After cleansing your face, you can use a warm towel to apply a warm compress to the eye area for about 5 minutes.

Apply your regular eye cream, like Estée Lauder or Viicode eye cream, around your eyes, focusing on the areas where your upper eyelids tend to get swollen.

Gently massage until it's absorbed.

Additionally, it's worth noting that your metabolism slows down at night, so try to limit your water intake before bedtime to avoid puffiness. During the day, feel free to drink a bit more water to help with detoxification.

I was luckily gifted PUR's Mellow Hemp Infused Eye Patches for my honest review. I had a interesting time with these slimey slugs of goodiness. I accidentally slapped 3 on each eye at first not realizing they were actually 3 individuals stuck together lol. The eye serum has a two-phase formula that is made up of 96% natural ingredients to address all visible signs of aging.
