🗣 Sound On!!! More movement instructions coming your way! . Front Plate Raise . . This exercise works your upper half (boulder shoulders) 🤸‍♂️and requires an overall body posture control. . Great for movement for shoulders. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Where your feet are shoulder width apart. 👀 Eyes forward and core tight. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by placing your hand on either side of the plate and raising it slowly. . 3️⃣Raise the plate without swinging it and stop plate to eye level. . 4️⃣ Slowly return the plate to the starting position. 🗣 Sound On!!! More movement instructions coming your way! . Kettlebell Hike Swing . Kettlebell=KB . This exercise works your lower half (yo leggies) ��‍♂️and requires a good upper body posture. Great for pre-activation before squats, cleans, deadlifts or anything that requires good upper body posture. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. 👀 Eyes forward. I recommend either straight ahead or towards the kettlebell. Core tight. 💪Play around with this, don’t go super wide or defeats the purpose. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by pushing your hips back and reach out to grab the kettlebell in front of you. . 3️⃣ Your hips should be level with your head or slightly below. Keep a neutral back posture (straight line from head to glutes). . 4️⃣ Pull the kettlebell underneath you with your lats. Your forearms will touch the inner thighs as you pull back. Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. 👀 Eyes forward or on the ball. Core tight. . 2️⃣ Punch ball overhead with both arms evenly.🖐🤚 . 3️⃣ Get as tall as you can without jumping. You should make a straight line from your hands to your toes with your body. . 4️⃣ Forcefully pull the ball toward the ground. 🗣 Sound On!!! . Kettlebell Deadlift . Kettlebell=KB Deadlift=DL . This exercise works your lower half (yo leggies) 🤸‍♂️and can done with a Dumbbell, sandbag, & etc. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. 👀 Eyes forward. I recommend either straight ahead or towards the floor in front of you. Core tight. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by pushing your hips back. I always like to refer to the bend and Snap from Legally Blond. Bend at hips and push back. (Forget the rest to the bend and snap until RDLs). . 3️⃣ As you push your hips back, start to squat down to pick up the KB. . 4️⃣ Keep a neutral back posture (straight line from head to glutes). Grab the KB and push away from the floor only using your legs. Torso staying in the same neutral position.🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ . 5️⃣ More tips in the voice over. Is your sound on? 👂 . . P.S.
