Calling him love/honey for the first time | skz ❣️
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
a/n: I'm currently accepting requests for preferences/blurbs in my ask :) for skz (NSFW accepted)
🍒 Bang Chan:
"Honey, can you open this for me?" Chan pauses, looking up from his papers on the couch almost as if he malfunctioned until his lips start to twitch at the end.
"What was that?" He teases.
"I said can you open this for me?" You can't help the shy smile that makes your cheeks feel hot with embarrassment.
"That's not what I heard." He laughs, nose scrunching as he takes the bottle from you. "Only because that was the cutest fucking thing I've ever heard."
Rolling your eyes you grab the soda but not before pressing a kiss to his cheek, "Thank you so much, honey."
Before you can make it too far away, Chan is giving chase. Wrapping his arms tightly around you and kissing your face, "Please say it again and again, you're so cute!!!"
🍒 Felix:
"Hey, love, can you help with something real quick?" You pop your head into the recording room, despite addressing one stray kid in particular all the heads pop up to meet yours.
Changbin is the first one to push against Felix's chest jokingly watch as the blonde man flushes red. Everyone soon joins in, teasing him with small 'loves' as he joins you.
"I can't reach the laundry soap, you put it on the top shelf." Making grabby hands as you press up onto your tippy toes with a pout, showing exactly that.
Felix smirks to himself before stepping closer and reaching but not allowing you to move an inch as he blocks you in against the washer. "Love, huh?" He laughs against the shell of your ear, "That's a new one."
You smile before hitting your bottom lip, "I was trying to be cute, I didn't think they would make fun of you."
"Oh, sweetheart, you are so cute and I like the nickname. Ignore them." That's all the confirmation you need.
He hands you the soap before pressing a kiss against your lips, "I'm going back, baby."
He is half way down the hall before you say, "Okay, love." And just like that he's turning back with a wide smile, cheeks glowing as he walks towards you and presses his lips against yours again.
🍒 Han:
"Well I think I like this one more, honey." You disagree, leaning forward over his shoulder to point to the leather vest. Han seemed to freeze, mouth ajar as he flushed pink.
"What?" You can't help but notice the shift of attitude in the room, watching as he shyly smiles to himself.
"Honey?" He asks, "Since when? You never called me that before." Despite the room full of stylists and models, it is as if you are the only two there.
"Do you not like it? Sorry, I'll stick to Hannie." He shakes his head repeatedly. Peeking up to see if anyone is catching the conversation.
"No, no. It's cute, I like it! Don't stop calling me, honey." He pauses, "I like it, kinda like we are married."
It's your turn to laugh to yourself. "Is it now?"
"Yeah," he agrees, tilting his head up to your own. "Now give me a kiss, honey, before I have to go change." Who are you to deny such a cute man?
🍒 Hyunjin:
"Hyunjin!! That tickles!!" You laugh, pushing his hands away. He doesn't tho, he loves watching the way your nose scrunches as you laugh and how involuntary your limbs move trying to get out of his grasp.
"Hyunjin! Honey! Please." Now that makes him pause, the suddenness of it all confusing you until you meet his eyes.
His cheeks are red, crimson with heat and his eyes don't dare to leave your own. It's your turn to tease him now.
"Honey, you're blushing." He doesn't give you the satisfaction of seeing as his nose nudges your neck to hide his face.
"Stop teasing me," he mumbles softly, "You never called me something like that before. It's always Hannie or Jinnie."
"Do you not like it?"
"Quite the opposite, please call me it again and again and again."
He presses his body into yours, deeper and deeper until you feel his hips stutter. "Do it again."
🍒 Changbin:
"You are so cute, my love." Leaning across the restaurant table to pinch his cheek affectionately, watching as he bites his bottom lip but smiles widely.
"Stop embarrassing m-." He pauses, almost as if his mind had finally caught up, "Wait, what did you say?"
"You are so cute."
He shakes his head, "No after that."
"My love?" Those two words make his heart pound as he reaches for your hand, bringing it to his ips before kissing softly.
"One more time, I don't think I was hearing you correctly." The amused look on his face makes you want to roll your eyes, instead you prop your elbows in the table before resting your chin into the cup of your hands.
You make a kissy face followed by an obnoxiously loud sucking sound which makes his eyes wide. He looks around at the eyes that follow you before he's pressing his hands against your lips.
"Baby! I'm sorry for teasing you, please stop!"
"But," you pout, "My love doesn't like my nickname for him."
"I do! A little too much, please stop!"
🍒 Lee Know:
It's not hard to notice the chance in Lee Know as he watches the couple across from you - the other half of the double date make kissy faces at each other.
Watching the woman - your friend stroke her boyfriend's hair affectionately, something you only did when you were alone. It's not like he's mad but would like for your love to be known, especially in public.
He would never tell you though, luckily for him you can see right through him. He speaks to the couple, making a few jokes before he feels your hands sneak between his arm.
Resting your head against his shoulder and pouting before speaking. "I'm sleepy, love."
Lee know does a double take, not believing the words. He bites his bottom lip, trying to hide the smile that breaks through anyways.
"Do you want to go back and sleep? Do you need me, love?"
There's the word again, the one that makes his heart race as he cutely nods. You smile big and reach up to pinch his cheek which makes him giggle.
He actually giggles and just like that you know you know exactly how to make your boyfriend putty in your hands.
🍒 I.N.:
"Honey, I think it's crooked." Finger touching your chin in concentration as his head snaps towards you. The task at hand of hanging the painting is long forgotten.
"Honey?" He questions but smiles shortly after. "You are so cute baby."
He disregards the painting completely, dropping it to the ground before wrapping his arms tightly around you. He presses a soft his to your forehead.
"Say it again baby, I wanna hear it."
"Honey, honey, honey." You mumble before his lips are kissing your face, nose, cheek, lips, pretty much any surface of untouched skin.
"Again, pretty, I wanna hear it again."
🍒 Seungmin:
"Baby?" Seungmin called, normally you would be at the door to greet him home from work. He pops his head into the kitchen, maybe too distracted making dinner or dishing up some takeout but you are no where to be found.
"Babe?" He tries again but nothing. He wanders throughout the house until he finally makes it to the bedroom.
"Surprise!!" Followed by the sound of noise makers, "Happy birthday, my love!!!"
The room is full of balloons, pictures and streamers hanging from the cellying and scattered along the floor.
"It's not my birthday, baby." He smiles despite the fact, "Did you just call me love? You've never done that before."
"Well you're going to be gone on your tour, I thought we could celebrate." You sigh, "And you always call me a nickname, I wanted to give you one back."
He pouts softly before his arms wrap tightly around you, "You are so sweet, princess. I love you."
send some request in :))

This year, I'm finally participating in Kinktober but instead of doing 31 stories for the month of October, I'm going to cut it down to just Stray Kids. Spooky Month is going to be very busy for me and so to avoid missing any days, I think this is a much more time manageable option for me. So not only is it Kinktober but it's also a Creature Feature. Thats right, it's monsterfucking season, bitches. Each story will feature monster!SKZ, 4 kinks, and a dialogue prompt.
See the details for each story below the cut!

Tumblr media
soft cries and whines bubbled out of your raw throat as you feel felix pump yet another load into your swollen, sore cunt. one hand working it’s magic on your sensitive, overstimulated clit and the other caressing your left breast as the aussie spoke.
“can’t wait to see your tits all big and full for my baby… wanna fuck you full of my kids baby… gonna be nice and round, look so pretty and full for me… gonna make you a mummy… you’re gonna be such a good mum…”
you weren’t entirely sure if he was talking to himself, out loud, or what, all you could notice is the sticky peel of his skin away from yours as he pulled his softening cock out slowly.
quickly, his fingers catch the cum that began to leak from you, pushing two fingers in to your overstimulated cunt which elicits a soft yelp out of you from the sudden intrusion.
“s-sorry babygirl.. g-gotta make sure it sticks..” felix panted softly as he looked at you with astonished eyes. he loved you so much, he couldn’t ever imagine having anyone else bear his child. as you looked up to meet his gaze, you admired his beautiful face as strands of his fringe clung to his forehead with sweat.
he peppers soft, sweet kisses over the bridge of your nose and smiles, looking down at you in your fucked out state.
“fuckin’ gorgeous, babygirl… so pretty for me..”

hi the best writer on tumblr! please can i get a hard dom!felix? <333
ahdhshfh hi nonnie ^^ and yes you can!! (nsfw under the cut - sir kink, degradation, spanking, toy usage)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
felix, in the eyes of the outside world, is soft.
smiley, gentle, and ever so hilarious, practically everyone that he meets has only pleasant things to say afterwards. such a lovely boy, they would swoon, so sweet to his girlfriend. none of them are wrong, not in the slightest. felix is, by far, the best boyfriend that you've ever had. always attentive and constantly at your beck and call — even when you tell him that he doesn't need to be.
"i wanna take care of you," he always responds. "so let me."
in bed, however, your gentle, sweet little lixie tranforms. he's borderline mean. throwing you around, calling you names, teasing you with rough hands and a condescending tone...yet you cannot deny that you completely, utterly enjoy it. and when you misbehave? well, he has some extremely effective methods of putting you in your place.
smack!
"s-seven!" you cry out, voice whiny and thick with tears. "'m sorry! i'll be good, sir! i promise!"
"should've decided that earlier, baby," he growls. another sharp swat to your ass echoes throughout the room, mixing with the yelp that tears from your throat; and while he can be mean, felix is not a monster. his palm soothes over your heated skin, and when you don't say your safe word after a quiet check-in, he takes that as a sign to keep going. he tuts. "couldn't wait 'til we got home, huh? you just had to act like a whore in front of the boys. now look where that got you."
you cannot seem to find words to respond with, your thoughts muddled and foggy and there's words that you wish to say but you just can't get them out. the action of thinking itself is much too burdensome when the only thing filling your senses is felix, felix, felix.
you bury your head deeper into the sheets below you as you pathetically sniffle, drool staining the soft fabric. another blow, and tears finally begin their descent down your cheeks, coupled with a ruined sob.
"how many was that, slut?" you hear from somewhere far away, vaguely recognizing the voice as your boyfriend's through your foggy headspace. you, evidently, do not answer him as quickly as he would like, when his knee sinks into the mattress next to your head and one hand grips your cheeks hard, jerking your head up so that you meet his fiery gaze.
"i asked you a question," his says, tone low and dangerous — it causes your breath to stutter in your chest for a moment. "don't make me repeat it."
you stutter for a moment before you take a deep breath, eyes glazed over as you gaze up at him. "eight?"
you know by the disappointed purse of his lips that you've royally fucked up.
"flip over," he orders, and you immediately obey — an attempt at softening his impending wrath. he leaves the bed for a moment, body disappearing over the side of the mattress. he rises with your wand vibrator in hand before he's settling back between your legs.
"you wanna cum?" he questions, one eyebrow raised when you nod in rapid succession. "do you think you deserve it?"
"please-"
a quick, stinging swat to your thigh cuts you off. his scowl has returned. "do you deserve it?"
"no," you murmur, eyes trailing away from him in embarrassment. he grabs your chin, his thumb slipping between your lips for you to suckle on, guiding your eyes back to him.
"you don't," he agrees. "so you're not going to tonight."
you are unsure when he placed the silicone of the wand against your clit, not until it buzzes to life against you on its highest setting. it causes you to squeal, your legs attempting to close only to be halted by felix's torso. his thumb removes itself from your mouth, his hand moving to your thigh to reveal your center to him once more.
"keep your fucking legs open, brat," he says over your noisy cries and incoherent begging. your hands grip the sheets and your legs quake as you feel the tendrils of your high starting to curl around your stomach, all hot and heavy and too much, please, too much.
the peak of pleasure is within your reach, and it seems as if he can tell, pulling the vibrator away from your clit to drag across your inner thighs. you sob, lungs burning and chest heaving while your hips buck up to chase the pleasure now floating away from you.
he laughs, fucking laughs, at your misery, turning down the toy to a much lower setting. "you're funny, baby, thinking you'd get away with that. now."
the toy returns to your center, and your breathy whine morphs into a scream when he turns it back up.
"let's see how much you can take until you break."

Can a request more about Felix dominant side? I thinks he hides a lot of potential to be a Dom, he would be perfect for for a late bloomer, he seems very warm, but also controlling if he wants to
🥺
𝘍𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘹 𝘓𝘦𝘦 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘋𝘰𝘮 𝘌𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺:
I feel like my warnings are getting so repetitive but I gotta include it in every post.
I'm using astrology so nothing I say is accurate or confirmed- it's completely theoretical.
Anyway- let's go!!
Tumblr media
Out of the members of Stray Kids- I would honestly say Felix isn't one of the best members for a late bloomer relationship BECAUSE of his overthinking tendencies with all his Virgo placements.
He might tend to think TOO hard about being such a good boyfriend and giving you the best late bloomer experience that he'll probably forget to just live in the moment.
His Aries Moon also indicates impatience and he might want to try too many things too quickly and it might get overwhelming.
One of the best traits of having a Libra Venus is they value equality in the relationship and Felix might feel like he has TOO much power in the relationship with his experience and you're lack of experience.
But to end this on a positive level, I think no matter what...Felix is going to try his absolute best to be the best ever 'first ever' boyfriend for you.
Tumblr media
Now for his dom energy- yes while I think Felix is one of the more 'submissive' members of Stray Kids- I don't think he's 90% submissive and he's more of a balanced switch than what people realise.
This will be shorter than Ateez readings b/c I don't have Felix's Rising Sign so I can't analyse his house placements but his Aries Moon/Leo Mars are great placements to indicate he has 'dom' energy.
I feel his dominant energy would come out when he's pushed hard enough-like if he's jealous of somebody flirting with you or his masculinity feels challenged in a way.
His voice will get deeper, his eyes will darken and become more stern and his grip against you might be more tight.
'I'm not worried about you getting attention sweetie, I'm worried about the way he looks at you'.
I've seen him on-stage and when he's performing- he has a very powerful and 'manly' energy which juxtaposes against the 'fairy' concept he's confined to with group dynamics.
Tumblr media
Both Felix Lee and Han Jisung have a Leo Mars and men with a Leo Mars typically love heated-in the moment type of sex and are visual people.
And yeah- as a dom with a Libra Mercury...you best believe he'll talk you through it.
Would watch you put mascara on in the mirror and then he'll randomly think about how pretty you'd look with his cock in your mouth and mascara running down your cheeks.
'You look so pretty as you gag on my cock sweetheart, want to paint your face and see your mouth covered in me'.
Lipstick smeared, stockings ripped, bra straps falling, buttons torn are some of the things he'd find so sexy- having a Leo Mars means he can be quite primal in the bedroom.
But it would take him a lot of teasing or jealousy to get to that unhinged level of dominance- and it would take A LOT of time (and rounds) for him to break out of it.
Tumblr media
It's why I love Felix with black hair SAUR MUCH!!! because I think it brings out his dominant energy and doesn't confine him to 'baby subby pixie Felix' persona.
Tumblr media
I also just want to appreciate the Taste fancam and this performance b/c I think this fit and song was the key for Felix stans to think-
Oh shit- He could be a dom.

shut up (and kiss me) (f.l.)
➵ pairing: felix lee x reader / idol!skz / non.idol!you ➵ 1,194 words / fluff 🌸 / reader calls felix ‘lix’, felix calls the reader ‘buttercup’ / chan is still the biggest shipper ➵ your first kiss with felix went a little something like this... [masterlist ❣️]
Tumblr media
the night had played out to be exactly the way he had hoped. after months of harbouring his emotions in secret, to finally coming out to tell you about it, having you reciprocate them and agree to going on a date with him... and another, and another–soon, he’s able to call you his for weeks now. yet, he has yet to feel how soft your lips would be on his; would he be able to feel your smile against his own? today was the day he would get that answer (fingers crossed).
felix wanted the moment to be perfect. spoiler: it wasn’t.
dinner was eaten ages ago; the dorm was empty with numerous supportive messages from the boys (and some downright slandering his name for possibly failing before he had tried–screw you, han!). there’s no better moment than now. the movie playing in front of the both of you seems to be fading from felix’s mind. the voices of the actors zoom out and he only focuses on the way you take calm intakes of air, pressed lightly against his side.
it seems like you notice he was staring when you peek up from leaning against him, offering a small smile, “you okay there, lix?”
he clears his throat and nods, despite his eyes shakily looking away from you.
“y-yeah, buttercup. i’m fine.”
you chuckle and sit up, leaning away just a bit too far for his liking and eye him up and down, raising a brow as you fold your arms in front of your chest, “you don’t look fine...” not even the way you try to joke with him can get him to loosen up, “i mean, you do like fine, if you know what i mean, but you don’t look like you’re actually fine.”
he laughs, albeit seemingly forced as his lips press together to a thin line. at the way he’s not looking at you, unable to meet with your gaze and how his body stiffens with the arm around your shoulders is what makes you more sensitive to how he’s acting. it’s been an amazing few weeks since you agreed to be his; since he’s officially yours to claim but... today feels a little off.
he’s not as carefree as he usually was. a bit tighter and restricted. it makes you wonder if it’s due to the change of your relationship dynamic from platonic to romantic. if... something, someway, somehow, things weren’t the same anymore. it only makes you move your arms to hug yourself, swallowing the lump in your throat to ask him softly: “i-is there something wrong?”
felix robotically turns his head to look at you, only now noticing the way your eyes seem sad–oh no. no no no–he removes his arm from your shoulders so he can turn to face you properly. he licks his lips and shakes his head, gaping when it was now your turn to not be able to meet with his gaze.
“you’re usually more chatty around me but today you’ve gone quiet,” he hates the way your voice cracks in between your syllables, how you’re trying to create the distance between your bodies, “i... is it me?” felix wants you to stop talking–please stop talking, it’s not what you think–”is there something you want to tell me?”
at the opportunity, felix jumps to answer: “yes.”
in your mind, this is where it ends.
in felix’s, this is where it begins.
“i... i uh...” he clasps his hands on his lap, fiddling with his fingers, “i... wanna kiss you.”
at your silence, he unlocks his hands so he can use one to rub the back of his neck, meekly peeking up to see your reaction. at the way you’re gaping at him, in utter surprise makes him snort.
“w-what? why’re you looking at me like that?”
“i... i could’ve sworn you were trying to break up with me,”
his eyes widen, to the point it looks like he’s confused.
