Why am I posting about my routine? (A common question from all my friends these days) . Nothing can beat persistence and I had enjoyed the results of being persistent by dropping a whopping 13% of my weight in two months through my fitness routine. If I could do it, why can't YOU? and I want YOU and ME to be persistent in our attempts to do it. . I am posting this for TWO reasons (not many, go ahead give it a read and let me know if I had made any grammatical errors :P): . To MOTIVATE: I had been hearing from my friends about how they get inspired by my stories and snaps to wake up early, move and get things done. And it felt really good (like really really good). So all these efforts of mine are just for YOU to get inspired to move, and do things which you had been procrastinating and to make YOU PERSISTENT. And to get MOTIVATED: Yes, I am selfish, everybody is. I am trying to use the fear of being judged to motivate myself (social phobia, I know you won't judge me and it might all be in my head.). Now, that I had started posting on these platforms I know everyone sees my posts and knows how I am progressing on my streak. If I quit on my streak or my routine, I know I will be judged for being a quitter, which I don't want to be!! and now I am being PERSISTENT too. .
