I went to a Japanese restaurant with my bf (I was already skeeved out by it upon entry bc ALL the patrons were white lmfao) and I ordered what appeared to be some sort of rice bowl with beef but you could sub the beef for tofu so I did and they didn't season or prep the tofu at all... 🥲 Like, it was basically a salad with cold tofu and rice.