“are you crazy?” his voice squeaks up in the end; as it always does when he’s surprised. based on how you’re still in disbelief, it makes him rethink. he doesn’t have to think, though, when you fill out the answers in his mind.
“you’ve been a bit distant lately so i thought... i was preparing myself for you to break up with me and–”your voice is all jumbled up, stuck in your throat with the words that disappear when you finally process what’s going on. a hand on your cheek to keep you still, another hand rooting you down by the shoulder as felix’s soft lips press against yours. from being slightly open midway, your lips melt into the shape of his as you succumb into the kiss.
it starts off a bit rushed, awkwardly finding the pace between urgency and excitement. then, it slows when felix finds his breath along yours; him smiling when he feels you smiling that it breaks the kiss naturally because you two were smiling too hard to continue kissing.
with a shaky breath, felix leans his forehead against yours, eyes opening after he realises he had them closed. he meets with your eyes; how the sadness was washed away, replaced with this warmth that makes his heart swell at the sight. he always, always like that he’s able to see his reflection in your eyes if he stares long enough.
“sorry, i wanted to ask before i did it but,” he exhales, shaking his head, “that’s what i’ve been wanting to do for the longest time now.”
you chuckle and carefully put your arms around his neck and he shifts closer, lining his nose along yours. your voice breathes the life back into his lungs when your hesitance earlier dissolves into the familiar humour you had, “not break up with me?”
“you’re really an idiot if you thought i was going to break up with you,” he deadpans, in a tone so serious that it makes you laugh even more. it feels silly now, but it feels perfect.
“can i...” his voice is delicate, precious, “can i kiss you again?”
“you don’t have to ask, lix.”
with that, the hand felix had cupped your cheek with slides down to gently hold your chin so he can lean in to kiss you again.
felix wanted the moment to be perfect. spoiler: it wasn’t. update: it would always be perfect as long as it was with you.

Shared Experiences ~ *Felix Lee*
Tumblr media
Summary: Every so often, Felix can experience the same feeling as his soulmate. As much as he’d love to meet them, he knows it’s pretty much impossible. That is until he meets Stray Kids’s new stylist. What is it about you that draws him to you…?
Pairing: Felix Lee X G/N!Reader
Genre: Fluffy Oneshot
Word Count: 1851
Warning: soulmate AU
Masterlist
Taglist: @foxwinter @imagine-a-life-like-this @mxnsxngie @maeleelee @kpop-will-kill-me
A/N: The ending is a bit rushed. And for that I apologize.
A/N 2: Part 2 to this oneshot can be found here.
Every so often, you swear you could smell brownies. Sometimes, if you concentrated hard enough, you could hear the music he was listening to faintly, as if someone was playing it quietly in the other room. There were times during the day you felt complete exhaustion with a dash of exhilaration, like you just finished a strenuous workout.
All of these odd little moments throughout your day were all signs of your soulmate.
You’ve never met, but you knew from those experiences that they seemed lovely. You wanted to meet your soulmate ever since you were little. But growing up, you let such a childish fantasy slip away for more practical pursuits. In other words, school and work and real friendships came before a person you didn’t know. Despite your maturing, you never did forget your soulmate and the experiences you shared every single day.
Sometimes, when you were alone, often before going to sleep, you wondered what your soulmate experienced from your life. Did they feel the joy you felt when you hung out with your friends? Did they hear that new song from your favorite band that you’ve been listening to on repeat? Did they taste the spicy dish you couldn’t get enough of for dinner? These kinds of questions made you endlessly curious, and you kept them all to yourself.
As curious as you were about your soulmate, you weren’t going around trying to find them. They could be all the way on the other side of the world. They could be a horrible person or uninterested in finding romance. For now, your curiosity was just that: simple curiosity. Not a reason to jump on the next plane to somewhere, in hopes of finding something that probably wasn’t there. Everything was just fine just the way it was and you were going to keep it that way.
For Felix, things weren’t just fine.
He was dying to meet his soulmate. Ever since the first shared experience, tasting homemade cookies, he has been obsessed with his soulmate. Were they kind and passionate? Were they snarky and mean? Were they quiet and skittish? He needed to know everything! If he could, he would jump on the next plane to somewhere just to find what he’s been looking for all his life.
“Felix!”
The poor boy snapped out of his daze. “Huh, what?”
Hyunjin started laughing along with Seungmin. “You’re in your own little world again.”
“Ah, sorry.” He blushed, his hair flopping in front of his face.
“Were you thinking about them again?” Minho asked, a smug smirk tugging at his lips.
He didn’t say anything, instead covering his face with his hands. He wanted to say so what? It’s hard not to think about them when he could sense them in every moment of his life. They were always there, lingering in the back of his mind. And though he would never admit it, he wouldn’t have it any other way.
“C’mon guys, give him a break.” Chris slung an arm over his shoulder. “Just because you guys can ignore your soulmate marks, doesn’t mean Felix can.”
Seungmin rolled his eyes and Hyunjin subconsciously touched the lock of hair that looked different from the rest of his hair. Minho’s hand even lightly touched his wrist, where the concealer he put on to cover the black mark was starting to flake off.
Out of all of Stray Kids, Chris was the only one who didn’t have his mark anymore, the timer on his wrist a faded zero. Jeongin swore he was close to meeting his soulmate once when he was younger, but everyone called his bluff. Felix would never tell him but he was envious of Chris. He was lucky to have met his soulmate and was hopelessly in love and devoted to them. What Felix wouldn’t give to have that same kind of love for himself. If only he could find them. But he was too busy to go looking for them.
A knock at the door stopped them all. In came the stylists, with the head stylist bowing respectfully at front.
“Excuse us. Are you ready?”
Minho nodded. “Yes, we’re ready when you are.”
“Excellent. Oh, and I would like to introduce you to the newest member of the style team, Y/n L/n.”
Felix glanced at the new higher and felt his cheeks warm at the sight. You were beautiful. Absolutely stunning. But besides how beautiful you looked, there was a thought, a feeling in the back of his mind that there was more to you then you let on. Something that made him feel like you two were going to be close. He had never felt such a feeling before. He wasn’t sure if he should ignore it or pursue it.
“Felix?”
He snapped out of his thoughts as the head stylist smiled brightly at him. “Pardon me. But I was wondering if it was alright if Y/n helped you with your makeup today?”
Not trusting his voice, which he was sure would come out far breathier than he’d want, he nodded. The head stylist nodded, smiling brightly. She gestured for you to begin before helping Hyunjiin hide the lock of hair that didn’t match the rest of his hair.
You smiled and his breath caught in his throat. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Felix. I hope I do a good job for you today.”
He nodded. “I’m sure you will.”
Your smile brightened and he felt his heart skip a beat. You were truly a vision and you seemed very kind. He wanted to talk to you, wanted to learn everything he could about you, but his words were caught in his throat. It was like your very presence overwhelmed him in a good way. While he felt dumb for not being able to speak to you, he also felt truly at peace with you gently applying his makeup. It was a nice feeling.
Felix watched as you carefully chose what to use and the look you wanted to give him. You seemed to give special attention to what products you chose, as if one wrong move would ruin the whole thing. But he would let you apply, take off, and apply makeup on him over and over again if it meant he could just be next to you. Everything you did was mesmerizing and he couldn’t get enough of it. These thoughts and feelings surprised him with their intensity, but it wasn’t unwelcome. He couldn’t stop the small smile on his lips during the whole process.
“I hope you don’t mind if I’m light on foundation.” You mumbled. “I think your freckles are lovely and I’d hate to cover them up.”
Again his heart was doing tricks in his chest. He nodded, “Alright. Thank you.”
Your smile turned shy. “You’re very welcome.”
The rest of the time passed in quiet contentment. It didn’t bother him that much, even though he really wanted to speak with you. However, he would rather your first moments together be comfortable just like this. It was nice.
Of course when the two of you were done and you moved on to help finish Jeongin’s makeup, Chris nudged his shoulder.
“What was that all about?”
“What was what about?”
“You know what I’m talking about.” He nodded in your direction. “You were practically giving them puppy dog eyes the whole time they did your makeup. So I ask again: what was that all about?”
He shook his head, letting his hair slip in front of his face a little. “It was nothing. I was just making sure they did a good job.”
“Oh yeah sure.” He rolled his eyes. “Do you think they could be your soulmate?”
Felix felt his brain jolt and restart at the question. “Dude, shut up! Whether or not they’re my soulmate is irrelevant. They were just doing their job, that’s it. Besides, there would be no way of knowing for sure if they were my soulmate or not.”
Chris shrugged. “Whatever you say, my friend. All I’m saying is, if I were you, I would try talking to them. It seemed like they liked you as well.”
Glancing back at you, finishing up Jeongin’s makeup, he sighed. Was Chris right? Did you really like him as much as he did? Did you want to be around him all the time and learn everything about him? Did being apart ache like no other? Were you his soulmate?
He knew there was no way of knowing, at least not without sounding crazy. He couldn’t just go up to you and ask if you shared any of the same experiences he did throughout his entire life. But even if you weren’t, did he have to end up with the one he was supposed to be with? He’s heard of soulmates who didn’t get along or just stayed friends. All he knew was he wanted to talk to you again, whether you were his soulmate or not.
There was another knock at the door and a stagehand poked his head in. “Five minutes till showtime, Stray Kids.”
They thanked him and all eight boys rushed around for last minute details. Seungmin was putting in his contact lenses that made his eyes the same color and Minho was applying more foundation to the black mark. Changbin adjusted his skin tone compression shirt, just in case his soulmate started writing all over his arms in the middle of performance again.
You added the last bit of makeup on Jeongin before allowing him to grab his in-ear piece. Now that you had a moment to yourself, Felix touched your shoulder, causing you to flinch. He brushed off the feeling of surprise as it felt like a cold breeze hit his back.
“Can I speak to you after our performance?”
You nodded. “Of course. I’ll wait for you.”
He ignored the flipping of his stomach at your words. Instead, he lined up with the rest of Stray Kids and followed them to the stage. Taking a deep breath, he joined them on stage to the cheers of their fans. He smiled brightly and waved to all the Stay, throwing a few hearts their way. A sense of completeness and satisfaction filled him as he got into place. This was where he belonged. This is who he is. He is Felix Lee of Stray Kids, and he was born to perform.
As the song began and he started to dance, his usual sense of excitement and fun was replaced with something else: surprise. He faltered for only a second, trying to figure out the source of this new feeling. He glanced around the audience before looking to the sides of the stage.
That’s when he locked eyes with you and understood.
You were feeling surprised. You must have felt his mood when he was in performance mode. You must have felt a lot more than just that.
But besides all of that, Felix knew Chris was right all along. You were his soulmate.
And he couldn’t wait to talk to you after the show.

I feel, deep in my bones, that one could summon fae!Felix by repeating that bit he does in Topline thrice over in a mirror: BOM DIGI DIGI BOM BOM BOM BOM and maybe it works faster if you try to 'go deep' with it... or maybe this is just stuck in my head in an audio stim kind of way and I live in the land of delulu
Tumblr media
A Guide to Summoning Your Faelix: AKA Faerie Felix / the most sweetest thing in the world.
FAE FELIX?
Ok!
SO let's do this!
Tumblr media
First, we'll need to set the mood. Obviously, we're gonna need blue. It is his favorite color. Even though poor baby was recently heartbroken because the color analyst told him that blue doesn't work for him. Even though OBVIOUSLY that is incorrect! He is gorgeous in blue. Precious baby. How dare they? Unacceptable.
Tumblr media
So, I just feel like it's absolutely NECESSARY that we include blue for the baby chick. Fuck them color swatches.
Tumblr media
NEXT! Brownies as an offering. Non negotiable. Here is his recipe. Enjoy. They are fantastic.
Tumblr media
Third.... we must call on the spirit of Bang Chan for he can always find his Lixie. Plus, he's our resident source of Lixie information. If he doesn't know, he'll figure it out for us. Bang Chan for President.
Tumblr media
Now, it's time to get down to business. This is very serious. Set the lights. Turn on the music. Look in the mirror and say it.
Tumblr media
Put all the bass you got in your voice and ..... POOF!
Tumblr media
Congratulations! You have completed your very first summoning.
Tumblr media
Now, let's discuss care for your Fae Felix.
Tumblr media
First and foremost, he is going to require lots of love and affection. If you do not feel as if you can provide adequate love and affection for your Faelix then please reconsider.
Tumblr media
If your Faelix does not receive adequate time, care and affection then he will cry. And subsequently, I will come to beat your ass.
Tumblr media
BECAUSE HOW DARE YOU! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! DON"T YOU DARE MAKE THIS BABY SUNSHINE CHICKEN CRY! THIS MEANS WAR!
Tumblr media
And! I'm telling Minho! And he'll help me whoop ass. So be prepared and think about that when moving forward with your Faelix.
Tumblr media
Minho is watching...
Tumblr media
Always watching.
Tumblr media
Perhaps, a Hyunjinnie would be more suitable for you or perhaps a Minho. They still require love and affection but they do understand that everyone needs alone time.
Tumblr media
Though, if you do choose to summon Minho... god help you.
Tumblr media
If you have an aversion to copious amounts of physical displays of love and affection, PLEASE AND I AM BEGGING YOU... do NOT summon yourself a Changbinnie. He WILL be giving you his love and you WILL like it.
Fair warning.
Tumblr media
But back to Faelix.
Tumblr media
Now, please remember that your Faelix can handle some spice but not exceedingly so.
Tumblr media
Be mindful of his dietary needs.
If not he'll scream.
Tumblr media
On that note, you are going to need to stock up on rice cakes. Trust me. And probably fried chicken. Just do it.
Tumblr media
It is also important to note that your Faelix is also sensitive to scary things so he's not likely to be a horror movie buddy for you. If you really, really, REALLY want him to... he'll do it to make you happy. However, he will basically turn your room into a nest at night and cover you with cuddles all night long... because he's scared to death. Poor Lixie. You will have a much better experience if you pick a comedy or action. He'll still cuddle you (if you want it) but it won't be out of fear. And nobody wants a scared Lix. He deserves to be happy.
Tumblr media
Also, on this note of Fae Felix. Just so you know, you're not supposed to give fairies your name. No matter how much they beg.
Tumblr media
However, Felix is literally the one that you could tell anything and he wouldn't use it against you. You're secret is safe with him. As is your soul.
Tumblr media
Now, in summary : It's all important but here are your TOP 3 to remember!
Tumblr media
Number One: Please provide adequate love, affection and care for your Faelix.
Tumblr media
Number Two: Please mind his dietary needs and plan accordingly. Give him whatever he wants. Or else he is going to become insane.
Tumblr media
Number Three: The Final and Most Important Rule of All
Remember that Minho is watching... always watching.
Tumblr media
He sees all.
He knows all.
I know, You know, We know, Lee Know
Thank you for coming to my presentation and have a nice day.
Please help yourself to a treat on your way out. We're serving brownies. Obviously.
..............
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this crazy tangent of mine and thank you so much for sending it in!
Love, K

Skz think your skirt is too short. | Bangchan, Felix, Hyunjin and Changbin.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
a/n: currently accepting preference/blurb requests for stray kids (NSFW included)
💖🌷Bang Chan:
The moment he sees you slip from the room he stands just a little bit taller. Eyes roaming over those legs, bare and soft. Your skin is forever tattooed in the pads of his fingers which he feels twitch, wanting to feel the soft ribbons of your skin.
The skirt was cute, it's flowy and matches the color of your white socks. Without even realizing he's grouping the back of your thigh, pushing you close until you're cuddled into his chest.
He presses a gentle kiss to your head but just like that a light goes off. Full protective mode is on. The brunette's hands clasp at your shoulders and pull you away to take one more look. If he's thinking this so will other guys.
"Babygirl," He starts softly, "You look so so cute and I love it but isn't is a little short?"
"But Babe," You whine, pouting and meeting his eyes. "It's not that short."
Chan scoffs, raising his eyes brows. "Yeah? Bend over, love, we'll test it."
Crossing your arms against your chest and not caring to move a muscle to challenge him. Not wanting to fall into exactly what he wants; for you to change.
"I want to wear it." Chan huffs, rolling his eyes but you know it's a facade, he can never be made at you. He pulls his hoodie off and over, messing his hair in the process but he still looked so cute as he wrapped the sleeves around your waist.
He doesn't move once it's tied; instead simply presses a kiss to your forehead. "What my baby wants she gets."
💖🌷 Felix:
The restaurant is rather crowded, he's skimming past the tables, looking around to find you. He is rather busy but promised he would make a quick trip to meet your friends. The relationship is fairly new, however, meeting the people who mean the most to you is important to him.
What he doesn't expect is you sandwiched between two guys. Well, that's dramatic, seated in SEPARATE chairs between two men. One of them has his arm resting on the back of your chair as he brings his phone closer to show you something.
As he walks closer he can't help but look at your legs, bare but crossed, causing your skirt to ride up more. No doubt the man next to you is getting an eye full. Felix pulls at his jacket, sleeve by sleeve and clears his throat; directly behind you.
Before you can even realize it's him he lays the jacket over your legs, pressing a kiss to your cheek. "Hi baby."
"Hi everyone." He bows politely. "I'm Felix."
The night went pretty well, they all seemed impressed. One of the men gave their seat up for him. During conversation he leans forward to whisper into your ear, "Your skirt is a little short, yeah?"
He watches as your nose scrunches, Felix was never protective like this before. Besides who is he to tell you? "Excuse me?"
He seems to have noticed the change, "Not like that baby, you look so pretty. I mean you keep pulling it down and moving. Just uncomfortable?"
Oh sweet little Felix, it makes you pout slightly and apologize, "I'm sorry Lix, I thought you meant something else."
"No worries, love, we can go back to mine. I'll give you some of my sweats to wear. Get my angel nice and cozy." He reaches and pinches the skin of your cheek affectionately but his hand drops once realizing the whole table is staring at you both. He clears his throat, turning as red as you in embarrassment.
💖🌷Hyunjin:
"No," Hyunjin says a little too quickly for your liking the moment you step out of the room. A frown forms on your lips showing your own disappointment.
"But I think it's cute and matches so well."
"No." His brows scrunch together, as his long finger nudges you gently to turn. The moment you do he's repeating himself, "Absolutely not."
