Sorry for not posting in forever, I've been so busy and have tried to post via mobile app but every time I try to post photos the app instantly crashes which is so frustrating!!!

Anyways, this is Francesca and her daughter Mirabel, I wanted to post something for fall/Halloween, but all of my current saves are in other seasons. I will probably post a few more times with them and then resume my other saves.

It's become quite obvious to me I haven't posted anything in a bit. I did a lot of cc cleaning and deleted some saves so some sims I've posted you'll never see again. Excited to create new stories though and I want to share it all very soon. Plan on updating my resources page and stuff like that too.

I resurrected Sage so she can live with my new sim in my new save file. My game stays paused so she can't burn while I build. (Which is slowly moving I might add)

Modern Luxe Off-Campus Home (No CC)

I love the modern luxe kit that Xureila created with the sims team, and I used it to make an Off-Campus home for my sims that are in university right now. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a laundry section built into the second-floor hallway. I use a lot of packs btw like almost every single one I own.

Dogtooth Estates

An unfurnished five bed, five bath, home located on a 50 x 40 lot. Packs used should be: Growing Together, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle, Seasons, Snowy Escape, Island Living, Vintage Glamour. (Island Living, Snowy Escape and Vintage Glamour were only used for like 1 item each so it's not the end of the world if you don't own them) This was another real-life recreation of a home in Toronto, Canada and I am really proud of this one. Available under my gallery ID Fallouttrait. (I might add a sfs link for tray files if needed I'm just tired right now)

Anyways, just wanted to let you know I renovated the New Moon Shack for my werewolves save file. There's two bedrooms, one fitted for a toddler, two bathrooms, and the family living here also has a dog. Happy Thanksgiving to anyone who celebrates.

Okay I finally made another no cc home and while the outside looks kind of horrendous I do have a good explanation for this!!! This is my best attempt at recreating a house I have driven by before. It doesn't look like a home because it that is what it looks like in real life. It doesn't sit with other houses either it stands alone at a crossroads and honestly looks like it was something else at one point. I can however tell that people definitely live there and there are a couple differences in the shape and windows. I have more windows than the Irl home itself because some of the placements are actually a semi-outdoor area with chains for windows (so pretty, right?) Other than that, I have no idea what the inside looks like so this is my own imagination running wild as too what the houses interior may looks like. Enough of me rambling though, let me get to the important details!

So, about the house itself I kind of got really inspired by the color blue for some reason so that is kind of what the palette is focused on. As soon as you walk in through the front doors there is an area to hang your coat and your mud boots. There're little hallway tables with decor to brighten up the space and you are immediately greeted by the dining table and the small bar. Now you can go through one of the two doors, one being a small bathroom and the other leading into the "garage" which I have turned into a laundry room to be more sim friendly. The other two rooms of the first floor are the living room and the kitchen! Building with rounded walls is so hard I wish they optimized it a bit more before releasing them. Now if you look around hard enough there are pet beds and food bowls! I think there's enough space for cats and small dogs I even used some of the space I closed off as hidden passages for any future furry/feline friends that might stay in this house so that they even have their own personal space.

If you head upstairs there is a small lounge area for reading and just hanging out and of course we have our two bedrooms, I imagine a single mom and her daughter living here. I decorated the daughter's bedroom for a child, but you can easily change that to teen or whatever you like. There is one final bathroom with a tub and litter box and then you can go outside onto the balcony for either chess or some painting. I know this is probably an odd house, but I do really like it a lot and I promise I will release a more normal house next time!!!

2-4-1 Wakabamori

A three-bedroom, one bathroom house created for my four-sim family in Mt. Komorebi. I normally throw up color all over the entire house but minus the children's bedrooms I kept the theme completely neutral. I didn't heavily decorate the house due to me wanting to keep it semi minimal but still the house is priced at roughly 83 thousand simoleons.

Finally finished the house for my current household!! It took so long because I wanted each of the girls' rooms to be equally cluttered and just the tiniest bit messy. Obviously, the black room is Maia's, the pink is Alyssa's and blue is Sienna's, while the final room is Heather and Casey's. I kept the adults room sort of simple because I just feel that it represents both of their personality's well, but I might add more in the future. I left the basement and hallway out of the photos because I felt like that would be too much, but I might post them later. The house is littered with various pet beds, cat towers, and pet supplies but there is still enough room for Tiftof to ride the Roomba.

Teaser Preview of the new family home! I posted Casey and Heather's wedding on Instagram, and I'm almost ready to post the family home I am down to Maia's bedroom which is about 70% done. I just feel like it's missing so much clutter compared to Alyssa and Sienna's bedrooms. I'm actually wondering if I posted Sienna while writing this....

Lil Simsie's Big Mistake Shell Challenge

If your reading this I'm probably still pulling my game apart for what's causing my frequent last exception messages🥲

I still decided to give it another shot at lil simsie's big mistake shell so I moved to a smaller lot and got to work. This is for a 30x20 lot and I made it ideally for a family of four in mind. As you can see in the photos there's the master bedroom for the couple, a pink bedroom for a teenage daughter, and blue room for a younger son but you totally don't have to follow that of course. The first floor holds the living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as the houses only bathroom. It also has two desk areas for for your sims. Besides the bedrooms on the second floor the hallway has a knitting/crafts area for the household to take advantage of and while the third floor isn't really shown except for the tiny living room space, there is also workout equipment and an easel for painting. I really tried my best at inputting a lot of objects for various skills and aspirations. The exterior contains a chess table on the porch as well as a small sitting area, there is a separate area where your household can grill and sit together at your leisure. FYI there is no pool or hot tub as I felt it would be trying to do to much in this space.
