting dinner and ice cream with friends. And procrastinate but that’s an issue for later.

Got a picture of this sunset through the trees that looks just slightly spooky but definitely feels like winter! This view is between two of the dorms on campus. I got this picture waiting in line for a food truck that was brought to campus, but after lots of problems and waiting for over an hour they had to refund everyone’s money and we didn’t get any chicken :/ but my roommate and I went to Cook Out which was very yummy!

Work was good today but I feel like I’m falling behind on the orientation stuff so I’m going to try and get up early tomorrow and get some more work done. But there are also some fun things planned for tomorrow since it’s a Saturday!

Other things that I did today included: getting some knitting done, practicing Italian, going for a walk, and going to a basketball game with my accounting friends whom I haven’t seen in nearly month. Overall a fairly good day!

This was not supposed to turn into a knitting blog but, I finished my knitted blanket!! I can't believe it's done! Well, mostly done. I missed a few stitches so I need to go back in and sew some holes up and I messed up the size a bit so I'm going to block it and see if that makes it any better. I made it to sit on the foot of my bed at my parents house so I picked the color I thought would go well with the comforter you can see in the picture. This is the first thing I've knitted that is not a scarf and I am very happy about that.

Other things I got done today included: playing tennis, getting my car washed, walking my dog twice (he was still very rowdy), and of course, practicing Italian. Tomorrow I'm going to buy wool detergent and deep clean my tub so that I can soak my blanket. Hopefully I can also do some other things that aren't knitting and dog walking lol

I got this little book for Christmas where I can write down all my book reviews which is fun! I’ll now have my reviews here on Tumblr, on goodreads, and in writing lol

Today was very chill and included: exchanging a Christmas gift that didn’t fit, walking my dog, practicing Italian, working on my blanket and watching lots of tv. I didn’t get to play tennis as planned but I should get to play tomorrow. It was a good thing tennis was canceled because I really didn’t feel good today and I greatly enjoyed resting.

Along with tennis tomorrow, I’m hoping to get my car cleaned as it desperately needs it. And how nice would it be to go into the new year with a super clean car!

I have officially started too many craft projects oops. Guess that’s what happens I’m just sitting around all day. Now I’m trying to knit socks and it’s very difficult like I’d thought it’d be. But it’s good to get out of your comfort zone and try new things! I can’t just knit scarves all my life lol

Missed on the sleep schedule again. Didn’t go to bed on time, didn’t wake up on time, didn’t get 8 hours and I took a nap at 8 pm. But tonight is a new night to try again!

Also did the usual of taking my dog for a walk and practicing Italian. Tomorrow I’m going to play tennis and return some Christmas items that didn’t fit. Hopefully I’ll have better pictures to post soon :)