"Baby.." you get but he's not having it.
"Too short. If you were going with me then yes, not out with your friends."
"Why not?"
"There's a lot of creeps out there, I don't want anyone thinking they will get a peak." His hand meets the small of your back, gently guiding you to the bedroom. "A little longer, petal."
"Hyunjin, I will look out for myself."
"Please, just change?" His face is only inches from your own, lips forming a soft pout. You're about to tell him no but those damn puppy eyes make you sigh.
"Fine but I'm mad at you." He presses a gentle kiss to your forehead.
"We can go out to dinner tomorrow and you can wear it, promise, flower."
💖🌷 Changbin:
"Baby," He pouts softly watching as you apply mascara. On your tippy toes, reaching over the bathroom sink to see which makes your skirt rise up just enough to see the bottom of your underwear. "You can't go out like this, it's too short."
Changbin comes behind you, both hands on either sides of the counter, boxing you in. He's so big he takes up most of the space but you just continue to apply your makeup. "Honey, I said it's too short." He whispers against your skin before softening his words with a kiss at the shell of your ear.
"It's fine, Bin."
"Nooo." He practically whines, "You look too good, everyone is going to be staring at you."
"No one is going to be looking at me."
"What if you need to bend down? Everyone is going to see your panties and cute little butt, it's mine." He makes you laugh as you turn around wrapping your arms around his neck.
"Do you want to come with us?"
You watch his eyes light up, you want him to come to dinner with your friends?
"Wait, really babe?"
"Mhmm, of course you're always invited." Before you know it he's scrambling to get dressed but not before throwing a pair of stalkings your way.
"Sorry baby, it's so short. For my peace of mind."

Tumblr media
You were paralyzed, frozen in place. You just stared at the empty couch, unable to register what just happened. This couldn’t be…right? “Felix?” You asked into the quiet. Slowly, you stumbled towards the couch, kneeling beside it. “Felix?” You asked again.
“I told you he wouldn’t be happy,” Jisung leaned in the doorway, his eyes narrowing on you. “Seems as though he wasn’t as hurt as we thought either, hmm?” He continued. You silently looked at Jisung. You had no idea what to do now. You were paralyzed. That’s when you realized. There should be weapons here. The least you could do is drive away Jisung. You immediately made your way over to your weapons stash. Jisung just stood in his place, amused by your sudden searching.
“Darling you might’ve been able to wound Felix but I’m much stronger than him,” He chuckled lightly. You firmly gripped a knife and a flask of holy water in your hands. “And yet I’m still going to try.” You were surprisingly calm about it all. Even as helplessness swirled inside of you. You faced Jisung, splashing the holy water and then immediately charging at him with the knife. Jisung merely ducked beneath the water, an umbrella simply appearing in his hand to block most if not all of the deadly substance. While running you could’ve swore you saw Felix flash in Jisung’s spot and replace him. You hesitated. Damn Jisung and his illusions. But you couldn’t raise your knife willingly against Felix either. You stood there silently, knife in hand, not knowing what would happen now.
“You’re weak,” He hissed, his eyes glittering that rosy color he always possessed. He took a few steps toward you until he stopped a reasonable distance where he was close yet still far enough to dodge damage if needed. His face contorted to a more lovesick expression and a smile wiped itself across his lips before he seized both your wrists and shoved you into the wall behind. You shrieked, your back connecting with the harsh wall. The knife you were holding clattered to the floor once again, but not without leaving a scrape on his arm. Your body shook, looking into his face when he wore such an expression. You tried struggling against his hold, but he was obviously stronger, and you still hadn’t regained all of your strength, potentially from your soul having been in Hell until recently.
“I’ll kill him, and then I’ll kill you.” His fingers dug into your wrists at a sickeningly slow pace until blood began to bubble and slowly drip down your arms. “How does it feel?” You had looked back up only to find Minho staring back at you now. “Knowing that I’m dead?” He cocked his head to the side. You grit your teeth, body trembling. You had to hold back a whimper from the pain. “Honestly?” You sucked in a breath, “ I’m glad.” You said quietly. “I’m glad you don’t have to see just how much of a bastard this little demon called Jisung really is.” Brave words in a helpless situation. “Awfully bold of you to think you could say something like that,” his facade dropped and he morphed back into his own skin. “We’ll see if you still feel the same way after—“ A whiplike cord emerged from the ground, whirling around Jisung’s throat and within a split second, yanked the demon downward into the ground with a loud crash. Jisung’s grasp on your wrists released as his whole body was thrown down onto the hardwood.
You gasped in surprise, stumbling a little as Jisung’s hold on you ceased. “Felix?” You asked into nothingness. It had to be him. You felt so relieved he was here. But also guilty. After all, this was your fault in the end. You had been the one who trusted the fake Minho, blinded by your own wishes. You bent down to grab the knife again, wincing when you saw your wrists still bleeding. “Fuck—“ The tendril didn’t cease to coil around Jisung’s neck, effectively suffocating him while keeping him pinned to the ground. His hands were attempting to rip off the cord from his throat, his attention now off of you. You could feel fury welling up in you again. All that Jisung had done, he had toyed with you and your feelings, he betrayed Minho, and he hurt Felix. You felt no mercy for him anymore. Grabbing the knife tightly, you walked over to where Jisung was straining on the ground. You could end it quickly now. Just as you were about to swing the knife down a bright spark ignited from the ceiling. This passage zipped open from a thin line, and none other than Changkyun stepped through.
“I see someone’s been misbehaving.” He shook his head, his foot nudging Jisung’s face. “And I see you haven’t been telling the truth.” He eyed you. You turned to Changkyun, knife still raised. “I didn’t lie to you.” You had told half truths, but you hadn’t outright lied. “What are you doing here?” You cocked an eyebrow towards him. This was bad. This was very bad. Your knife may work against demons like Felix and Jisung, but you had no idea if it would be effective against a sin if push came to shove. “Jisung was in danger,” he made quotes with his fingers. “It’s a teacher to student bond thing,” he waved his hand, looking down at Jisung. “Dumbass,” he glowered. “What exactly is happening around here?” Changkyun leaned his shoulder against the wall.
“Nothing,” a deep voice cut in. Who had just appeared sitting beside Jisung? Felix. His face was still a bit cut up from scratching at the blisters but he still wore a stoic expression, his grip on Jisung still holding strong. You raised your eyebrows. “Didn’t peg you to be the caring type. Or is it curiosity?” You were so relieved at seeing Felix, you almost let your guard down to go and hug him, but stopped yourself. Jisung was still in stabbing distance and a part of you still wanted to do it, but that might actually set Changkyun off. He was just too unpredictable. “Of course not,” Changkyun laughed. “He’s not my responsibility. He did this to himself,” he shrugged. “I just came to watch, but I found something much more interesting,” he proceeded. You instinctively stepped a little closer to Felix, fiddling with the knife in your hand. “And that would be?” Felix’s words echoed in your head that sins tended to be more powerful in the real world. Hopefully he would leave without trying to mess with you.
“I mean it’s not everyday that you stumble upon a situation like this,” Changkyun chuckled. “You find your student suffocating on the floor, a famous hunter, and of course another prince.” His eyes settled on Felix. “I assume Jisung did that to you,” Felix merely scoffed, his eyes going back to Jisung, giving his neck an extra hard squeeze. You looked at Changkyun again. “Famous hunter?” You asked incredulously. There was no way you were known to demons like this, right? He was just exaggerating. You looked to Felix again. He appeared to be badly injured, though it seemed as though he was healing already. You spun the knife around again, nervous energy bubbling up inside of you. “I mean, you’re not just any hunter are you?” Changkyun popped himself off the wall and brushed past Felix. “You wouldn’t happen to have a special history?” His eyes glinted with a spark of violet. You frowned, “I’m not exactly sure what you’re trying to hint at.” Your eyes warily followed Changkyun as you stepped closer to Felix. A part of you really wanted to hold him, but considering his injuries and your current guests, that seemed like a bad idea.
Changkyun’s eyes seemed to drift in the direction of your room. Maybe it was by chance or coincidence? He had never been here before. “I can see it dear, you can’t hide it from me.” His hands slid into his pockets. You followed his gaze. What could he be seeing that he was talking like this? Or was he bluffing? “What exactly am I supposed to be hiding from you?” You did a mental tally of objects that could potentially be of interest to him. Your parents and their studies of Felix? The weapons? Otherwise you couldn’t think of anything else that could be in your room. You only had some books and decorations there, including that tacky golden comb you once received from your parents. But why would that interest him? “Seems as though you have a tendency to lie then,” Changkyun stepped past both of you and headed toward your room.
Felix shot you a perplexed look, standing up and already beginning to follow Changkyun. You followed Felix, looking at him and shrugging. You were just as clueless. The moment all three of you, including Jisung who had been dragged there by Felix, arrived in your room, you turned to Changkyun. “Okay, care to explain what exactly I’m supposed to be hiding from you now?” You knit your brows together. “This? Perhaps?” Changkyun’s hand dug through one of your drawers to pull out the comb you had received from your parents. “You really don’t have any idea what this is?” Changkyun’s shoulders slumped in complete confusion. You looked at Changkyun incredulously. “That.. is a comb?” You shrugged. “It’s just a comb I got from my parents, what else could it be?” You looked at Felix before looking at Changkyun again. “Or are you just trying to stall time?” Your eyes narrowed toward the sin.
“Why the fuck would I use a comb to stall time,” Changkyun squinted at you. “I could easily kill both of you but that’s not— This isn’t just any stupid comb!”
“How should I know what kind of things you’re planning this time?” You looked at the comb again. “Do not know anything about your mother—?” he stopped himself abruptly. It was kind of an odd comb, but you had assumed it was simply old. “What was that about my mother?” You pressed. Did Changkyun know your mother? Had he done something to her? And what in the world did that have to do with a comb? “I—“ Changkyun carded his hand through his hair furiously. “I can’t even believe this,” he rubbed his hands down his face. “I gave this to your mother,” he didn’t meet your gaze when speaking. Upon further inspection he seemed to be embarrassed? You blinked. You looked to Changkyun, then to Felix, and then to Changkyun again. “Wait just a minute. You–” You pointed at him with your knife, “You gave MY mother THIS comb?” You were in pure disbelief. Your mother would never associate herself with a demon, let alone a deadly sin. “Why?” You took some steps toward Changkyun. You were totally dumbfounded. None of this made any sense. Changkyun only let out incomprehensible sounds regaining his posture and standing up straight. “She–” he lifted his head to meet your gaze before letting out a long sigh. “She was my daughter,” he said quickly. “Devil’s grace this is more awkward than having THE TALK with your child.”
You let out a disbelieving laugh. That’s when you realized how genuine, and embarrassed he seemed. “W-wait. So you’re trying to tell me,” you sucked in a breath. “My Mother is YOUR daughter? That… that would mean you’re my,” you choked. “Grandfather?” This was so far from what you had expected. You looked at Felix again, almost hoping he would tell you Changkyun was lying. You weren’t actually related to a demon. Right? “By Hell I—“ Changkyun walked out from the room. “This isn’t what I came here for either,” he shook his head. Felix just stood there with a dumbfounded expression. What had just happened? You’re part demon now? “So, does that mean—“ Felix couldn’t even ask the question himself. It seemed so preposterous. “I… uh.” You were dumbfounded. Just like Felix and Changkyun apparently. You had known your mother was kind of secretive about her family, but you would have never expected something like that. You and Felix exited your room shortly after Changkyun. Right. Jisung was still there.
A thought popped into your head. “If I’m part demon, wouldn’t that manifest itself somehow?” You already knew holy water didn’t affect you, but was there anything else demonic about you? Something that could maybe prove this mess? “Maybe it's different for you?” Felix shrugged, looking down at the exasperated Jisung. “Now who’s weak, bitch.” Felix kicked Jisung’s arm. Changkyun was attempting to process what he’d just discovered. He shouldn’t have come. He most definitely shouldn’t have come. He always had a weird feeling about you but he never knew it’d be like this. You helplessly shrugged. Your gaze fell on the marks Jisung left on your forearms. Seemed like your healing was also human, the marks had just stopped bleeding. You still couldn’t believe any of this. There had to be some kind of mixup or something. There was no way Changkyun was actually your mother’s father. A loud thunderclap startled you. Looking through the window you saw it had begun to storm. There was a lot of lightning. It was really distracting. “Can you not?” You huffed jokingly looking toward the storm. Almost as if the weather was at your command, the thundering skies ceased and the clouds rolled back to reveal the sun. Felix gave you a look beyond disbelief. “Alright. If this is some sort of fuckass illusion I’m snapping your neck,” Felix wound the tendril tighter to the point where you could see Jisung turning blue. You looked, baffled between the now blue sky, Felix and the choking Jisung. You wouldn’t put it past him to pull such a joke, but your gut feeling was telling you something different. You looked at Changkyun. Wouldn’t he be able to tell who did that maybe? But then again, you, controlling the weather somehow? It was such a ridiculous thought, there was no way that could be true, right? Though today had already been full of ridiculous reveals When Jisung didn’t retort Felix relaxed his grasp on him, though, he was sure to keep an eye on him. Jisung gasped for air, his body sinking after holding so much tension from quite literally being suffocated.
“Did you?” Felix turned toward you. “I.. I’m not sure? Maybe?” Your voice rose in pitch at the end, a little bit of helplessness in your voice. “What if I’m really part demon?” You asked Felix. “What does that mean?” Your brows knit together in thought, twirling a finger around your hair. You looked at Changkyun again. How much had he even known about his daughter? “I mean, if we really are related then yes, you are part demon.” Changkyun stepped toward you, his previous embarassment washed away and was replaced with a stern look. “I should’ve kept better track of her,” he rubbed a hand down his face. “I’m a horrible father.” Somehow Changkyuns words made you laugh. It was a slightly hysterical laugh, the whole situation so utterly ridiculous. “Well.. she did marry a hunter, makes it seem like she wasn’t so happy about her dad” You commented wryly. You were still trying to wrap your mind around the whole situation. This demon right there, currently freaking out. The literal embodiment of the deadly sin Envy - Was your grandfather?
“Just kill Jisung so I can leave,” Changkyun waved his hands around frantically. He seemed awfully embarassed about the whole situation and with you bringing up his daughter’s— your mother’s marrige he didn’t exactly know what to think now. It was almost as if you could see the gears turning in Felix’s head. He wore a flat expression until an imaginary lightbulb went on in his brain. “If you’re a half demon AND you’re a hunter what does that mean now?” It was a little amusing seeing Changkyun squirm like that. Turning to Felix you giggled, upping the dramatics. “Oh, wretched creature that I am, fated to hunt the evils in the dark, only to succumb to their evil myself. I will have to end this miserable life.”With a dramatic gesture you ended your speech. Your expression turned neutral again. “Actually, I don’t have the slightest idea. Does the one responsible for all of this know?’ You asked, turning to face Changkyun. “I’m not responsible for your mother’s poor choice in men,” Changkyun curtly shrugged. “Speaking of,” he almost seemed adamant about asking. “Where is she? Do you know?” You scoffed at Changkyun’s answer. You had to think, when did you talk to your parents the last time? Right. When you thought you were going to die because of Felix, Chan and the Reaper. You winced. “Well… the last time we talked they were planning to go on holiday I think?” It made you wonder. When did Changkyun see your mother the last time?
“Hmm.” Changkyun drew his lips into a thin line. “Well,” he took in a breath. “Felix seems to have Jisung under control,” he looked down at his student who was still on the floor, his fists balled beside him and eyes glowering dangerously. “Yeah yeah grandpa you can leave.” Felix waved at Changkyun, giving Jisung a slap across the face to which he growled at. Changkyun shrugged, simply slinking back into the ground as if he hadn’t been there at all. You touched your forearms again at the mention of Jisung. They were still bleeding, but it wouldn’t be the worst you’ve endured. “So.. what now?”
“Let’s kill him,” Felix’s eyes glinted with malice and excitement? As the shadow wound tighter and tighter around Jisung’s neck and a sickeningly slow pace. You looked at Felix with concern. Jisung really should die, but you could practically feel the bloodlust radiating from Felix. “We should make it fast” You murmured, grabbing the knife again. You looked at Felix and then back at the writhing Jisung. “Any last wishes?” You asked quietly.
“Fuck you,” Jisung spat before he abruptly lifted himself up from the ground, Felix’s hold on him faltered. Jisung took this opportunity to shift into none other than Felix. It was a blur as the two identicals wrangled eachother, shadows yanking at limbs while they both threw punches and curses at eachother. “Kill him!” One screamed as he was pushed to the floor. You stood there, paralyzed, looking between the two demons. Of course it had to come to this. Now you needed some way to who who was who. You tried to discern anything while they were fighting, but they were both so fast. Now one was on the floor, the same fury and hatred their eyes. You hesitated. If only there was something you could do. You were feeling helpless, and you hated it. Eventually one Felix slammed the other into the floor, practically sewing the other into the ground with shadows. “Please,” the one on the floor croaked, his hands balled beside him. “I swear I’m not—“
“He’s lying,” the other growled, his eyes portraying a blistering red color. You looked back and forth between the two Felixs. They looked practically identical. And you had been fooled by Jisungs illusions before. Maybe there was a way to discern who was the real one. You knelt beside the pinned ‘Felix’, whispering so the other wouldn’t hear. “What happened the first time we met?” But you couldn’t let your guard down. If that was the real Felix you were unguarded against Jisung. You just hoped that this would work;  that the real Felix would remember. “I— Is this really a question you’re asking right now?” The Felix jerked his arm upward, attempting to release himself. “I don’t remember— I was feeding?” He cocked an eyebrow at you. While he did somewhat get the answer right he didn’t seem very sure. You couldn’t tell. You frowned. This wasn’t very telling. You paced back and forth. What to do, what to do? You looked at the two Felixs again. There had to be something you could do, right? You were at your wits end. You felt so alone in that moment, caught in things you couldn’t handle. You could feel a tear running down your cheek. The Felix on the ground found a sudden burst in strength, ripping the shadows off from his limbs and jumping up to tackle the opposing Felix. “Faker!” He spat, “Stop with the stupid circus tricks.”
“Man you’re really getting into this,” Felix rolled his eyes, a small smile beginning to pull at his lips. “I still don’t believe it.”
