Crue always had great fits and no one can deny that but what are the worse outfits in your opinion

now there aren’t many group photos where all of them look busted, but there are a few where one of them looks so ridiculous it almost ruins the photo completely, here are some examples:

vince looks ridiculous but everyone else is kinda slaying (that top is so ugly what was he thinking fr) (no wait i lied i don’t think nikki’s outfit is a serve either)

the hat…peepaw i expected better from you :/ like he looks like an emo cowboy about to sing a really homoerotic sad gay song about his ex lover (think brokeback mountain if they were goth) ALSO nikki’s hat makes his head look small…so he also ruins the photo for me

the coat mick is wearing makes him look two apples tall…it’s actually so funny it throws off the rest of the picture (like they all look good but because that coat makes mick look so small i hate it/j)

but sometimes they individually have terrible looks

for me it’s this suit worn by tommy lee circa probs ‘85 (maybe ‘86) this shit looks terrible frfr…i know cheetah print was his fav (it’s actually mines too) but this is just excessive he looks like a gay guy who owns a secret underground gay club and he’s revered by all the gays in la…either that or a pimp. love the man but he looks ridiculous here it’s so bad

OK DONT KILL ME!! i just feel like mick could have used more variety during this era. he literally refused to take off this damn top during this entire era and i hate it. i would have much rather he wore the one from the smokin in the boys room mv, the red looks so much better on him. in other words: BORING!!

other times they just pull something like this:

they look terrible (positive) like absolutely astounding how terrible they look. vince and his resistance to wearing shoes is amazing. i wish i didn’t have to see it though.

i will say, the hardest part of doing these is ranking micks outfits because all he does is wear black. sometimes i think he’s an outfit repeater (there’s definitely evidence of that) which makes it worse since that’s the worst fashion crime you can commit! either way i think their most interesting era was theatre of pain because the things they wore…like who told tommy to wear those pants. this photoshoot was definitely their most boring one, no one’s really wearing anything really flashy.

ANYWAYS…these are just a few of my least favourite outfits (aka the ones i think sucked the most). anon, you’re right about them always having the best fits, because i definitely struggled picking a few of these out! i loved doing this though, and there’s probably even worse ones out there that i haven’t found yet!
