Finance & Admin Officer job at Artefact Malaysia Malaysia
Artefact (formerly Netbooster) is a digital marketing consultancy and agency focused on data usages. We are a global company with 1,000 employees across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Our current offering can be divided in three blocks :
1. Digital Marketing with media & activation experts as well as award-winning creatives that develop the most innovative campaigns based on data and AI

The responsibilities of the Finance & Administration Officer will include overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and control, general administration duties (HR, office maagement) and general support to the Regional MD. 
Main Duties Include:
– Maintaining accounts general ledgers.
– Processing monthly payroll.
– Management of cashflow and preparation of monthly cashflow projections.
– Preparation of quarterly management accounts for the Board, to include P&L/Balance Sheet and analysis of variances.
– Management of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
– Liaising with banks for all finance matters.
– Administration of the organisation’s insurance policy.
– Administration of employees claims.
– Companies Registration Office compliance.
– General office administration.
– Be a qualified/part qualified accountant, experience in digital marketing industry preferred but not mandatory.
– Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as requested by the Regional MD.
– Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Have high levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility. 
– Malaysian national highly preferred.