“Why can’t the both of you just stop?” In a lapse of self destructive decision you stepped towards the two fighting demons, trying to get in between them. You were tired of all this fighting, and so frustrated. Almost immediately Felix reeled backward, his hands pulling off of the opposing Felix. Felix scoffed and pulled himself off of the ground. “Brat.”
“Says you, gremlin.” He snickered under his breath. “Are you done with the mind games now?” You asked tiredly. Your mind was at a breaking point, and with all that had happened in the past days, you were a second away from falling onto the next bed to cry for days. You could barely think straight. All that drama, the mind games and the fighting wearing you down to the bone. You were swaying, struggling to even stand at this point. “At this point I’m just about ready to say shoot me even if I am the real one.” Felix coughed, his eyes burning into the opposing Felix.
“Jisung I know you’re heartless but at least fight me without getting someone else involved,” He folded his arms. You looked to the one Felix, then to the other. You were so tired of this. You were starting to think you knew who the real Felix was, but all the possibilities were hurting your head. You could feel your vision swim, getting blurry. You knew you were about to faint. “Catch me” You mumbled, before blacking out. Felix lurched forward, shoving the other aside with a shadow while simultaneously lunging to catch you in his arms. “Screw you,” Felix spat before plunging himself down into a portal. It was a risky move and he didn’t know if you’d travel with him or not. It was a short distance, just 3 miles away from your house at a small open area in the forest. When he rose up from the ground and found you in his arms he exhaled a breath he hadn’t realized he’d been holding. “I’m sorry,” his head hung low, looking down at your resting face. His fingers swiped at stray hairs that clung to your face. It took some time, but after a while you came to again. Slowly opening your eyes, you flinched seeing Felix. Looking around more, you saw that it was just one Felix, and that this was not your house anymore.
“Please tell me you’re the real Felix? Can you prove it somehow?” You were sounding incredibly tired, wearily blinking your eyes into focus. “I— Do you think Jisung would really catch you from falling and not kill you when you passed out?” Felix cocked his head at you in a questioning manner. “How do I prove this—? Ugh.” Felix racked his brain for something only he’d know. “I used to enter through your window? I popped down from the ceiling once, I got a scar from the time you knicked me with your knife/holy water— shall I go on?”
“I’ve just been fooled to many times already in this short time” You sighed. “But thanks for doing that.” You smiled at Felix. “I’m so so sorry for everything that happened.” You trailed off, averting your gaze from Felix. “I feel like everything’s my fault…” You leaned your face into your hands.
“It’s not your fault, it’s Jisungs.” Felix rubbed your back hesitantly. “I should be sorry, I’m the one who lost control of myself.” He scratched at his scalp. “If I was just a little more in control this wouldn’t have happened. But we’ll find Jisung okay? I’ll make sure he won’t bother us— you again.” You leaned into Felix’s touch. “Thank you… for being on my side.” You smiled at Felix, gently touching your forehead against his. “I hope…we’ll get through this.” You began thinking. Was there any way to counter, or maybe suppress Jisungs ability? You had never wanted to kill a demon as much as Jisung.
“I’m sure he’ll eventually show up again. And as much as I hate to say this, we should probably go back to your house. It’s the best shot we have at getting him in a confined space and also having him appear again,” Felix chewed at his bottom lip. “It’ll be dangerous though.” You hummed in agreement. “I guess you’re right, but…” You stifled a yawn. “Could we rest a little first? I’m at my limit” You leaned against Felix for support. It really felt like he was the only thing that grounded you recently.
“Yeah, I was going to suggest we should wait a day or two.” Felix wrung his hands together. “As much as I’ve been here I’m not actually familiar with the area. Are there nearby hotels or someplace where we could stay?” You tilted your head in thought. “Since I don’t think it would be wise to go home and get my stuff, a hotel would probably be difficult…” You thought for another moment. “But I have a friend nearby. A non hunter friend… who could maybe let us crash for a day or two.” You looked at Felix expectantly. “Oh thank Satan,” Felix sighed. “If it was another one of your hunting friends I swear,” he stopped his sentence. “It probably wouldn’t have ended well, with my luck.” He laughed, almost a little forced, his mind going to Minho. You grimaced, knowing exactly what Felix was referencing.
“Yeah, it probably wouldn’t have been good. But he’s a sweet kid, if a little oblivious. And he lives not far from here too.” You slowly got up, stumbling a little still. You were tired, hungry and worn out. Felix instinctively took hold of your arm, helping you stabilize yourself. “Lead the way, I’ll be here.” It felt so good to be with him in uninterrupted peace. It wasn’t a long walk, and soon you stood in front of a simple, cozy looking house in the suburbs. You looked Felix up and down. He was… well, as normal as he could. You were greeted by a smiling face and messy brown hair. “Hey there Jeongin. Can we come in?”
“A-ah yeah! Come in,” he looked up at Felix and then switched his gaze to you warily before opening his door and taking a step backward. “What brings you here so late? N-not that I mind I’m just a bit curious,” he gave a shy smile. “Thanks sweetie.” You smiled gently at Jeongin, politely stepping into his home. “Well, the thing is…” You hesitated for a moment. What should you say? You didn’t really want to lie, but you couldn’t tell Jeongin the truth either. ‘T- there was this.. accident at my house, and now me and my friend Felix” You pointed at the figure beside you. “Can’t sleep there for a new days. I know this is incredibly sudden and all but… would it maybe be possible to crash at your house for a day or two?”
“Yeah of course! I have room,” Jeongin flailed his hands out of nervousness? You couldn’t tell. His eyes were still fixed on Felix. “Is he your—? Nevermind,” Jeongin shook his head violently. “I’m really sorry to hear about your house. Hopefully whatever happened will get better?” You beamed, “Thank you so much! I’ll pay you back somehow, okay? And yeah, hopefully we’ll be able to go back and fix the problem soon.” You were still smiling brightly at Jeongin. He had always seemed like a sweet younger brother to you. You had tutored him to earn some money on the side, and you developed a friendship out of it. You took off your shoes and followed Jeongin further into his house. “The rooms are sort of small but they’re functional, is that okay?” Jeongin opened two doors that sat across from eachother, revealing identical rooms. They each had a small bed that rested in the corner of the room along with a small dresser and lamp. It was a cute part of the house, and knowing Felix wouldn’t be too far provided some comfort. ‘Theyre great! Again, thank you so so much for this, Jeonginnie,” You stepped closer, opening your arms to envelop Jeongin in a hug. “You’re such a sweetheart.” Were you coddling him a bit maybe? Yes, but you just felt the need. Sometimes you wondered how this little ball of sunshine managed to live alone. His face instantly brightened and he returned the hug sweetly. “Ah, don’t worry about it. You’ve helped me so much, it’s the least I can do. If you need anything let me know okay? I gotta go finish up some dumb report,” he whined before hopping off into his room. You smiled, watching Jeongin scamper off.
“Isn’t he cute?” You cooed, turning to Felix. “And he even easily lets us stay here.” You looked at Felix again. He seemed tired too. “Well, I guess we should actually go and get the rest we need then, right–?”
“He’s an angel.” Felix interrupted, his nose wrinkling. “I don’t know whether to be disgusted or in awe,” He released a long yawn. “See you in the morning?”
You laughed at Felix’s comment, not really taking into account the statement he had just made. “Rest well!” You entered one of the rooms, exhaustedly plopping down onto the bed. You really hadn’t slept through in a while. It made you think of Felix again. Your thoughts were spinning and there was quite a bit of tossing and turning despite your exhaustion, before you sunk into a deep sleep. The next morning you awoke to the sunlight that cascaded down and into your room from the small window above the bed. It was soundless, and it seemed as though the whole house was frozen and still. It was nice to wake up with peace for once. Felix was in the other room awake, staring off into space. He had shut the blinds on the window, plunging himself into near darkness, if not for the light that snaked under his door. He missed spending his mornings like this. You stayed in bed a while longer, simply basking in the peace and quiet. You stretched out your limbs and released a long sigh, you actually felt well rested. Upon opening your door you saw that Felix’s was slightly cracked open, but inside the room it looked completely pitch black. You took just a peak to see inside, only to be met with the sight of a shirtless Felix staring right back at you.
“Good morning,” he laughed, his eyes falling from the crimson color to his regular pseudo brown. You squeaked in surprise, your face burning as you averted your eyes from the shirtless demon. But not before noting that he was extremely toned and there were scars running along his chest. “G-good morning” You stammered, looking at the floor. “You should put on some clothes. I’ll talk to Jeongin and see if I can help him with breakfast.” You turned away, making your way to Jeongins room and gently knocking on the door.
“Kay,” Felix laughed to himself, giving a small wave before shutting his door. He opted to just wearing a simple black t-shirt and shorts. Jeongin didn’t seem to be awake yet, as you could hear him softly snoring through the door. You swore you heard a rustling sound in his room, though, maybe he was just waking up now? “Jeonginnie? I’m coming in” You said, slowly opening the door to give him a chance to protest. You froze upon entering when you’re met with the sight of Jeongin. Wrapped around him were pure feathery white wings. Your first thought was that this was one of Jisungs illusions, and you gasped, backing away in fear. But why would he do that?
The creaking of the door must’ve set something off inside Jeongin, for when you entered he almost instantly shot up from the bed. “A-ah cRAp! I can explain—“ Jeongin bolted up and folded his wings behind his back. His eyes were wide as he just stayed put for a second, debating on what to tell you. “It’s a– costume. From Halloween. But I wanted to use it as a blanket.”
“Are you Jeongin?” You tried to keep the fear out of your voice, but it didn’t quite work. Yoou couldn’t wrap my head around this. This had to be an illusion, right? What else could it be? You thought back to Felix’s comment about Jeongin being an angel. Funny joke. Right? You was so busy panicking you forgot about the flabbergasted male in front of you.
“Yeah its a costume,” Jeongin blinked and suddenly turned his back around to reveal nothing but his bare shoulder blades. Did they disappear out of existance or what? “See? Gone. Costume. Not wings. What wings?” He gave an awkward smile and you could practically see him nervously sweating. “Th-that’s not what i meant.” Your voice was quiet. “I swear to God if this is another one of your illusions Jisung–” You barely held yourself back. You didn’t want to drag Jeongin into this, but what if he already was? What if Jisung has gotten to him? You were panicking, wringing your hands together. Those wings had obviously been no costume.
“Jisung?” Jeongin cocked his head to the side. “Who’s that—?” Jeongin stood up from his bed, walking over toward you in the doorway. “What Jisung are you talking about,” He seemed to have abandoned his embarassed persona and replaced it with a more concerned and serious one. You stepped away from him cautiously, not quite convinced that this wasn’t an illusion. He had fooled you with Minho before.
“I.. Jeongin. Please. Tell me something only the two of us know, okay? Then I can explain things” You wearily watched his every move. Why did he seem so serious now? “You used to tutor me?” Jeongin gave a confused look. “Uh, we’ve known each other for like, a million years now. At 3am we used to talk crap about this one drama everyone liked— Is something wrong?” He looked more confused than ever. I slowly relaxed. Jisung would’nt have known that.
“Thank goodness,” You breathed, wrapping Jeongin in a sudden hug again before letting go. You sighed. “Jisung… is dangerous. He’s the reason I can’t go home right now. And he can very convincingly assume anyone’s appearance and create illusions.” You looked at Jeongin closely again. “So if those wings weren’t his doing… what were they? We both know that’s not a costume.”
“O-oh yeah. These?” His wings poked out from his back again, some feathers drifting off and fluttering toward the ground. “They’re pretty real,” he laughed a bit awkwardly, extending out his right wing to you. “I guess you’re in on the whole ‘Wow! Heaven and Hell are real’ sort of thing?” Jeongin tilted his head at you. You laughed awkwardly. “I could say I’ve got a hell of a lot experience with it.” Your eyes were glued to Jeongin’s wings. They looked so pure and soft, and there was almost a gentle glow to them. ‘They’re so pretty” You hummed. Meanwhile your mind was reeling. So Jeongin really knew? Or rather, he seemed to be actually part of it?
“So,” Jeongin coughed, folding his wings back behind him. “You do know what Felix is, right?” He knit his eyebrows together. “I didn’t want to say anything about it unless you knew but,” he bit his lip nervously. “I think he knows I’m not exactly the average human,” “I… yes, I am aware. I know what– who he is.” You said quietly, your eyes switching toward Jeongin again. “Are you really an angel?” You asked carefully, still in disbelief.
“Oh! Yeah, I am.” Jeongin perked up, a smile crossing his face. “I guess you could say I was sent here to help rid the world of demons— B-but if Felix is nice then, I guess I won’t, you know,” Jeongin laughed awkwardly. “I don’t think he likes me, I think he knows I’m an angel already, hah.” He scratched the back of his neck. “Please tell him not to kill me?” Part of you wondered for a moment. Did he know your grandfather was a demon?
You smiled softly at him. “I really hope you and Felix will get along.” The smile faded. “There’s been far too much fighting already.”
“Don’t worry I won’t kill you squirt,” Felix arose from Jeongin’s shadow, dodging his wings and making his way toward you. Jeongin, who was unaware of Felix’s abilities and the fact that he’d been here he whole time, let out some sort of dolphin like screech of surprise. You knew it. Still, you flinched in surprise at Jeongins scream. “Shh, it’s okay. Felix is just a little shit and likes to lurk sometimes.” Looking back between the angel and the demon, you crossed my arms. “Well… should we get breakfast then?”
“Breakfast sounds good!” Jeonging chirped, already beginning to head down stairs. His wings were folded behind him, his feathers trailing down the stairs as he hopped down. Should you tell jeongin about all that had happened with Jisung? Would he still trust Felix then? And did you really want to involve sweet, innocent angel Jeongin in this? You had no idea about his powers. Or if he had any. You were so lost in thought you didn’t realize you’d been staring at your plate. “You must be really hungry,” Jeongin slid two eggs onto your plate along with a few slices of bacon. Felix snickered at his comment, scrunching up his nose. “I like him already.” You snapped out of your daze at Felix’s snickers.
“So when are you gonna tell them that you’re their guardia—“ Jeongin shoved an uncooked slice of bacon into Felix’s mouth. “Finish that sentence and I will slap the shit out of you.” He hissed quietly, turning toward you as if nothing had been said. “So! How do you like it?” The two of them were whispering again. Well, you were glad they seemed to get along at least. “It’s great!” You smiled at Jeongin.
“So,” you began. “What are we going to do now?”
“That’s up to you,” Felix shrugged. “If you’re ready to go back then I’ll follow. But if you want another day I don’t see why we couldn’t do that too.”Jeongin shrugged. “I don’t mind having company, I like having you guys here.” He smiled sweetly. “Well…” You thought for a moment. “I guess it would be best to… get it over soon?” You proposed. “We can still come back afterwards– hopefully.” You added quietly. You fidgeted a bit in your chair. There was some kind of weird air between the two of them.
“Well, if you need anything I’d be glad to help.” Jeonging pulled a chair beside you, beginning to dig into his own breakfast. “And you’re always welcome to come back!”
You looked at Jeongin with adoration. Even with the realization that he was actually a literal angel, you were still incredibly fond of the boy. Being in a soft mood for once, you snatched a small piece of bacon from Felix’s plate, only to hold it in front of Jeongin.
“Say ahh” You chirped. “W-whaT?” Jeongin’s face flushed to a deep red color. As he was about to, as embarassing as it was, take the bacon from you, a shadow snaked around your arm, aiming your fork toward Felix. His eyes bore into yours sharply as he pulled your hand closer to him, snatching the bacon from you in his mouth. “Mine.” He said, his mouth full. Your own face was burning red now. You could barely comprehend what just happened. You had just been lightheartedly teasing Jeongin, and now your heart was threatening to combust. You spluttered, pulling your hand away from Felix and burying your head in it. You were embarrassed, but a part of you was also extremely giddy. After all that had happened, your dependence on Felix had only grown stronger, and with it, your love for him. Jeongin, meanwhile, had watched the whole thing unfold before his very eyes. “I— okay,” He shrugged, getting up and putting his plate in the sink. Felix only shot you a sly smirk, happily chewing on the bacon. “Rule 1: Never steal a demons food. Even if we technically don’t need to eat,” he laughed. “Noted,” You said as you followed Jeongin toward the sink. “So… how’s life been for you, Jeonginnie?” You started talking with Jeongin, trying for a bit of normalcy and distraction from what had just occured. You couldn’t help but watch Felix happily eat his breakfast from the corner of your eye. He was just so cute.
“Oh! It’s good. My job hasn’t really interfered with my normal life persay so It’s been pretty peaceful. I miss having you around though, obviously,” he gave you a bashful smile. “It’s also nice being able to have my wings out without having to hide them constantly,” he chirped happily, fluttering them a bit behind him. “They get kinda sore if I don’t stretch them out for long.”
“That’s good! Aww, I’ll be sure to try and visit as often as i can then. I’ve missed you too,” you grinned, looking at Jeongins wings. “Never thought I’d see something like this, but they suit you. Hopefully our lives will become peaceful once again soon.” You sighed. Felix finished his breakfast and lazily put his plate in the sink. “Okay!” He clapped his hands together, shadows enveloping his whole before revealing his normal black out attire. “Ready to kill princey boy?” He cracked his knuckles. Jeongin couldn’t help but revel at Felix. “Seriously though what are you—“ he clamped his mouth shut. “Forget it I don’t wanna know. It’ll probably be against some law in Heaven,” Jeongin waved his hand. “Anyways! It’s all up to you,” He turned toward you. “Ready when you are!”
“Well I guess there’s no point in trying to stall.” You just hoped you’d have time to grab a weapon of some sort before Jisung appeared. “Guys. Maybe each of us should have a specific code word or something we can use when Jisung tries to assume the shape of one of us.”
“Smart. How about…” Felix tapped a finger to his chin. “Banana–”
“I-Its a general word and It’d probably surprise him?”Jeongin interrupted Felix. He lowered his voice from the previous scream. “I was thinking something more, I don’t know, sensible? But I guess that’d work too.”
