We don't really talk about how pretty the castles are

Lythos looks like a fairytale castle. The little shine makes it feel magical somehow. Kinda ethereal in a way

Firene might be my favorite because I'm a sucker for castles on the water. I like to imagine there a lot of fountains and waterfalls throughout the capital

Brodia looks so fortified and powerful. This view makes Brodia's terrain seem way more treacherous than the world map does. They had to carve it out from the mountain

Elusia castle is pretty foreboding and haunting. It just looks like it's full of sorcerers and mages. The snow and trees really add to the feel that you're approaching enemy territory

Solm's palace seems to be the most extravagant out of all of them. It's comparatively wider and much taller than the rest. Brodia and Elusia look tall, but they're tall because of the terrain. It also looks the most inviting because there seems to be more accessible entrances for people to use

Each castle is also surrounded by each of the national colors. Lythos's white stones, Firene's blue waters, Brodia's red mountains, Elusia's lush green trees, and Solm's yellow sands

i headcanon that most of the Emblems can remember crossovers even if the original people couldn't, so sometimes Marth, Ike or Lucina randomly remember the Abraham Lincoln giant robot from Code Name Steam and go hey. what the fuck did the person i inherited my memories from even get up to???
