OC STAR WARS DAYS CHALLENGE :: REVENGE OF THE FIFTH ( the beast is you and you are the beast )

Born to a pair of smugglers on Corellia, Amaia remembers very little of her life before she became a slave. Sold to cover her father's gambling debts, Amaia grew up in the swamps and chemicals of Nal Hutta, a pleasure slave of Marlo the Hutt. It was only when she turned fifteen she saw any relief from her life, as a man dressed in black robes with white hair arrived and said she had the potential to be something more. She was bought, freed, and taken to the harsh red planet of Moraband, where she learned the only true path to freedom was through power and victory. The man with the white hair may have bought her freedom, but it was her time on Moraband that truly taught her how to break her chains. The voices of the valley and those who came before telling her to give into her anger, her passion, her fear. It was they who gave her the name Darth Raign and made her a force to be reckoned with...to be feared. But it was Darth Sidious who sent her into the path of Anakin Skywalker, forcing the galaxy to bear witness to a war of wills, dark vs light, a conflict which would bleed the galaxy dry and leave only one survivor.

So I went to Underdark and got Noblestalk before meeting Sceleritas Fel, and this is what happens.

Idk why but it kinda freaked me out? Like I know Durge is a vile murderer, cannibal (dwarves better run), necrophiliac etc and should've expected it, but that poor baby...

It's kinda disturbing how the narrator mocks you when you pick the 1st option? Like imagine you can't remember anything about your previous life, and then boom, you remember you murdered an infant... I would throw up tbh

And the 2nd option, its really interesting how Durge considers this death to be a mercy? Death is better than to live in the same world as them. It's so angsty. I wonder if there were moments when they would break down and cry from selfhatred, maybe they would try to end themselves but Sceleritas would pop out and stop them, trying to gaslight them how Bhaal loves them etc

3rd option, I'm not even gonna comment. Nice culinary skills tho? 💀

A fun fact about Sy that I literally just hashed out with my friend:

Sy has gone on quite a name journey in his life. Originally named Sylas Maeve by his adoptive family and taking on the name Syleth Morte after the Urge took over and he killed them to signify a rebirth. (like any dramatic eleven year old would do)

When he woke up on the nautiloid it was essentially a random mixup of flashes of memory that resulted with him considering his name to be Sylas Morte.

DWC November 2022 - Day 5: Lush/Damage

Why not?

That became the answer to everything.

The damage was done, already - what else could possibly go wrong for her, now? She was a creature who had seen rock bottom, and then some. She'd endured hell again, and again - she'd saved herself from it, too... sacrificing yet more of the girl she'd been, to become the thing she was now.

"Endure," Jericho had once said to her - and so she had. When things were bleakest... she endured.

Eventually, it becomes lying in wait.

And so why not make another deal with a warlock? She needed the tutelage. Forced to wield the fel, she must adapt to what she'd become, now.

She'd have asked Synnaquin, really, if the woman weren't seemingly lost to the Nether for the last however many years, herself... but instead, she chose to walk the same path as the other woman.

The raven-haired warlock would laugh... oh, how she would laugh, to hear of the Whitedawn, and the setting of her pale sun.

"They are two sides of the same coin," she'd once said of the Light, and the Fel, to Lily, when she'd still been the flower-girl - seeing through a haze of the Light's lies.

But what she'd become? There was no changing that. There was no... going back. There was only forward... with the other side of the coin.

And so, she would endure a bit more.