Felix shrugged. “Okay then,” You giggled. Jeongin was so cute. “Sounds good in my opinion. Let’s go then.” The way to your house was a silent one. There was a serious air around you all, and after a while you stood at your doorstep. “Well then, shall we go in?” You asked. “What if he’s not even here?” Jeongin cocked his head to the side. “I guess we’ll wait then…?” Felix shrugged, opening the door and sauntering inside. There goes any element of surprise. The house was silent and empty. Blood stained the floor where Jisung had last been, yet the whole house seemed untouched. You could still remember the whole ordeal that occured with Changkyun here. You shuddered at the memory and hurried over to your weapons stash. Luckily it seemed as though this was also untouched. You grabbed a pair of small knives to at least be armed. You turned to Jeongin and Felix. “I guess now we wait?”
“Yeah I suppose,” Felix took the liberty of flopping down onto the couch, craning his neck back while his eyes glued themselves to the ceiling. “Jisung we’re here to murder you,” he yawned aloud. Jeongin gave a look of horror toward Felix. “You can’t just— why?” He shook his head at the demon. You were already used to Felix’s way of talking, so you paid his macabre comment no mind. You simply sat down next to him. You fiddled with the knives, not yet ready to break the silence. It was some time later when you heard a soft noise. Could that be Jisung? You perked up.
“I’ll go check it out.” Felix stood up, beginning to walk down the hallway. “Jeongin, watch the front door till I’m back, okay?” With that, Felix disappeared into the unlit house. It was unusual to see Jeongin so serious, but he immediately nodded and took position. You were beginning to feel anxious. You stood up and followed in pursuit of Felix, your weapons readied at your sides. Although the sun was out, the house seemed to be dim and cloudy. Light barely traversed through the windows, almost as if some sort of screen was put over them. You could still see though, luckily, as you tried to catch up to Felix. When you turned the corner, assuming Felix had gone into this side room, you were met with nothing. Where had he gone? You slowed down. What was happening? Why was everything so dark? You silently cursed myself, backtracking a little to see if you could spot him somewhere else. Your house wasn’t all that big, but in that moment it almost felt like a labyrinth. Something was very, very wrong.
“(Y/N)?” Felix’s voice bounced through the hallways. It sounded as if he was right beside you, but how could that be? You darted out from the sideroom and back into the hallway. You still saw no trace of him. Growing a bit on edge you turned to return back to Jeongin, only to scream as a dark figure loomed in the center of the hall. “Calm down calm down it’s me,” Felix sighed in relief. “It’s so dark in here I almost got lost,” Your heart was still beating fast in shock, but you were relieved you were seeing him again. You had almost let your guard down when it dawned upon you that this may not be Felix. You hesitated for a moment, looking around before leaning towards Felix.
“What’s the word?” You whispered quietly. “W-what?” Felix raised his eyebrows, laughing a bit awkwardly, before it dawned upon him. His expression fell into a much darker one. “I hate you hunters,” he spat before seizing your arm, hurdling you toward the sideroom. Unsuspecting, you found yourself being propelled into the sideroom. Not a second later he was in the doorway, a psychotic smile painted on his face as he shut the door behind him. When he did, the door seemed to phase into nothing but a solid wall. No exit. Not anymore, at least. You screamed, part in frustration, part in fear. Of course it had been Jisung. Of course. You gripped your knives tight against your palms. You raised your knives in defense. There wasn’t anything else you could do anyway, with him blocking the exit. Time seemed to slow as Jisung approached you. You did the first thing you thought of: Plunging your knife down into his shoulder. Part of you celebrated at the fact that you’d already been a bit successful, until you realized that he wasn’t moving. When you tried to rip your knife away from whatever you had just stabbed it wouldn’t budge.
“Hm. Funny how you just charge in,” Jisung hissed behind you, his breath fanning across the nape of your neck. You let go of the stuck knife, switching the other one into your dominant hand. You slashed at the air towards where he had had left goosebumps on your skin. Jisung ducked right below the blade, his smile never leaving his face as he kicked your legs out from under you. He always seemed to be two steps ahead of you. “You didn’t think it'd be that easy, right?” He cocked his eyebrow and let out a sympathetic chuckle.
“(Y-Y/N)?” A frantic and real muffled voice of Felix echoed through the wall. Jisung’s head snapped up, his expression turning into a scowl. “He always has to interfere doesn’t he,” Jisung clicked his tongue in annoyance. “I’m in the side room on the left with Jisung!” You called out desperately. “We’re all just sick of your games jisung.” You swung your knife again, hoping to keep him busy. It didn’t seem like you would make a hit unless Jisung made some kind of mistake, however.
“Sick of my games—?” Jisung gloated, only to get a shallow knife slash to the cheek. He stumbled back in disbelief, raising a hand to smudge the blood beneath his eye. “Darling, this is no game,” his eyes darkened and the whole mood of the room seemed to drop. It was suffocating. You were triumphant you had gotten him, but the atmosphere made it hard to breathe. You tried to calm yourself, keeping your gaze locked onto Jisung. “What is this then?” You asked, sounding a lot less put together thad you had hoped. What were Felix and Jeongin doing? You weren’t sure how much longeryou’d be able to hold against Jisung.
He seemed to notice your eyes traveling back to the spot where the door was, and a look of sweet sympathy painted his features. “They can’t hear you.” His eyes dropped into a half-lidded expression of pity. “It’s simple.” Jisung stood up, squaring his shoulders. “Felix took away the one thing I loved in my life, so why can’t I do the same?” Your mind was reeling. You had no way out, and if the others had no way in you needed to stall Jisung.
“Wha- what are you talking about? What did Felix do?” You took a step away from Jisung, observing him. He actually seemed hurt. “Felix is a lying, psychotic excuse of a prince. He never deserved that title at all,” Jisung remarked harshly. “All he does is take, learn that now—“ Jisung stopped his ramble suddenly. “Don’t try and stall me with your pathetic questions!” His finger nails dug deep within his palms, and the whole room seemed to quake at his outburst. “It doesn’t matter anymore, you can’t bring them back.” Jisung caught himself from choking up, biting his lower lip. “Why do you think you are any better?” You bit back, flinching at his outburst. “Felix.. killed... someone? Someone who was very dear to you?” You carefully asked. You almost wanted to comfort him but then realized this could be a distraction. Jisung seemed taken aback by your first comment. He always thought of himself higher than Felix, but he never actually dwelled upon the thought.
“I never killed for sport,” Jisung emphasized the word ‘sport’, his words rolling off of his tongue like poison. “He killed her for no reason, other than the fact that she was a hunter.” His voice wavered. His words made you stop. Felix has killed someone very dear to Jisung. And that someone had been a hunter? You were quiet for a moment, just watching Jisung be caught in his emotions. “So.. who– Who did he kill?” You could only remember one person Felix killed. One hunter, which was Minho’s mother. That would be too much of a coincidence, right? But, on the other hand, It would all add up. Why Jisung hung around Minho.
“Surely you know who I’m talking about,” Jisung wiped his hand down his face.m “Minho’s mother, she was like nothing I’d ever seen before,” he sighed, almost as if in some lovesick trance. “He had to ruin that!” Jisung wailed. You couldn’t force yourself to strike him down with your knife now either. You concluded reasoning may be your best option. “Well what do you think Minho’s mother would say if she knew you were trying to kill me–’
“Don’t.” Jisung shook his head violently. “Don’t you dare bring her into this,” He grit his teeth together. “You never knew her the way I did. So don’t try and reason with me.” He spat, his eyes burning into yours like hot coals. “You do know she partnered with my parents a long time. I was at her funeral. I remember her well. Don’t try to tell me I don’t know her because I do.” Your voice was quiet. You knew you had to kill him if you wanted to get out of here alive, but still. Something was holding you back.
“This doesn’t change anything, you can’t bring her back.” Jisung paused, his expression of complete depression uptwisting into some sort of toxic elated one. “Felix won’t be able to bring you back either,” a sullen laugh escaped his dry throat.
“Youre right. Killing me won’t bring her back either. All you’re going to do is create more suffering for yourself, trying to fool yourself into thinking hurting someone else will make you hurt any less.” Your face was pained. You had killed many demons before, why was this so hard?
“Just die already,” Jisung’s voice was hoarse and low, his eyes blazing as the room began to rumble. The ceiling fell through and the walls turned to vices, narrowing agonizingly toward you. In a few minutes you’d be crushed between debris or the enclosing walls. You began to panic, but then stopped. None of this was real, probably. One of Jisungs illusions, you hoped. Still, you weren’t too keen on testing how real they would feel. You flinched, but took a deep breath. It was now or never.
With a new found determination, you raised your knife up. It dawned upon Jisung that you no longer believed in his trick. He cursed loudly, attempting to run from the situation only to take your knife to his chest. Fuck. He’s never really dealt with this much pain before. Sure, he’s been burned by holy water and choked my Felix but this? Blessed knife skin deep? Not really doing well for him. His hands shook as he looked down at the wound, and then back to you in disbelief. You shaking. The moment the knife sank deep into his skin it was as if a shock ran through you.
“I hope you will find peace Jisung. Rest well.” You mumbled, unable to look at the demon, or the blood on your hands. You twisted the knife, wanting him to die quickly and not suffer for too much longer. “I hate you,” he seethed, the knife plunged deeper into his chest. In a few moments he would take his last breath, his eyes like glass and completely black. Everything seemed to return to normal after then, the door reappeared, the walls no longer crumbled and you could see a disheveled Felix staring straight at you from the reappeared doorway. “I’m sorry.” You whispered, even though you knew he couldn’t hear you anymore. You stopped completely, kneeling over Jisungs corpse, blood on your hands. You had killed again. Only slowly, very slowly did you realize your surroundings, turning towards Felix. He took a hesitant step toward you before full blown running into you, his arms wrapping around you and pulling you into an embrace. He didn’t say anything, still a bit in shock at the fact that Jisung had managed to fool you both. But it was okay right? His eyes lay on the prince’s body, with his lifeless black eyes.
“Its okay,” Felix spoke into the shell of your ear, his hand crading the back of your head. You sank down into Felix’s arms like a marionette with its strings cut. All that stress gone within a second. All your emotions that had been neatly held back by all the fear were now coming back with a vengeance. “It’s okay, you’re okay.” He repeated like a mantra. Jeongin soon found the two of you, beginning to decompose Jisung’s body. He hummed softly into your ear, slowly sinking to the ground with you in his arms. The two of you sat like this for a while until you eventually calmed down.
“D-did you know he had been in love with Minho’s mother?” Was the first thing that left your lips when you had somewhat calmed down. For the first time in what felt like ages, you felt more or less safe again. “I had a hunch,” Felix almost winced at his words, his memories being flooded back to the moment he had killed her. “I didn’t think they were— Minho’s father obviously wasn’t Jisung.” Felix ended his statement in a curt tone. “Not to interrupt the moment,” Jeongin piped up. “excusemylanguage but how badass is it to say that you single handedly just killed a prince of hell, huh?” Jeongin shot you a look of pure proudness. “That’s definitely a ticket to heaven— unless you don’t want to go there but,” he looked back toward Felix who scowled at the mention of the holy place. “I’m gonna stop talking,” Jeongin returned back to blessing Jisung’s corpse. You squirmed uncomfortably under Jeongins praise. “I got lucky.” You giggled at Felix’s face at the mention of heaven. “I.. I’m not sure if it would actually work for me to go to heaven.” You muttered, remembering Jeongin knew nothing of your grandfather. Suddenly, Jeongin whipped around to face the two of you.
“Felix,” he inhaled. “What did you do?”
“I didn’t do anything I swear—“ Jeongin, in seconds, had his hands wrapped around Felix’s neck. Yes, it didn’t hurt Felix, but it was a bit offsetting to see the sweet boy become violent so suddenly. “Wait wait wait, what?” You couldn’t believe your eyes. “Jeongin what are you doing?” You worriedly turned to the boys, trying to gently pry Jeongins fingers from Felix.
“A-Ah I’m sorry, I’m really sorry,” Jeongin’s head hung low. “I just— I thought,”
“You really don’t know?” Felix only cocked an eyebrow at the angel, his neck unbothered by what had just occurred.
“You’re their guardian, what have you been doing for your job—“ Jeongin, yet again, slaps a hand over Felix’s mouth. “Jeongin, speak for yourself.” You got a little quieter, embarrassed at the end. Guardian? He wasn’t actually implying Jeongin was a guardian angel. YOUR guardian angel. That would be ridiculous.
“I thought Felix— you know,” Jeongin hesitated. “I thought he did some demon thing that would make you go to hell or something,” a rosy tint entered his cheeks. “He also wasn’t supposed to say that SO let’s pretend you never heard it,” Jeongin shot you an awkward thumbs up as Felix cackled in the background. Realizing what Jeongin was probably implying, your own cheeks turned a slight pink. “O-oh well, I see…” You scratched your head awkwardly.
“So. Could we maybe get something to eat now?” You proposed.
“That sounds lovely after worrying my ass off about you,” Felix slapped his arm over your shoulder. “You know for an angel I didn’t realize you thought—“
“pLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF–” Jeongin waved his arms around, covering himself with his wings like shields. “Let’s say that conversation never happened. Sound good? Okay! Let’s go eat then,”
“You talk like it was all my fault.” You quipped, leading Jeongin and Felix to the kitchen. “Pasta sound alright?” You asked, trying to distract yourself from your thoughts. The moment Jeongin left the room, you turned to Felix.
“You think Changkyuns gonna make an appearance?’
“Oh dear Satan. Jeongin would have a heart attack,” Felix frowned. “You don’t think Changkyun would kill him right?” Felix almost asked nervously. “Sins definitely do not get along well with angels,” he shook his head. “Also, he’ll sooner or later find out you’re related to a deadly sin.”
“I really hope that won’t happen. And I really don’t want to tell Jeongin either. Like, how would he even react?”
“React to what?” You startled and turned toward a confused Jeongin. “A-ah, nothing important.” A snap of electricity whisked through the air, emitting a supernatural violet. Speak of the sin and he shall appear or what?
“It’s Grandp—“ Changkyun popped up from the ground, only to immediately whip around and face Jeongin. “The fuck is this pest doing here,” Changkyun shot electricity straight toward Jeongin. He yelped in surprise, managing to dive bomb out of it’s way, although not without a few of his feather’s being singed off.
“Stop it!” You yelled, the electricity fizzling out right before destroying your wall. It was momentarily silent until Jeongin screams. He is completely petrified. Why is there a deadly sin in your house? Why is he referring to himself grandpa? Why did he have to be an angel? ”Hey, Jeongin, it’s okay. It’s okay.” You clung to him, gently patting his head.
“I don’t wanna go near him,” Jeongin fluffed up his feathers, wrapping his wings around his body creating a sphere. “He can’t touch me like this,” his voice was muffled inside the sea of feathers. “He won’t go near you okay? I promise. Changkyun isn’t actually that bad, he’s just annoying.” You gently patted Jeongins wing cocoon. Were you imagining it or did you feel a slight burn from touching them? You frowned, pulling your hand away.
“Hey,” Jeongins voice piped up. “Are you gonna explain why he’s here or..?” He let his wings droop to the ground, sitting cross legged now. While his wings were rather large he appeared to be somewhat small. “This cannot be real. Are you kidding?” Changkyun turned toward you. “A demon having a guardian?” You raised your hands defensively. “Hey, I’m a quarter demon at most.” You lowered yourself down next to Jeongin.
“S-so let me get this straight,” Jeongin began. “He’s your grandfather,” He pointed an accusatory finger toward Changkyun. “SIN,” he emphasized. “HE has some wild crush on you,” Jeongin’s hand moved toward Felix. “PRINCE OF HELL,” He practically screamed. “I’m a terrible guardian,” he dropped his head into his hands.
“That last point isn’t true, you’re not a terrible guardian,” you reassured him. You decided that you probably shouldn’t tell him about Chan or Seungmin. You leaned over to give Jeongin a tight hug again, only to flinch away at the undeniable burning sensation
“Are you okay?” Jeongin quickly folded his wings behind him, grabbing your arms and inspecting them. “Ah, you can’t even touch my wings.” He frowned and shook his head in disappointment. “I never thought I’d be roped into something like this,” Jeongin let his head hang in his hands.
“This is all quite a bit of a mess, I know.” You sighed, running a hand through your hair.
“I need to talk to you, actually.” Jeongin hopped up, lacing your hand in his and pulling you toward another room. “I’m sure you demons can converse or whatever, right?” Jeongin shot the two a sly look before continuing the walk. “O-oh, okay?” Baffled, you followed the angel. What could he possibly want to talk about? And that badly enough that he would just leave to demons alone like that.
“So… what did you want to talk about?” You was just a little bit nervous. Once the two of you were alone, Jeongin grabbed you by the shoulders. “I—“ Jeongin paused, biting his lip a bit. “Can we go outside?” His eyes were still nervously attached to the doorway, as if expecting one of them to appear any second. You furrowed your brows, but agreed. “Sweetheart what’s wrong? You seem really anxious?” You frowned at him. “Please, tell me what’s going on?” You nervously rubbed your arms, wincing at the slightly reddened skin from my contact with Jeongins wings.
“I—“ He looked as if he was trying to practically force words out from his mouth. “I don’t know how you feel about Felix right now, but just remember who he is.” Jeongin warns. “This isn’t really him. This isn’t how he acts. Don’t you remember?” He wore a heavily concerned gaze. “He’s highly manipulative. I don’t trust him one bit.” You couldn’t meet Jeongins gaze. It was the truth you had been trying to forget. Trying to forget the fact that it had been Felix who killed Minho. You wanted things to be easy, ignoring the fact that they weren’t. Felix seemed so sweet, and you wanted him to hold you. You wanted him to love you. Even though you should be aware of his true nature. You kept silent, unable to meet Jeongin’s gaze.
“I know it’s hard,” Jeongin hesitantly placed a hand on your shoulder. “But you really need to get away.” His face darkened a bit. “He thinks he’s got it all figured out. Why else would he be so casual?” Jeongin’s head quickly turned toward the nearby door. “I swear I can feel someone,” he hissed under his breath. You sighed deeply. I knew Jeongin was right. But you also knew that you were in too deep. You followed Jeongins gaze in concern. “I think we should go back now.” Your voice was quiet. “Please,” Jeongin stepped in front of you, blocking the entrance. “You need to trust me on this one,” His eyes were pleading. “I can’t let this happen,” his hands were clenched at his sides.
“Jeongin, sweetheart. I know you’re concerned, and probably rightfully so.” You sighed deeply. “But what am I supposed to do? You know I can’t just… go.” With another sigh you entered the house. He was right, and maybe that’s why you werebeing so defensive. He frowned, his wings drooping as he followed behind you. The two of you returned to the two demons who stayed seated in the main room. When you entered, Felix seemed to brighten up.
