I finally got around to drawing Elison in her starry form since she's a circle of stars druid! I also drew her in the archer form since that's the one I use most often.

Everyone in my dnd party drew their characters as little plushies, so here's ragdoll Eli!

I've had this ready to post for like 2 weeks and I keep forgetting to post it, so here it is! We're starting brand new with a new Blind Band group and our first session was last night! I can tell this one's gonna be a lot of fun!

Eli recently had a bit of a mishap where one of our other PCs threw her in a bon fire, so here she is with her new haircut!

The Party in a Rocky Valley.

Yet another idea I've had saved for months that I finally got around to! I saw the original painting (Pilgrim in a Rocky Valley by Carl Gustav Carus) when I went to Berlin over the summer and fell in love with it. It reminded me a lot of some of the things happening in my campaign at the time, so here's my dnd party!

I'll talk below the cut about how I felt this painting related back to our campaign and specifically my character's arc within it.

I was immediately drawn to the original painting because of the depiction of the pilgrim looking toward the morning star. My character, Elison (ft. above looking towards the stars) was at the time on a journey searching for her goddess who had reached out to her through the stars to come look for her in the desert. The large star surrounded by the 8-star semicircle is the symbol of her patron, which is why she's looking towards it.

Originally this was just going to have her in it, but we actually recently finished this arc and the place we ended up finding her goddess was actually at the bottom of a canyon, so I thought it'd be fitting if the rest of the party was with her.

Drawing the gang! In our latest session, Eli got thrown into a campfire and a lot of her hair was burnt, so she just cut it off. We're also currently in the desert, so fun times.

Gnome boy caught a toad! We were discussing if our characters would be frog or toad people, and I though this would be cute to draw. It was actually supposed to just be Orlow, but then he needed a background and everyone else just kinda showed up :)

Daily OC / Outfit Day 18!

Today's OC: Elison Yesmenor!

I'm really glad I finally got to use Eli for this, although I will say, the outfit I wore today makes her look like a total dweeb (affectionate).

Fun Fact: Common is Elison's 2nd language. Undercommon is her first, and she has what sounds like a every strong southern accent because of this.

I spent most of my afternoon and evening yesterday playing gartic-phone and CAH online with my friends for one of their birthdays, and these were some of the doodles I was particularly proud of, given the time limit we had to draw them.

I'm starting a new dnd campaign with my friends and this is my character! Her name is Elison Yesmenor and she's a drow who's lived under the surface her entire life. She dreamed to finding a way to the surface so she could study the stars and now she finally can!

I made this right before the first session of our new campaign as a way to explain how Eli got to the surface. It's a bit rough, but I think it works pretty well.

I thought it'd probably be a good idea to make a character sheet for my dnd character, so here she is! We love our tall, emotionally unintelligent queen.

I drew this scene of me and my friends' dnd party after our session last night. I don't know if I'm 100% satisfied, but I really like how the little silhouettes and the sky came out, so I figured I'd post it anyway.
