There employees were of a certain caliber and I was the one wanted it to be done on a budget.Since then I have been a CTO of multiple startups and last year sold my edtech startup which ironically ran online live courses on how to code.I have seen a couple of posts on this Reddit about outsourcing and the horrors of it. While it may be an ideal option to have your own team there are always scenarios where one needs to outsource. The following is a guide which might help you navigate the market:Don't go for the cheap option i.e. anything less than $20 per hour.