“So, was there some Guardian to Demon talk or?” Changkyun raised his eyebrow. “Would you stop calling me demon already? I don’t think i qualify.”
Jeongin silently scowled, his eyes never leaving Felix. “If you’re related to me you’re a demon. Don’t argue.” Changkyun waved his hand in the air.
“He has a point,” Felix shrugged, giving you a sly side smile. You rolled your eyes, trying to ignore the animosity between Felix and Jeongin. ‘I’m still only a quarter demon. I don’t think that counts. Also neither of us even knew we were related until very recently.” You raised a brow at Changkyun before continuing your sentiment. “Did you visit mom?” You leaned your head up against Felix. You didn’t want to rub it into Jeongins face, but it just happened automatically.
“Ah, no not yet actually.” Changkyun turned bashful, heat rising to his cheeks. “I didn’t want to impose, and I didn’t know if she would want to see me after all this time.” Felix leaned into you, his hand going to intertwine with yours. “Well, I can’t tell you that either. You might just have to try it yoursel– and try not to get shot then.” Yoi couldn’t help but to add that little quip.
“Well,” Changkyun hopped up from his seat. “I should probably go inform the others of this,” he groaned, dragginga hand down his face. “So much drama is going to go down, I can already feel it.” He grumbled. “Now we need another prince,” Felix let out a small chuckle at Changkyun’s behavior. “You don’t need another prince, you have me,” Felix shrugged, you couldn’t tell if he was joking or not.
“Okay Cocky I’ll see you in Hell whenever you return,” Changkyun rolled his eyes, snapping his fingers to open a portal. “Anything I need to know before I go?” You awkwardly scratched your head. “I don’t think so,” you watched Changkyun vanish, the tension leaving with him.
A bit after Changkyun left you noticed Jeongin had gone quite silent. He sat on the floor quietly, observing. “Hey… you know, you can always go home if you want to?” Maybe that had been the wrong thing to say. Jeongin looked slightly taken aback before standing up in a huff, fidgeting his wings so they’d lay comfortably on his back before they disappeared.
“Yeah, I think that’s best. I was getting a little tired anyways, I’ll see you soon hopefully?” His eyes met yours sharply. This was your choice. You knew the consequences. You’d deal with it. You knew it was immature but you didn’t want to deal with anything negative right now.
“I hope you’ll get some well deserved rest then. See you around Jeonginnie!” Jeongin gave a sullen smile before turning toward the door. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. With that he opened the door, giving you one last warning glance, before disappearing out of sight. “Angel boy is finally gone,” Felix semi-groaned, flopping back into the chair. You winced slightly, you did feel sorry for Jeongin.
“I kind of feel like sleeping for about a week now. I’m so glad this is finally over.” You sighed deeply. You really hoped your words were true, but deep inside you knew they weren’t. Whatever this was, it wasn’t over.
“Yeah. It’s so nice to not feel like you’re going to die everyday.” Felix shut his eyes tightly before opening them. “It’s sort of a weird feeling to be honest, I never expected to be able to relax after all of this.” You hummed in agreement. “Yeah, it’s weird. So much happened in such a short time… who would have thought it all started just because of a Chance meeting?”
“I can vividly remember the first time I met you,” Felix’s voice turned more smooth that held what you thought to be an underlying tone of coyness to it. The TV screen flickered, and for a moment you think it’s your electricity being wonky until it faded to a black screen. Confused, you went to stand up and check out the wires only to notice that the rest of the house had also been plunged into darkness.
“You didn’t really think this was over did you?”
“F-Felix? Cut that shit out okay? Come on, this is not funny.” You sighed, the fear returning. You tried looking around in the darkness, but your eyes were still adjusting. You could only feel your heart beating frantically in your chest.
“I’m not joking,” something cool slid across the back of your neck, leaving goosebumps in it’s wake. If it could get any darker it just did, for even when you swore your eyes adjusted you still could barely make out a faint outline of the couch. “Are you really that clueless?” The voice bounced violently around the room. You flinched, “What the hell do you want?” You hissed. Had you really let your guard down this much? Slowly trying to make my way through the darkness, you stepped around the couch. You were making your way around the room, pressing your back against the wall to feel some sense of safety.
“Isn’t it obvious?” The laugh echoed darkly, the room plunging into complete silence. So much, that you swore you could hear ringing in your ears. “I want you,” Felix walked out from the darkness, appearing before you. Through the darkness you could make out his faint outline, but what stood out the most were his eyes. You blinked. “Felix, what? You’re not making any sense.” Still, you were focused on his eyes. Right in front of you, they seemed to hold a hypnotic quality. “Seriously Felix, stop messing with me.” Your voice was shaky again.
“Ha,” He sighed. “I love when you get all scared like this,” he grasped your chin between his index finger and thumb, bringing your face milimeters away from his. His breathing fanned gently over your face, “I can practically taste your fear,” He wet his lips, his pupils narrowing similar to that of a cats. You were stunned to silence, staring at Felix. It felt like someone had pulled a rug from under you, and you were falling again. You had known Jeongin was right. And still, why didn’t you listen? You could feel your heart beating fast, and tears gathering in your eyes. Except, part of you felt disappointed.
”You’re crazy, huh?’ You let out a shallow laugh, still in disbelief.
“Only crazy for you,” he hummed in a sing song tone, his lips grazing over yours. “You shouldn’t be surprised, really.” He pulled away so he could focus on your features. You could practically see the corners of his lips upturning into some lopsided smile. “No one ever changes truly.”Your heart skipped a beat when you felt Felix’s lips. You knew you should be scared. You had no idea what Felix was trying to do. Or maybe you knew and were just ignoring the blazing red flags infront of you. A part of you just wanted to give up. A part of you whispered in your ear, “what’s the harm? Just give up, give in to him. You love him any way.” You bit your lip, trying to avoid Felix’s gaze. The shadows began to receed from the doors and windows. The light had barely reached the floor when the angel burst through the glass, barreling through the house and knocking straight into Felix. Jeongin was careful not to touch you, though, as he already had the demon pinned beneath his body in an instant. You shrieked in surprise, seeing the angel return.
“J-jeongin?” You watched the angel and demon wrestle for a moment from where you stood. Jeongin shouldn’t have to do this alone. You should get at least your knife. Jeongin’s wings slammed down beside Felix, his feathers searing into Felix’s wrists. Felix laughed, his eyes meeting Jeongin’s with a crazed grin. He was apparently unaffected by the pain in his skin.
“I should’ve killed you when I had the Chance, angel.” He hissed, his eyes sparkling before launching an attempt to pull the boy off of him. His shadows tried to latch onto his wings, only to be repelled. The longer this went on the more horrified you became watching Felix. Had you really thought he would change? Had you really believed he wasn’t actually that bad? How naive could you have been? You hated yourself for loving him.
“Do you enjoy this?” Felix tilted his head toward Jeongin, his smile faded while holding eye contact with the young angel. No matter what Felix had tried, his shadows seemed to be completely ineffective against Jeongin. “I hate you angels,” Felix thrashed beneath the boys grasp, the pain finally getting to his wrists. “I forgot how bothersome your kind could be,” Felix grit his teeth together. Felix eventually noticed your arrival back into the room, a shadow leaping up toward you almost like a wall.
“Love, don’t you think two on one is a bit unfair now?” His eyes switched to you, intoxicated by your presence. You sighed, a bitter smile on your face. You couldn’t even look at Felix.
“You know, you’re starting to sound just like Jisung…” You didn’t dare step closer. Felix’s expression fell. “Ah. you really think that?” His eyes flicked back to the angel ontop of him. “Everyone knows I’m worse than him,” a laugh bubbled up from his chest. “You never suspected it though, did you? Even when Jeongin warned you? Your Guardian angel?” His eyes switched back to meet yours, and you could no longer see the Felix you knew. Only a crazed animalistic look met your eyes.
“Seems like I did make the mistake of believing people— demons could actually be good. Maybe I should just kill them on sight. You mused, stepping closer. You seemed almost calm, stepping closer to the two again. You were still averting your gaze. He knew damn well that you could not kill him. You had struggled with Jisung, and he was downright horrid. And you had believed you loved Felix. Or perhaps a part of you still did, despite everything.
“You didn’t do that when you saw me for the first time,” Felix remarked. “What makes you think you’ll be able to do it now?” He tried to shove the angel off of him, this time, Jeongin had a bit of a hard time keeping him down. Yes, he was taller than Felix, but he was fairly light weight including his wings. You kept silent. He was right of course, but you didn’t want to give him that satisfaction. You were in a dilemma. You needed to help Jeongin somehow. If you could at least injure Felix, maybe he’d relent. It was a foolish hope probably, but you clung to it. You just needed to raise the knife and– Felix’s soft, gentle face, him clinging to you, smiling at you flashed across your mind. You hesitated.
“That’s what I thought,” Felix grinned triumphanty before his body seeped through the floor. Of course. The thought hadn’t even crossed Jeongin’s mind, and he cursed silently as he pulled himself off from the ground. Jeongin looked at you before folding his wings in a huff.
“Not the time to say I told you so, but next time do stab him sooner.”
‘That’s what I’ve been thinking the whole time now. I should’ve stabbed him when I first met him.” You sighed. “I’m so sorry to have dragged you into this mess.” You sank onto your sofa, exhausted. “Don’t worry about it,” Jeongin sat in front of you on the floor. “He’s gone for now, why don’t we take a breather and try to demon proof the house? I figured you need a good among of sleep and I myself wouldn’t mind napping for a few uninterrupted hours.” You nodded, “That is a very good idea actually.” You reluctantly stood up again. You had everything that you needed to effectively ward off demons, naturally. Jeongin and yourself spent time spreading salt and other means of protection, taking care to include any windows and even vents too. When you were finished you plopped down in your bed exhaustedly, eyes already closing.
“I’ll be awake for a little longer okay?” Jeongin stopped by your door. “Get some rest now,” he shut your door just a bit, only allowing a small sliver of light into your room. His footsteps grew softer as he walked deeper into the house and away from your room.
“Thanks.” You mumbled to Jeongin, turning over on your bed and cuddling deeper into the blankets again. Even though you were tired, you needed a moment of calming your breathing to stop your thoughts from running all over the place. After a while, you finally fell asleep. You dreamt of Felix. The soft one, the happy one. The innocent image that probably never existed outside of your imagination. You didn’t even realize you were crying in your sleep. You awoke to dried tears staining your cheeks, wiping them off with the back of your hand. You sat in the darkness for a few minutes, as it wasn’t exactly time for morning. You questioned why your body had woken up and cursed to yourself for not getting more sleep. You decided to try and go back to sleep, only to be startled by the sudden shrill scream of Jeongin. You immediately snapped awake and scrambled out of the bed, grabbing your knife and opening my bedroom door. Worry coursed through you and you hurried, only to come across the most gruesome scene.
Felix, standing over a lifeless Jeongin. Your breath caught in your throat. Surely he couldn’t be dead. No. How did Felix get in? Did he ever even leave? Jeongin’s bare shoulder blades were mangled, his wings discarded on opposing sides of the room. Blood was splattered across the floor, walls and especially on Felix. You needed to end this now. Before Felix killed any more people. His eyes switched from the dead guardian up to you almost immediately he perked up.
“Miss me while I was gone?” He kicked Jeongin behind him, taking a step toward you. It was so brutal. You had to fight with every fiber of your being not to break down and cry, seeing Jeongin like this. Through a haze of tears, you glared at Felix. How could you have ever loved him?
“I’m never going to miss you again.” You hissed, raising your knife. The best time to have killed him was when you first met. The second best time was now. He needed to die. You lunged toward Felix. You needed to kill him. He shrugged, flicking his wrist and summoning forth his shadows. The long coils plucked up one of Jeongin’s now mutilated wings to thrust it in front of Felix, acting as a shield. “I think they’re much prettier red don’t you think?” He cocked his head to the side, though, you couldn’t see through the mess of matted and bloodied feathers in front of you. You stopped in your tracks. You were shaking, horrified of the sight of Jeongin’s lost bodypart.
“How could you have done something like this?” You asked, your voice weak. You tried to step around the wing, keeping your distance from it. First Minho, now Jeongin. You had cared for both of them so much, and he just killed them both. “You’re going to die!” You yelled, the fury overflowing. A pale flash of electricity jumped toward Felix. The bolt hit him straight in the abdomen, causing him to let out a yelp of pain as his body crashed to the floor. He groaned as his limbs curled inward, his body convulsing onto the ground. His shadows had completely dropped out of existance, leaving a clean opening. There was no time to hesitate, no time for surprise that you manifested that lightning. Instead, you took out your knife, swooping down over Felix. It was almost serene how the knife sank smoothly into his chest. He wasn’t dead yet, so instead you just stared at him. You knew the regret would wash over you any second now. His eyes shut tightly as he registered how much pain he was in, his hands flying to grip the blade. He winced as his fingers burned against the blessed blade in an attempt to pull it out from his chest.
“Of course. I forgot about that,” his eyes burned into yours. You couldn’t tell if it was of hatred or regret. You were shaking at this point, one hand still firmly pressing the handle of the blade down. Your mouth moved tonelessly at first. “I…” You tried to blink away the tears at first, there was no use crying about a murderer like this, but there was still a part of you that cared too much. “I’m sorry it had to end like this” You whispered. “You brought it upon yourself–”
“Did you ever love me?” his eyes settled on yours, and for a second you swore you could see the old Felix in his eyes. He gave up on trying to remove the knife from his chest, his arms dropping to rest beside him instead. His teeth were grit together as his blood bubbled from the wound, now seeping through his clothing and beginning to settle on the floor beneath him. “Was I just a hopeful fool this whole time?” That question broke you. You begin to sob, your hands shaking but gently coming to rest on Felix’s cheek.
“I did Felix. I actually did” The words were difficult to force out. “Did you?” Your voice was barely a whisper. Had it really been something akin to love that had driven him?
“I did.” He closed his eyes to rest them as a smile stretched across his bloodied face. “I do,” he corrected himself, his eyes fluttering back open to meet yours. His eyes no longer portrayed his natural red, bloodlust-filled irises. Rather, a softened warm brown. Almost as if he were somewhat human. You could only watch with wide eyes as the light in those soft brown eyes dimmed. Had you really done the right thing? Should you have let him live? But you owed it to Minho and Jeongin. There was just too much blood on your hands. Too much blood had been spilled in general. You gently touched your forehead to Felix’s one last time, his life slipping away. There was too much blood in this house. Maybe you should burn it all down and start anew somewhere else.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: You were nothing but a nuisance. A lovesick fool always obsessing over Felix, so why were you looking at someone else?
Felix won’t have that, he’ll do something, anything, to make sure you only look at him, even if that means submitting to your every whim.
pairing: subby!Felix x Reader (Reader does read on the thicker side, and their hair is described as having curls, but no reference to texture)
word count: 2.7k
warnings: COMPLETELY TOXIC, not accurate representation of how any relationships should go ever, humiliation, mutual masturbation, lots of begging, Felix is desperate, no aftercare
a/n: very unedited ;( I wrote this almost all at once after listening to Taste on loop! I’ve been so absent throughout october I apologise OTL
Tumblr media
Felix had always assumed— No, he had strong evidence that supported his claim of being a Dom. He’d tried subbing a couple of times, not once did being at someone’s mercy ever turn him on.
But it only took a party and a couple too many drinks and he found himself completely hard from the way you snubbed him.
You. Of all eight billion fuckers in this wretched planet.
Crazy. Stalker. Obsessed. Weirdo.
Those were adjectives he’d frequently use to describe your childhood crush on him. After all, you had to be a weirdo, chasing after the same guy for almost twenty years now.
Felix tried everything; Tried to reject you politely, completely ignore your existence and then, finally, be mean. It wasn’t uncommon for your puppy love and relentless eagerness to please to be used as the butt-end of a distasteful joke.
Still, how could you move on so fast?!  I mean, you dressed up all prettily in a flowy skirt and high heels all for him, right? So how dare you smile so bashfully at Bang chan, who was only serving you a freaking drink!
He walks over to the makeshift bar, pouring himself a drink. Very clearly within your panoramic vision. But you pay him no mind…?
What.
You laugh at Chan’s cheesy joke and slap his arm, God, you are so stupid at flirting. Not too long ago, you would follow Felix around like a lost puppy, would you follow someone new, now?
No, you wouldn’t.
You wouldn’t, right?
It takes hours for you to finally gather your things and leave. As soon as the party was over and people started to leave, you were up and ready, bidding everyone Goodbye with such a sweet, tired smile. You don’t look for him. What, like he wasn’t worth your Goodbye?
He’d show you—
“What’s wrong with you?!”
You’re certainly taken aback when Felix suddenly grabs your wrist, stealing whatever balance you had with those heels. He’s absolutely fuming, pouty lips tightly pressed into a deep frown.
“Felix…? What?”
The softening of his anger absolutely maddens Felix. No, you were in the wrong. He can’t let this go just because your eyes look so sultry painted in smokey eyeshadow.
“You’ve been ignoring me the whole night— What’s wrong with you?” He spits, tightening his grip around your wrist.
You’re clearly confused, but at least you’re finally looking at him. “Huh?— Uh… I—I didn’t realise. I’m sorry…?”
No. This isn’t you.
Real You would know that ignoring Felix Lee is the last thing you’d ever do.
“What?!”
“I said I’m sorry… Can you please let me go? You’re hurting my wrist.” It’s instinctual the way his hand flinches away from your body once you speak out your discomfort.
Having the weirdest interaction of the night, you’re confused with the way Felix looks at you, but don’t bother staying there to find out. Felix is nothing but trouble. Adjusting your bag, you turn to leave.
“Was it something I did?”
Why did he sound so hurt? He certainly didn’t mean to. It’s not like Felix craved or even enjoyed your unending attention.
“What?!” You sigh. “…No. Don’t worry about it—“
“Then why were you with him?”
Oh God, Felix was Jealous?
No. It can’t be.
He probably just wants you to stay away from his friend.
“Don’t worry… Channie isn’t interested in me,” You shake your head at his silliness. Bang Chan was kind at fault, and since his sister joined as an intern at the place you worked, you both became a lot closer. “Are you happy, now?”
