There's options here but I will admit my first thought was that that sparkling might struggle developmentally wise, especially considering two of Ratchet's synth-en's biggest problems we see is fuel efficiency and inconsistency

Though, depending on the method of sparking the newspark might be unaffected, or might simply need to run any remnants of synth-en out of its systems once it's onlined
