सुदानमध्ये 18 भारतीयांचा जळून मृत्यू  130 हून अधिक कर्मचारी जखमी, कारखान्याला आग लागल्याने दुर्घटना, भारताने माहिती मागवली वृत्तसंस्था / खार्टूम आफ्रिका खंडातील सुदान या देशातील या शहरात एका सिरॅमिक कारखान्याला आग लागल्याने 18 भारतीय कामगारा��चा जळून मृत्यू झाला आहे. या दुर्घटनेत पाच अन्य नागरिकही ठार झाले आहेत. एलपीजी टँकरचा स्फोट झाल्याने ही आग लागल्याचे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले. भारताने सुदान सरकारकडून दुर्घटनेची माहिती मागविली असून मृतांच्या नातेवाईकांशी संपर्क करण्यात येत आहे. खार्टुम शहराच्या बाहरी भागात हा कारखाना होता. सीला सिरॅमिक नामक या कारखान्यात शंभरहून अधिक भारतीय कामगार काम करतात. स्फोट झाला तेव्हा 25 हून अधिक कामगार काम करीत होते. यापैकी 18 भारतीय होते. तर पाच स्थानिक होते. ही दुर्घटना मंगळवारी घडली. त्यानंतर 16 भारतीय बेपत्ता असल्याचे वृत्त देण्यात आले होते. तथापि, हे सर्व तसेच आणखी दोन कामगार मृत झाल्याचे बुधवारी घोषित करण्यात आले. या घटनेत 130 हून अधिक कर्मचारी जखमी झाले असून 7 जणांची प्रकृती गंभीर असल्याचे समजते. 34 भारतीय कामगार या दुर्घटनेतून बचावले आहेत. त्यांना नजीकच्या सलोमी सिरॅमिक कारखान्यात आश्रय देण्यात आला आहे. त्यांच्यावर वैद्यकीय उपचार करण्यात येत आहेत. सुरक्षासाधने नव्हती आगीपासून बचाव करण्यासाठी कामगारांना सुरक्षासाधने पुरविण्यात आली नव्हती. तसेच कारखान्यात आग विझवणारी यंत्रणाही कार्यरत नव्हती, असे प्राथमिक चौकशीत आढळून आले आहे. सुदान सरकारने सखोल चौकशीचा आदेश दिला असून 15 दिवसात अहवाल मागितला आहे. ज्वलनशील पदार्थांचा साठा स्फोट झाला तेव्हा कारखान्यात मोठय़ा प्रमाणावर ज्वलनशील पदार्थांचा साठा होता. या साठय़ाने पेट घेतल्याने दुर्घटनेची तीव्रता वाढली. ज्या एलपीजी टँकरच्या स्फोटामुळे ही दुर्घटना घडली तो कशासाठी मागविण्यात आला होता, याबद्दल कोणतीही प्राथमिक माहिती उपलब्ध नसल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. ओळख पटविण्याचे काम सुरू अनेक मृत कामगारांच्या शरीराचा कोळसा झाला आहे. त्यामुळे त्यांची ओळख पटविण्यात अडचणी येत आहेत. कारखान्याच्या व्यवस्थापनाकडून दुर्घटना घडली तेव्हा कोणते कामगार कामावर होते, याची सूची मागविण्यात आली आहे. त्याआधारे तसेच अन्य साधनांच्या आधारे मृतांची ओळख पटविण्याचे कार्य हाती घेण्यात आले आहे. कामगारांची नावेही अद्याप उघड करण्यात आलेली नाहीत. #tarunbharatnews #tbdsocialmedia #blast #factoryfire #indian #burned #injured (at Khartoum, Sudan) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5rj45Ah0lk/?igshid=dseizdnx2p4w

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज खार्तूम. अफ्रीकी देश सूडान की राजधानी खार्तूम में चीनी मिट्टी की एक फैक्ट्री में विस्फोट हो गया। इस हादसे में करीब 23 लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 130 से अधिक लोग घायल हुए हैं। मृतकों में 18 भारतीय भी शामिल हैं। विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने इस घटना की पुष्टि की है। धमाका इतना शक्तिशाली था कि इससे पास के कंपाउंड में खड़ी कारों में भी आग लग गई। (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({});

34 भारतीय नागरिक सही सलामत जानकारी के मुताबिक, विस्फोट मंगलवार शाम खार्तूम के बाहरी इलाके में हुआ। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सलोमी फैक्ट्री में विस्फोट उस समय हुआ, जब वहां एक ईंधन का टैंकर गैस अनलोड कर रहा था। फैक्ट्री में विस्फोटक सामान असुरक्षित ढंग से रखा गया था, जिस वजह से तेजी से आग फैली। जांच में पता चला कि फैक्ट्री में सुरक्षा उपकरण भी नहीं थे। शव इतनी बुरी तरह जल गए हैं कि उनकी पहचान नहीं हो पा रही है। भारतीय दूतावास ने बताया कि, 'फैक्ट्री में 50 से अधिक भारतीय श्रमिक काम करते हैं। कुछ लापता नागरिक भी मृतकों की सूची में शामिल हो सकते हैं। 7 भारतीय अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं, जिनमें से 4 की स्थिति गंभीर है। जबकि 34 भारतीय नागरिक सही सलामत हैं।'

मृतकों की संख्या में हो सकता है इजाफा स्थानीय मीडिया के मुताबिक, मृतकों की संख्या में इजाफा हो सकता है क्योंकि कुछ घायलों की स्थिति काफी गंभीर है। अभी तक 23 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि प्रशासन ने कर दी है। पास की फैक्ट्रियों में काम करने वाले कर्मियों को वहां से खाली करा लिया गया। उद्योग और व्यापार मंत्री मदनी अब्बास और खारतौम के गवर्नर मोहम्मद अब्देल-रहमीन और अन्य अधिकारियों ने घटनास्थल का दौरा किया। सरकार ने अपने बयान में कहा कि, भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं से बचने के लिए इस मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। साथ ही सरकार ने घायलों के इलाज के लिए नागरिकों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में रक्तदान करने की अपील है।

This video recalled the events of the The Triangle Shirtwaist Fire in NYC on March 25, 1911. It was the deadliest fire in the New York City History. 146 lost their lives that day. The video showed different people searching for all the victims names so that they live on in history. 

The granddaughter of the family that was accused of being at fault for the fire grew up not knowing her family has such a rich history. It wasn’t until she was a teenager that she found out her families past. She could have let this affect her, but she didn’t she ended up making art in remembrance of the victims that lost their lives. 

I really enjoyed this video because it showed how precious life is and how important factory safety is. This was so long ago, but yet factory fires still happen too often. This means there have to be more safety measures when it comes to factories.