Goodness, you shouldn’t have asked. He looks ten times angrier as soon as you finish your sentence, pretty brows furrowed and pink lips twisted in a maddened scowl. Felix is approaching you with heavy strides, shoulders risen in tension.
“What?!” You can feel his hot breath against your face when he speaks and you have to stop yourself from leaning into it. No,you promised yourself to never fall into Felix’s charms ever again. “Channie…? Since when are you so close?”
“A while… Why are you so interested?”
You can see how he visibly swallows, “…Why won’t you tell me? Do you love him?”
You run your hands through your hair in frustration, undoing the neat updo. Your hair cascades over your shoulders, looking so strikingly soft under the moonlight and smelling like ripe strawberries. God, how much he wants to run his fingers through those curls.
“God, you are so drunk. I’m seriously leaving, Felix, you are not in your right mind.”
“…Lix,” His voice is a broken whimper that hurts his ego like nothing else.
“What?”
“Call me Lix… Please, call me Lix like you used to,” He’s inching closer, slightly bending his knees so he can look up to you instead of down.
“Fine,” You give in. “Lix,” You emphasise his nickname and he nods fervently, “You should go to bed.”
“Come with me,” He pleads, hands reaching out to grasp your arm, this time so delicately, as if he’s afraid you would push him away, cower away from his touch.
This is so insanely out of character you feel like you might’ve stepped into an alternate universe or something. Where the fuck Dr. Strange when you need him to fix things?
“Fe—,” You stop yourself before he pleads again, “Lix, I can’t go in with you, you’re drunk and you’re gonna regret this tomorrow—“ Pulling his fingers away from your blouse, you turn around.
“No! No—No, don’t go, please—Please.”
And he’s reaching forward, wrapping his arms around your waist— heavy hands resting atop the band of your skirt, feeling the heat that emanates from your body like a furnace. Were you alway so warm and comforting to touch?
Sooner than your brain can catch, you lean into his body, back tightly pressed against his chest. Softly melting into his hands, your own hands reaching to find his around your waist.
The coldness from the many rings that adorn his fingers is a welcome contrast to the sudden heat that takes over. Felix rejoices, wanting nothing more than for this moment to last forever. Your body should never leave his. Should never crave another.
He leans down, lips finding yours in a sloppy, desperate kiss.
But you realise the rabbit hole you’re falling into.
You pull away from him in an instant, sending a slap across his cheek. The hurt expression in his eyes is not missed.
You almost feel guilty.
Because he looks so confused and genuine. Nothing like the man you know, with such passionate eyes, an honest horrified look stamps his beautiful face. You almost want to apologise, to ask for another kiss.
Almost.
Not after everything he’s done.
“How— How—How fucking dare you?” You stutter, clasping your hands together in the hopes to stop the mad trembling of your fingers.
Not once, no matter what he did, had you ever even so much as raised your voice at his antics. But you are beyond furious now.
Felix immediately slips into a choir of apologies, falling to his knees, fingers clawing at the fabric of your flowy skirt. His brows are pulled together, eyes glossy in unshed tears.
“You don’t deserve to be this close to my lips,” You thread a dangerous, unknown path right now, but how tired are you of being on the receiving end of such insults?
Oh, how you adored the feeling of this. Turning against him the very words he once spat so violently. The way Felix reacts, immediately widening his eyes and pleading so eagerly isn’t bad either.
“I’ll do anything— Please—“ He gulps, fisting the sheer fabric of your blouse.
The perverted smile that finds your lips is unbecoming of such a sweet person, but what could you say? Felix made you this way. He rejected your kindness, spat on your love again and again.
You’d make him feel your humiliation.
You’d visited his bedroom many a time before, always accompanied by the usual friend group, of course. But for once, you are alone and immediately hit with the overpowering scent of his cologne. Goodness, you want to bury yourself within his sheets.
Sitting on his bed, legs crossed comfortably as you lean on your arms, you watch Felix kneeling so obediently by your feet. His eyes stare at you with so much adoration, as if he’d really do anything for you at this moment.
“My feet hurt,” It’s a test. You want to see how far he’s willing to go. “Give me a massage, will you?”
But to your surprise, Felix is very eager to carefully remove your heels, gulping at the feeling of your warm skin under his fingertips. His hands are so diligent, ridding your feet of the stinging pain of long-term heel wearage.
“Mhmm—“ You hum, losing yourself to the pleasure.
God, that goes straight to his dick.
It wasn’t easy, the way your thighs look so smooth and inviting under your pleated skirt, how you’re sitting on his bed, looking at him, letting him touch you. Asking him so nicely to treat you well, only him.
And now, he knows he’s giving you pleasure. Even if it’s a massage, he’d happily do it anytime you needed, as long as you kept needing him.
But his disgusting brain can’t help but imagine your lewder sounds, anything. How you would look naked, God. Your curves, your body sitting atop his, your weight restricting his hips as you ride him through
“Are you hard?!”
He panics, flinching away from you, hiding his crotch. Oh no, he’s fucked up royally, how could he? You’ll never let him touch you now, you’ll leave and hate him forever—
“Take it off.”
“W—What?” His eyes, honeyed chocolate so sweet it’s acidic in your throat, look up at you with such genuine surprise, but most importantly, miserable hope over your words.
“Take off your pants, don’t you want to?”
Though it comes out as teasing, it’s a genuine question; As much you want Felix to suffer the humiliation you felt, the stupid, lovefool part of you wishes to know he really wants you, he really craves your body.
The way he struggles with the belt, stumbling to pull off his jeans brings a confident smile to your lips. You cross your legs, not only to give him a fleeting glimpse of your lacy underwear but also to suppress the aching that just won’t go away.
“Kneel back down,” You whisper, eyes glued to his figure.
God, Felix was sculpted by the divine. With broad shoulders, but still a somewhat delicate frame and unblemished, milky skin so soft to the eye you just watched to bite and scratch all over. You wondered how his neck would bruise if you sucked on it or how his back would look if you dug your nails into it.
He tries to hide his shameful erection with cupped hands, but you use your foot to pry his arms away. Oh, his cock was just as gorgeous as the rest of him, reddened tip kissing his belly button with tiny drops of precum leaking.
Felix feels himself growing hornier by the minute, specially with the way you look at him with such desirous eyes.
“D—Does it hurt?” You ask, biting at your red lip with such unconscious allure.
“Y—Yes… So much…”
With curious eyes, you stretch your leg, running your foot along the extension of his member. Felix lets out such a strained, pretty moan. You gulp.
“Touch yourself,”
Felix nods fervently, right hand gripping his cock. He struggles with the dryness and you smirk.
You lean forward, cleavage right in his eye line as you open your mouth, tongue sticking out as you let saliva gather at the tip. Felix looks so hypnotised with the sight, salivating at the sight of your mouth.
Letting it drip over his dick, you watch him spread it across his head and down the shaft with a quiet whimper.
“Faster.”
He works his hands in a back and forth motion, stomach muscles spasming involuntarily under the pleasure. It’s such a delectable sight, you can’t seem to tear your eyes away from him, not even when your lower region begs for attention.
His pouty lips forming such a pretty ‘O’ shape, pretty eyes brimming with painful tears. Body unconsciously arching forward, shoulders slumped and trembling under the motion.
Felix almost cums when he sees you stand up and shimmy off your pleated skirt. The expanse of your thighs, jiggling as you jump away from the fabric and hook your fingers around the band of your panties.
The way your belly folds over the lacy fabric, he wants to touch it, to fondle your skin, bite and mark what’s his.
But you sit back down and he’s so, so close to your pussy, he chokes.
And then you spread your legs over his bed, teasing hand running down your thigh, where he can’t touch, can’t trace his fingers over your skin and your pretty ass.
“Come on, isn’t this enough?”
“Yes—Yes— So pretty—“ He chokes.
“Come on, Lix, look at me,” You whisper.
His eyes meet yours and they’re so filled to the brim in lust, innocent doe gaze totally glassy under delirious longing to fuck you into next week. You smile, fingers reaching between your legs to spread your folds apart.
You can see so perfectly the conflict in his brain, he wants to obey, to do anything you want but he also wants nothing more than to look at your glistening folds. Despite the struggle, his eyes remain on yours.
“Cover me in your cum,” A devious smile paints your lips.
Felix chokes, brain so fried with the amount of blood rushing to his dick at the moment. He must have heard your wrong, completely taken over by his darkest wishes.
“W—What?”
“Well, if you can’t,”
He leans forward, nodding fervorously, “NO! Yes, I can! Please— I will be good— Please, let me—“
You crawl back on the bed until you’re comfortably laid on his many pillows and spread your knees apart. Felix follows you, an enchanted look on his face.
Kneeling on the bed, Felix resumes his motion, eyes glued to your fingers as you run them between your folds, collecting the dripping slick and spreading it around the lips.
He groans, speeding up his movement.
“You can’t cum,” You speak out, voice breathy and so seductive to his ears, “Not until I do.”
Felix whimpers, feeling his climax so, so close. His biceps aches under such strain and his cock throbs, so heavy in his hand.
His lips do nothing but softly moan prayers of your name.
You hum, imagining it’s his fingers rubbing against your clit so vigorously right now.
And you enjoy the view, pearly teeth digging into his pink lips, such a painful, pleasured expression. You can only adore the sight of milky precum running down his tip and his fingers, so messy and so, so pretty.
“Hmm, Lix~ Do you want to come?”
“Yes—“ He gulps, “Please— I want to cum so bad! I can’t take it—!”
His begging sends you over the edge and you ride out your high, the squelching sound fills his ears with lewd thoughts of sinking his cock into your wet pussy. He watches you clench around nothing, your body arching up.
“Come on, Lix—“ You spread your lips apart and he doesn’t waste a single second.
Felix hovers over your hips, head thrown back as he spurts ropes of hot white over your sensitive cunt. You moan at the feeling, letting him empty himself over your pussy and stomach, making a mess of his bedsheets.
And he paints his claim on you, tarnishing your pretty body with his essence, letting his scent wash over your body. No matter what, you were his. Of course you were, you would always be.
As soon as his climax is over, Felix collapses.
Hiding his face on the crook of your neck, he catches his breath, heart beating so fast you can feel it against your chest. When he regains his conscience, Felix leans back, hips holding yours in place as he stares at your post-orgasm face.
“Please— Only look at me, baby… Please— Please— Promise me, you won’t look at anyone else, please—“
And you have a terrible record when it comes to resisting those eyes of his.

Its only a few more nights until the Full Moon.
Tensions are high in the house once daylight falls.  You’re able to spend a few moments in bed with Chan while he explains everything in depth before you two fall asleep that morning.  You have another peaceful slumber with no remembrance of any dreams or nightmares whatsoever.  At this point, you’ve forgotten you even had them….
You’re seated in front of the bookshelf where Chan found the demon’s curse book the night before.  With nothing better to do, and your curiosity having gotten the best of you, you find yourself taking one book down at a time.  You first turn them over in your hands, closely looking at material.  You’d dream up wild stories in your mind of who they belonged to, and what secrets that person held when they still lived here.  Some were in English, many were in languages you couldn’t understand, or had never even seen.
“Still over there looking for trouble, bookworm?”
The moment your ears registered the sound, you knew who it was - Felix, his deep voice unmistakable.  You look over your shoulder and he’s standing in the doorway.  He leans in a little, to look over at the empty bed.
“Didn’t mean to interrupt, I was looking for Chan.”
“Oh, he went out for a run.” You turn back to the bookcase and place one back, pulling down two more and setting them on your lap.  “Did you hear from Minho?”
“Not yet, but I expect to soon.”
You share a wordless pause, the silence stretching between you before you look over your shoulder again.
“I miss you.” You finally say.
Felix's lips curl upward in a half smile as he pushes away from the door frame, walking towards you.
“I’m always here, little witch.  You know where to find me when you need me.” He takes a seat next to you, folding his legs underneath his body as he leans forward and takes one of the books from the shelf.  Felix opens it tenderly, turning its pages one by one with care.
“That’s not what I mean.” You speak.  “Ever since I’ve been back…it feels like…your light is—I don’t know—dimming, or something.”
A thoughtful hum escapes his lips as he closes the book and looks over to you.  “It’s very difficult to explain to a mortal.  Once your brain recognizes that there’s no end in sight…that your life is…infinite.” You watch as his eyes glaze over.  “The prospect of it continuing like this, in this way, is just…” Felix struggles to find the words he wants to say and lets the sentence trail off with a sigh.
“I’m just tired, little witch, that’s all.  I’ll be back to myself soon, I’ll figure it out.  I always do.” He adds with feigned reassurance and a crinkle of his nose, as he gives you an added smile for good measure.
Abruptly, Felix’s nose then twitches in familiar recognition.
“Ah, he’s back.” He nods knowingly.
You sniff the air.  “I don’t smell any–”
All at once you’re struck with a scent that was rich and complex, like a fine wine with notes of leather, pine, and musk.  It's the first time you’ve ever experienced it, and its nothing like Hyunjin or Felix had ever described.
“Whoa…” You open your eyes.
Felix lifts a brow before he stands to his feet.
“Your eyes, they remind me of Chan right before he turns.  I’ll have to take a note of that for later.” He says in observation.  You blink several times, as if you’d suddenly see the amber color he was referencing appear in your vision.
“Little witch, little witch, let me come in.” You hear Chan sing from the bedroom door.
“Nope! Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!”
“Fucking kill me.” Felix mutters.
“Then I’ll huff,”
“And I’ll puff,”
You squeal when, within a second, you’re scooped off the ground and into the arms of your hybrid.  His body is slick and wet with sweat covering his bare chest, shoulders, and arms.
He blows a puff of air at you, his breath tickling your nose.
“And I’ll blow your house in.” Chan says softly, following with a kiss to your soft lips as he sets you down on the bed gently.  He presses another kiss to your crown and then turns around to his brother, whom he knew had been in the room all along.
“Felix! Out of your study? What’s the occasion?” He teases jovially.
“Business as usual brother; you, me and Hyunjin should talk before Minho contacts us tonight.  If we’re going to Abysmora, there’s a few extra steps we need to take.” Felix crosses the room, stopping at the door.
“Hm.” Chan nods, “Okay.”
He leans over you, grabbing the black hoodie that lies across the bed.  Chan takes you by the chin, giving you another parting kiss before he follows Felix out of the room, pulling his hoodie over his head.
They take human-paced strides down the hallway side by side.  “You know, her eyes shifted color when she picked up on your scent.  That’s the first time I’ve noticed that happen.” Felix says.  One behind the other, they continue down the stairs.
“To what?”
“An amber color, I don’t think she even realized it until I pointed it out.”
“Hm.” Chan opens the door of Felix’s study as his younger brother strolls through first.  “Then your theory about the Full Moon sounds like its coming true.”
“It wasn’t my theory–” Felix walks over to his desk, clicking on the stained glass lamp.  It casts a warm, orange white glow above the brown wooden tabletop.  “It was Hyunjin who noticed it.”
“He’s a lot different, yeah? Hyunjin has always been capable and smart, but he thinks with a different set of rules than you and me now.” Chan plops his body into the chair, his legs hanging over the arm.
“His soul was sealed for hundreds, thousands of years.  He’s lived more of his life in hell than he has on Earth.  Would you not come out different too?”
Chan’s lips tighten.  “Mm, that’s not exactly what I mean.”
“I have watched Hyunjin since the night he was born.  I have seen his mind work when he’s had his humanity, and I saw the moment in his eyes when it disappeared.  I’m not saying being sealed didn’t change him, but I’m saying—” Chan’s getting more passionate about his viewpoint, so he brings his legs down to the floor, sitting forward on the chair, as he finds what he’s trying to say.
“He’s more intuitive, almost more…perceptive.  It's a type of intelligence that’s not based on rational thinking or logic but…instinct and…feeling.  Something’s been unlocked…and you like to forget that you and he both—are also hybrid.”
“I don’t forget, it’s not relevant.  You know this, brother, vampire blood nullifies witch blood capabilities.”
“Does it? Because I thought we found out, from Hyunjin himself, that when you drain a powerful witch, there’s a short window of time that you can conjure.  Nobody told us that was possible.  What if it’s not possible for other vampires? What if its only possible for us because our mother was not only a witch, but a witch that turned all of us?  What if—other things are possible in us that we haven’t even awakened?”
Felix sighs.  “Don’t you think I’ve been trying to figure that out for years?  I think of that power that surged in me when we conjured at Edith’s tomb, and even beforehand, during the fight, constantly.  If I could drain witches daily just to conjure, I would.”
“The key might be Hyunjin, and he might not even know it yet.” Chan counters, sitting back in his chair.  “All this talk…. where is he?”
“You don’t smell that disgusting cigarette smoke from the back porch?” Felix makes a face of disgust.
Chan lifts a brow.  “I didn’t know Hyunjin smoked cigarettes but come to think of it…. I have been smelling it lately.  I just assumed Jisung was pretty stressed.”
The door opens, slowly creaking its way wide.  “Your first mistake was smelling it and not checking the source of it.” Hyunjin says, entering the room.  “What if it was someone who’s not supposed to be here?”
“Well, that’s just it, Hyunjin, my tracking capabilities are far superior to you two, so if someone trespasses, I’ll smell them before they get to the porch.” Chan retorts to his younger brother matter-of-factly.
“We are all vampires, let’s not make this a thing right now.” Felix holds up his hands, stopping the two from starting in on each other.  He can’t say he missed this sibling rivalry element of the relationship that they all shared;  But Hyunjin was back, and safe, and beggars can’t be choosers.  “We’ve gotten into it with demons now and not just any demons, but the Lee family.”
“That reminds me, Christophe, you saved Minho…once?” Hyunjin asks for clarity.  Chan nods.  “And you called him for a safehouse, yes?” Chan nods again to Hyunjin’s inquiry.
“So that puts us in his debt if he helps us get to Abysmora.”
Felix’s mouth drops as he pushes himself back from the desk slowly.  “Shit, you’re right.  Demons don’t do things for free, he’s going to want something in return, and it’s not going to be something simple, or easy.”
Chan gives it a once over in his brain.  “So, then we tell him that for his help, I’ll be in his debt for a favor.”
“Hold on Christophe, that’s a lofty deal, a demon having a vampire/wolf hybrid indebted to him?  Remember, Minho isn’t our run-of-the-mill demon.”
