PINAKBET Ingredients: 1 medium onion, sliced 1 medium tomato, 🍅 sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced Kalabasa sliced 1 medium eggplant 🍆 sliced 1 medium ampalaya, sliced 3 pieces string beans (sitaw), sliced 4 pcs chicken wings Shrimp bagoong Procedure: 1. Heat oil in pan. Fry chicken wing till golden brown. Put in garlic, onions and tomatoes. Stir till tomatoes appear tender. 2. Pour hot water in pan and put in bagoong. Mix it with the sautee. Put in kalabasa pieces distributed evenly in the pan. Lower the heat, cover the pan. Check from time to time. 3. If kalabasa is tender, put in the remaining ingredients (eggplant, sitaw and ampalaya) and distribute evenly. Add a little hot water. Cover pan. Lower heat. 4. Mix contents in pan. Add salt to taste.
