I adore the lyrilusc cards, but watching the game’s AI attempt to play them is absolutely painful sometimes. Oh, you’ve got three of the little birds on the field? You’re going to summon Assembled Nightingale to get around the opponent’s defense card now, right? Or possibly one of the xyz cards that builds up actual attack points? No! It’s going to attack the defense card with each of the little 0-200 attack point birds and take damage each time for absolutely no reason!

I have never seen the game so consistently struggle to operate an archetype

Losing my job next week~

(I knew it was happening, it's a temp job that is coming to an end rather than a surprise firing or anything like that, but still, it sucks. I really liked this one!)

It's hard not to feel bummed out about it, even though I knew it was likely to happen, and even though it had already been extended like four or five times past when it was originally supposed to end. It just sucks when you have a good thing going and it comes to a end, is all.

But that's life, isn't it? Nothing lasts forever, no matter how much you want it to. No matter how much everyone actually wants it, sometimes budgets run out. That's fine.