Felix interjects, “He’s just a demon witch hybrid, if it didn’t put us in danger with the Lee family, we could really take care of him ourselves after we get the Blood Bloom. Without pure demon blood he can’t be too powerful.”
“We could always frame someone else for the murder, send them on a wild goose chase after some other creature.” Hyunjin suggests.
Chan grunts in disagreement.  “That won’t work.  Maybe for a human, but if we’re the last ones to deal with Minho, his network of demons can trace it back to us at some point.  I don’t want to keep running from things like this forever…”
The conversation peters out as the air between them grows still.  All of them were tired.  Life cycled repeatedly, but things barely shifted or changed for them.  You had brought them all such unexpected circumstances, they could remember what it was like for life to be brand new to them too.  It was a contagious feeling that they were all growing to love and wanted to protect.
“You’re going to be a father.” Hyunjin’s soft voice shifts the mood of the room.
“That would be irresponsible, indebting yourself to a demon like that...” He nods to affirm it to himself before he looks between the two of his elder brothers.
“Minho has wanted to have me in the palm of his hands ever since I met him as a witch.  It’s more valuable to him to have me as a pawn.  I’ll be the bargaining chip.”
“No-”
“Absolutely not-”
Felix and Chan oppose strongly at the same time aloud, going into their reasonings in a cacophony of Australian that causes Hyunjin to rub his temples to soothe his aggravation.
“HEY” Hyunjin finally shouts, with much more bass in his voice than he usually uses. Felix and Chan both stopped mid-complaint. The scarlet haired vampire opens his brooding, piercing eyes and slowly drops his hands back to his side.
“You two know better than anyone how I get when someone tells me what I need to do with my life.  I didn’t ask for this life, so I’m not allowing anyone to dictate what I do with it.” He makes things clear.
“My apologies if it sounded like I was asking for permission.”
Chan wants so desperately to contradict his younger brother.  They didn’t go through all of what happened with Edith just to sacrifice Hyunjin now.  They’ve barely begun to feel what its like to be brothers again.
“Felix, brother, where is Abysmora?” Hyunjin takes control of the conversation and steers it back off of him skillfully.  A soft succession of raps is heard from the door before it opens softly, Jisung coming in to join them in the middle of the room.  He yawns.
“Another rager last night, Jisung?” Felix wisecracks, to which Jisung flips him the bird, taking in a deep breath and widening his eyes so he didn’t appear as fatigued as he was.  “Actually, you got here just in time…Hyunjin was asking me the whereabouts of Abysmora, and all I’ve heard of is rumors that it’s in an extremely remote area of the Appalachian Mountains.”
Chan voices his opinion.  “Those span multiple states, the Appalachian Mountains are enormous.”
Jisung chuckles at the naivety of the brothers.  “Yeah, this is no joke like we’re going to be hiking for miles and a lot of Supes hide out throughout Appalachia. Like I said, nobody knows it’s exact location.”
“How are we supposed to do all of this with little witch being pregnant?” Chan adds.
“You know she’s not gonna go for being left behind, it’s not worth the fight.”
“Jisung’s right, brother, you’d better get used to the idea of her not only joining but using her powers—” Felix lifts a finger to halt his brother from arguing back before he finishes his thought, “–I’m just saying to prepare yourself mentally now, because this is who she is, and she’s not going to just lie down and let us run into the fray.  Am I wrong?”
Not only does Chan fall silent, but the others don’t have a logical rebuttal either.
“So, what I’m gathering is that this will be a long trip.  The Full Moon is coming, and quickly.  The three of us need to figure out a way to survive the night without murdering our pretty witch and Jisung.” Hyunjin says as he leans back onto the desk, crossing his arms.
“Why don’t we drop you off at one point, and the little witch and I drive in the opposite direction?” Jisung suggests.
“You’ll have to go pretty far to avoid Chan, and we don’t want to bait him into a town or area where humans live.”
Chan’s phone buzzes and rings out from his pocket.
He pulls it out and the caller ID shows it’s Minho.  He points to Jisung, “Go get her.” he mouths walking over to the desk and setting the phone down on speakerphone.
Felix and Hyunjin move closer as Chan begins.
“It’s a little bit later than dusk.  I thought maybe you were ghosting me.”
"Forgive my tardiness, my dear friends. It's 3:38 in the morning here in Moscow, as you can plainly see."
You and Jisung quietly enter the room to join the others.
“Yes, Minho, all the way from the coast of Maine we can plainly see that it is, indeed, 3:38 in the morning in Moscow.” Chan says, voice dripping with sarcasm.  “I’m assuming you’re ready to let us in on Abysmora…but I’m also assuming you’re not doing it out of the kindness of your warm heart.”
Minho lets out a sardonic laugh on the other side.  “These deals back and forth, haven’t we become friends by now, Chan?  I do mean that, by the way, I intend to help you out of the kindness of my heart, just this once.”
Hyunjin presses his lips tightly together, as if to withhold a comment.
“Friends. Right.” Chan looks to Felix dubiously. “Last night, you didn’t know why you were risking your reputation, and now…. we’re friends.”
“Call it a change of heart.”
You lift a brow in doubt.
‘Just go with it’ Felix mouths.
“In that case, what’s the next step for us to break this curse, my friend?” Chan asks.
“Which room are you in at the moment?”
“The library.”
“Perfect.  Watch the desk, I’m going to give you coordinates to a small coal mining town in Virginia.” As Minho speaks, Chan has to literally snatch the phone from the wooden desk, which begins to burn the numbers into existence in front of everyone.  Felix hurriedly pulls open the drawer, grabbing a notepad and a pencil, scribbling them down.
“Those should take you to a coffee shop that a dear friend of mine runs.  He will be your guide to the Blood Bloom but be forewarned…the mountains surrounding Abysmora are full of some of the most vicious factions of supernatural creatures in existence.  You’re on your way to the burial site of our highest ranking demons, the influence of their energy over the area and its people is profound.  We aren’t allowed to step foot there until we’re laid to eternal rest.  One, two, or all of you will probably die.  If you do somehow make it back with the Blood Bloom intact, it’s a miracle I’m interested in witnessing.” Minho finishes, his voice low and ominous.
Chan can hear the satisfaction in Minho’s tone, and he imagines the dangerous path that lies ahead.  “Understood,” Chan responds, before ending the call and setting the phone down on the desk.  The coordinates had long since disappeared and the desk has returned to its normal state.  The room falls silent, each of you lost in your own thoughts as you contemplate what’s to come.
━━━━━━━━
The first thing to stimulate your senses is the moldy, sewage-like smell that fills your nostrils.  You open your eyes but can’t see anything but blackness.  In a panic, you move, but as your awareness grows, you realize your hands are tied behind your back, and you’re seated in a chair.
You hear voices murmuring around you, and you wriggle a little more, trying to feel for a knot in the thick rope that binds your wrists.
“…wer…”
“…Power…”
“…blessed…ause of the…Full Moon…we can take more…”
You’re straining to make out the sentences, frustrated that it feels like cotton has been stuffed into your ears.  Icy fingers touch your shoulder, and you jump away from the strange touch.
You land onto the floor of the bedroom and Chan is at your side at once, helping you sit up and tugging the lamp string to fill the room with some light.
“Did you have another nightmare?” He already knows the answer.  It had been quite some time since you’ve rattled yourself and him awake, but it had been even longer since you’ve physically thrown yourself from your bed because of it.
You sit up against the side of the elevated bed, wincing as you rub your tummy. “Yeah, same place I think…held hostage.  They were talking about taking more because of the Full Moon.”
“Are you okay? You’re in pain, what’s wrong? Did you fall on your stomach?” Chan asks questions one after another in quick, alarmed succession.
You shake your head.  “No, I didn’t fall on my stomach, I’m just…I’m getting those weird cramps again.” You tilt your head back against the bed.  “God, I just fed from Jisung only three nights ago, and I took a lot.”
Chan releases a gentle sigh.  “The Full Moon is in five nights.  You dreaming about people discussing ‘taking more’ sounds a lot like someone, or something, is siphoning from you.  I don’t know if it's your conjure, your blood, or your patience, but we’d better get the others up to speed pretty soon.”
“Babe, I think the Full Moon has everyone in a frenzied state.  Telling them about my nightmares will only add fuel to a fire we can’t snuff out right now.” You groan.  You were tired of involving everyone every time something in your brain went wrong.  Others had secrets of their own, why couldn’t you? It’s not like it had anything to do with the others right now anyway.
Chan switches from kneeling to sitting down on the floor next to you.  He leans against the nightstand.  “You are the most stubborn woman I’ve ever met.  Like…in history.” he says, a smile playing at the corner of his lips.
“Good, because you’re the moodiest hybrid I’ve ever met…like, in my lifetime.” You reply with amusement glinting in your eyes, nudging his knee with yours as you two chuckle.  A knowing pause grows between you both before Chan talks again.
“Your stomach, does it still hurt?” He asks.
“It’s not quite like a sharp hurt right now…just a dull ache.” You rub back and forth over your soft tummy.  You’re still early in your pregnancy.
“You should let me feed you.” Chan’s voice is gentle as he places his hand on your stomach, slowly running his fingers from left to right, his eyes taking on a warmer tone.
“If you feel up to it, maybe it can help.” You say, and his gaze catches yours when he looks up with a smile.
“Yeah.  I know it's pretty close to the Full Moon but…I wanna share this moment with my family, I want to at least try.” He waves his hand towards his body, opening his legs up to allow you to scoot over and up against his thick torso, his knees on both sides of your shoulders.
“Lean back for me, yeah? Perfect, juuuust like that, my little witch.” You move into place, following his instructions, and then nod to let him know you’re ready.  He takes a deep breath, you can feel his chest expand behind you, and you hear the crunch of his bite into the palm of his hand.  It makes you wince, still to this day.
“Open up for me.” Chan tenderly coaches you, and you let your head hang back onto his shoulder.  You open your mouth as he holds his fist above your lips.  Droplets of blood spatter onto your tongue and he observes you closely, taking steady breaths.  He squeezes his fist only a little tighter, and the droplets pick up a steady tempo while you close your eyes and relish the melody of Chan’s blood as it dances along your taste buds and down your throat.  Your brain can’t make sense of it.  The blood tasted like…well…blood, but the more you swallowed, the better you felt.  Your pain ceases, you feel like you had drank the coldest, purest water in existence after four days in the Mojave Desert with no hydration.  It was incredible, how blood feedings defied the laws of nature.
“Good evening, sleepyheads.” Felix’s voice is somehow even deeper when he first stirs from his daytime death as he stands in the doorway.  He yawns, his eyes still low and sleepy.  “You’re up early, the sun’s barely set.”
Chan’s hand is nearly healed, and he releases his fist, allowing the skin to knit back together in completion.  He looks up to his younger sibling across the room.  “We were kind of in the middle of something, Felix.”
The blonde vampire chuckles, “Do you think I’m stupid? My room’s right down the hall, I could smell what you were up to; and that’s exactly why I’m up.  Just making sure nobody’s killing anyone, is all.” His voice is picking up a cheerier tone as he rolls his shoulders back.  “Can you do me a favor and wake up Jisung when you’re done? I don’t get my breakfast in bed like you, so Hyunjin and I need to take a trip before we leave for Abysmora.”
He’s gone before Chan can fire back a response and you have to giggle a little at how their exchanges went.  They were brothers, alright, and bickered like ones often.
“I guess you’re feeling better now, my little witch?” He asks you, standing up, and helping you also rise up to your feet.
You nod, wiping your mouth with the back of your hand.  “I’ve got to clean myself up.”
“Take your time and meet us in the living room when you’re done.”
━━━━━━━━
Felix places his hand against the tiled wall, allowing the hot water to run over his body as he hangs his head.  The skin of his back is reddening with the level of heat, but he still barely feels it.  He brings his other hand in front of him, curling his fingers into a fist and splaying them, looking over his pale skin, blueish-purple veins spreading out underneath.
“I miss you, Mother.” He says softly, “We all do.  We got Hyunjin back, are you proud of us?” He sighs.  “Chan really needs you, and Father.  He’s having a baby, and he’s got nobody to tell him how to do what you two did.  I’m so old, and I still feel like I’m only twenty three.  They expect me to help and I’m still trying to figure it all out…”
Felix tilts his head back and the water washes his tears down his face and swirls them down the drain.  He sniffs, pushing his emotions back down to where it was more comfortable, and he twists the knob, ending his shower.
He finishes up, constantly thinking, always feeling like he wasn’t doing enough.  He feels trapped inside of his head sometimes, and nobody around him could understand how constricted it felt.  He wondered how it would feel to burst into a beast and run off in the night like his brother.  Chan described it as a brutal physical pain, but that was only temporary, for a moment.  Felix could endure centuries of pain if it meant he’d have a night of pure freedom.
He buttons his shirt in the mirror and runs a comb through his white hair, making sure it was styled just the way he liked it and slicked back. Leaving his bedroom and closing the door behind him gently, he uses a more efficient speed to arrive at Hyunjin’s bedroom door.  He taps with his knuckles, but the door opens on its own.  A little concerned, he pushes it further, stepping inside of the room.  It’s dark, very dark, except for the oil lamp near Hyunjin’s window.  Felix feels a wave of relief wash over him, however, when his eyes land on his brother, on the other side of a massive canvas.  It must’ve been six feet wide and six feet tall.
Felix walks around to join Hyunjin on the other side.  The youngest vampire’s shoulder length crimson hair is pulled up into a messy bun.  He’s staring at his masterpiece, finger tapping against his lips, his gaze focused as he tries to figure out where he’s going next with it.  Felix tilts his head, trying to make sense of it.  He’s happy his younger brother is painting again, it was something he deeply enjoyed as a mortal, and even in his early vampire days.  It was a sign he was returning to…normal.
“What’s this supposed to be?” The older brother asks.  The work was quite abstract, for Hyunjin. An explosion of fiery reds and oranges, with smoky black lines cutting through them like a knife, creating a chaotic scene.
“Everything. Nothing.” Hyunjin moves forward, picking up another paintbrush and adding more swipes of color in the lower corner.  He steps back and looks over it again.  “It’s how I feel tonight.”
Felix hums with a nod, understanding exactly where his younger brother was coming from, despite his lack of a more descriptive way to express it. “Violent.  Are you sure we should feed tonight, little brother?”
Hyunjin crosses his arms, tilting his head at his painting as he shrugs.
“Probably not, but it’ll get worse with time, and we’ve got to get on the road to Abysmora.” He takes off his apron and tosses it onto the nearby wooden stool, pulling his sweater sleeves down over the smudges of paint that had dried on the white skin of his forearms.
“Let’s not waste any more time then.” Felix says.

━━━━━━━━
“Jisung, there is absolutely no way you’re gonna be able to help us at all when you’re like this.” You say, pacing back and forth in front of the ancient witch, who looks right now, like a sleepy young woodland creature as he’s slumped lazily into the couch.
“She’s right, you’re a liability, you’re gonna have to let us help you.  Perhaps, there’s a spell you could teach little witch, maybe I can drain you until you lose consciousness, but we have to do something.” Chan insists.
Jisung looks like he’s under hypnosis, as he stares ahead, his body rocking side to side just a little.  His eyes almost close, but he jumps awake again. “We’re going to Abysmora, how can I sleep? I’m living in a nightmare.” His voice is croaky.
“I know someone who can maybe help me, but he’s in New York City.” he says, rubbing his eye with a heavy sigh, as if he didn’t want to mention it at all.  “But that’s what? Six hours away? And he might not even be able to do anything.”
Chan is beside himself at this point.
“You mean to tell me you knew someone who could lift the curse this entire time and you didn’t say anything?!”
You walk over to Chan touching his arm gently, reminding him to keep his temper in check.  This isn’t normal behavior for him.
Jisung doesn’t really have the energy to react to Chan’s heightened sensitivity.  “I didn’t say that.  I said maybe, and I mean maybe, he can help me.  He’s been close to my family for generations, and even if he did want to help you, his conjure can do nothing for the undead, and that includes you now that you’re pregnant, little witch.” He explains groggily.  You sit down next to Jisung on the sofa and take his hand into your own, the way you always did when you wanted him to take your words very seriously.
“New York City is on the way to Virginia.  Six hours can cover most of the night before dawn breaks, and then we can find a place to stay for the daytime before we continue.  If we can heal you, we have a better chance at getting to the Blood Bloom, which will heal us all.” You reassure him and Chan.
Jisung gives you a small smile.
“Thank you, little witch.” He speaks.
“When you say his conjure can do nothing for the undead…what is this person? ”
“He’s a Gumiho.”
Chan’s fully blown by this information and his expression shows it.
“There’s a Gumiho in existence in America?”
“First, there are a few, second, he’s been here for a long time, centuries.” Jisung yawns, “But you know Gumiho don’t really help those outside of their own species.  He’s worked closely with my family for a long while and helped me learn several important skills in conjure. When my father crossed to the other side, he took me under his wing, since he was unable to have a son of his own.” He looks to you, “Do you know what a Gumiho is, little witch?”
You’re following their conversation along, just as surprised as Chan, if not more.  “From fairytales, sure, you mean, the nine-tailed foxes, right? I read them in some folklore, but I mean…my family never told me about any of that.”
Jisung grasps your level of understanding now. “Then you’ve got a pretty good idea of how powerful they are. He owns several restaurants in Manhattan and Flushing, Queens.”
“Okay then,” Chan nods, feeling more confident about their plan now.
“New York City is our first stop.”

lee felix would be absolutely fucking bursting at the seams, so fucking desperate to touch you, to feel you. yes, he already got to touch you often but never the way he wanted. it was never getting to bury his face in your perfect thighs or rub his cock over your pretty lips while you beg for his cum. eventually, he just couldn’t take it anymore.
it had already taken felix so long to get you used to his more.. intimate style of touching. he definitely would just gaslight you into thinking all his kisses were platonic, that sitting in his lap was just what friends did, that yes it was normal for friends to touch this way.
eventually, finally, he’d managed to convince you of something more. poor yongbok had managed to pass off his increasingly urgent erection as just random, but would propose that you just sit in his lap and let him fuck your thighs.
Tumblr media
“please y/n? i promise i’ll be quick, it hurts.. you’ll help me, yeah?” felix pleads with his big puppy dog eyes, erection straining against his basketball shorts. of course, how could you deny your best friend…
