Thinking about Violet having to watch Icarus completely destroy themself in the hope of bringing him back,

How he had to watch them break down and suffer and refuse to let themself grieve

How even when they got each other back, once fable was gone and they could spend time together again, they couldn’t

Because it was already too late, Ic was dying and both of them knew it, but neither could stop it

Do you think Violets "power" works in some psychic type of thing or more like a butterfly effect?

Cause it'd be funny if he just got the feeling that the war is unbalanced and he just appeared and moves an item an inch to the left, then goes about his day, like "Balance is restored, all in a days work"

Like that item being there will cause a, which will cause event b then c etc, so it balances thing out

Fablesmp finale thoughts

the ending was so perfect. We were all worried and fretting over it but it was absolutely astounding. I have an idea of what to embroider into a thing I have planned now! stemming from Heyhay’s final bit of the final Raecap and Violets remark to Rae,

“speak now, Void King”

at the bottom I will have to figure it out, but aaaa

I’m so glad to see it finished. A beautiful story was told, and will be told even more. This is not an end, but a completion. And I think that is so cool.

I hold Veah and Cassie and Oscar and all the allays in my little hands- all the little guys and kids. (Also Oscar got a boyfriend???? At least heavily implied??? Go him!)

The Void King part honestly gave me literal chills it was so good. /gen

I agree though, the conclusion was so beautiful and it tied up all the loose ends :3

Vaeh is a little ball of sunshine and I fucking love how they designed her as well. Same with Cassie and Ocie's other kids, their designs are amazing.

And yeah the implied fact that Oscar got a boyfriend is just *mwah chef's kiss.*

At one point Oscar had the bright idea to cut calypso’s hair and aggressively called veah to come fix it without anyone finding out except Oscar didn’t account for the fact that his sister’s hair was LIKE 6 INCHES SHORTER veah did end up making it look really good though.there’s just no scissors in new seaside anymore

Thinking about how taking Fable’s godhood, his immortality, is what killed Centross, but it’s also what let him ascend

Centross didn’t die when fable stabbed him, he died once his job was done, once he had completed his goal

His mortal body gave out, fading into stardust from the amount of godly power within him and making way for a new form,

I can’t be the only one who thought it was the “violent reaper” not the “violet reaper”

I swear I was so confused when centross came back from the dead and went “I’m gonna be called violet now because I use to be known as the violet reaper” and every didn’t give it a second thought

I WAS SO CONFUSED I COULDVE SWORN IT WAS VIOLENT

I was incredibly confused

Thinking about how people use Sherbert to refer to Icarus instead of Icarus

How Athena tells Rae that they care about Sherbert, and how he calls Icarus Sherbert when telling them that this is the same as ominous bane

How Violet tells Fernris that he believes in Sherbert (later adding Icarus, but at first calling them Sherbert)

How Rae called them Sherbert when asking them to realize that Fable is in the wrong

And how all of this shows how people view Sherbert and Icarus differently

People view Sherbert as kinder, a lot of them know Sherbert as their friend as someone who cares about people and who people care about,

But a lot of them also noticed the sharp difference in Icarus’ behavior as soon as they started going by Icarus, as soon as Fable started to be a part of their life
