You can the light in your darkness. . Some think that’s someone, something or money is just going to come out of the universe when everything is going wrong. . I hate to break it to you, but unless you are working daily to change your focus from what’s wrong to what is light, it may not happen. . The two days I tried to commit suicide, something in my gut told me to tell someone. . I could have not listened to that voice and I would not be here today. . The point of this post is for you to realize that in order for your world to improve and change, you have to acknowledge where you are at. . Afterwards, you have to start taking steps to make it better. . No one is going to make you do anything. . Only you have the power to show up powerfully in your own life and allow others to help you. . Don’t be afraid to ask for help, no matter what you are going through. . There is lessons that need to be learned from the experience that you can share afterwards and be able to connect with people with. . My friend, remember you are not alone. . 🗣 Sound On!!! More movement instructions coming your way! . Front Plate Raise . . This exercise works your upper half (boulder shoulders) 🤸♂️and requires an overall body posture control. . Great for movement for shoulders. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Where your feet are shoulder width apart. 👀 Eyes forward and core tight. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by placing your hand on either side of the plate and raising it slowly. . 3️⃣Raise the plate without swinging it and stop plate to eye level. . 4️⃣ Slowly return the plate to the starting position. 🗣 Sound On!!! More movement instructions coming your way! . Kettlebell Hike Swing . Kettlebell=KB . This exercise works your lower half (yo leggies) 🤸♂️and requires a good upper body posture. Great for pre-activation before squats, cleans, deadlifts or anything that requires good upper body posture. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. 👀 Eyes forward. I recommend either straight ahead or towards the kettlebell. Core tight. 💪Play around with this, don’t go super wide or defeats the purpose. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by pushing your hips back and reach out to grab the kettlebell in front of you. . 3️⃣ Your hips should be level with your head or slightly below. Keep a neutral back posture (straight line from head to glutes). . 4️⃣ Pull the kettlebell underneath you with your lats. Your forearms will touch the inner thighs as you pull back.
