So I finished watching all of the Fear Street movies and the way they de-villified Sarah Fier was such a plot twist but the way I was IMMEDIATELY on board too like, "Ugh! Of course it was a 👹WHITE MAN👹. Go figure. 🙄"

another similarity i found with wednesday and fear street

two individuals seen by their town as condemned ‘witches’ for coincidentally the same reason: witchcraft (yes ik that sarah didn’t actually use witchcraft it was just believed by her town that she did and for goody i think it’s maybe a similar reason like sarah since goody was an outcast and crackstone wanted to get rid of all outcasts and during the 1600s i think it was believed that people who sinned had some involvement with witchcraft since it was quite a prominent belief back then)
