"Drenched in Mixed Emotions"

On a rainy teacher's day, I embarked on a journey that began as a promise to celebrate this special occasion, but turned into an adventure I will never forget. As the day progressed, I found myself in my own world where every moment seemed to be in the mundane zone.

The day started off a little uneventful, attending a teacher's day event that didn't quite live up to the expected excitement. But little did I know that the real magic happens before and after the event.

I left the uninspiring party behind and hit the rain-soaked streets, determined to make the most of my day. Jumping on the public bus, I struggled through the crowded corridors, but the rhythmic patter of raindrops on the windowpane accompanied me.

Afterwards, I shopped with my sister and mother, enjoying the vibrant energy of the street market. The street food beckoned and I couldn't resist trying some of the local delicacies that added flavor to my day.

I tried to contact my high school teacher at home to remind me, but he didn't answer. Instead, I had a heartfelt conversation with my bff about beautiful earrings that made me appreciate the simple joys in life. As the day turned to evening, I went for a refreshing night walk, letting the raindrops kiss my skin. As I scrolled through the reels, I discovered the magic of Telugu culture through the reels and songs, fueling mnewfoundnd love for South Indian films.

Inspired by the day's experiences, I wrote a story for my next roll, adding a creative twist to my journey. I ended the day immersing myself in video editing and learning, the perfect end to a day full of unexpected pleasures.

Indeed, it was the rain that served as the backdrop for this remarkable Teacher's Day celebration, reminding us that sometimes the most ordinary days can become extraordinary if we let ourselves get lost in the beauty of the moment.

I'd like to hear about alliance au and ND fics!

Okok so the ND fics are a row of one shots that I'm working on with @kittykyryi and Cal (fallinginlovewithrain on ao3). We have two one shots in our current collection and are planning to write more in April. The fics can be about any neurodivergency but focus on Autistic!Adrien and AuDHD!Marinette because we share a lot of headcanons <3

Now about my alliance au! I'm in the process of planning it so it will be a while before anything gets written (@raspberrycatapult I appreciate you for letting me ramble) but it's essentially an AU where magic exists but superheroes don't. Adrien officially died like 1-2 years ago and Marinette is studying fashion (which she has a natural talent for due to her magical affinity, creation [duh])

The alliance rings are insanely popular in this world since Gabriel Agreste has the highest affinity for transmission magic since Nooroo, founder of their town. He weaves his magic into the technology, giving it abilities unseen before. Prior to dying, Adrien was a model here too, leading him to being the face/ avatar/ Siri of the rings in this world as well.

Marinette is trying to live her normal life when suddenly, while Alliance!Adrien is answering a question she asked him, he glitches out and his face gets replaced by... Adrien? Except he looks a bit different and is speaking frantically, not like the automated version she's used to, begging her to help him.

The Quantum Masking isn't actually as good as it was thought to be, and that doesn't need to change. But Adrien's support system does--it gets upgraded to the Marinette Exclusive. And Lila gets the brunt of this new support system (in the bad way).
