Here we have hylia's chosen hero, the lion himself, First! You know, I am not really sure what title he would be in LU, but I saw a few fics with him being called First. So here we are! Enjoy!

Dating First Headcanons!

He is rather sweet on you

almost sickeningly so

like letting out a tooth rotting sighing as he watches you go about your day around him

when he falls he falls impossible hard

It doesn't matter how long you have been together it will almost always feels like you just started seeing one another

he will drown you in flowers and the like (Or your respective item if flowers aren't your thing)

They’ll be left on your bedside table, your front door, the kitchen table etc

He’ll leave you poems attached to them, some of which you still haven't finished reading cause your face was much too red and your heart much too full to get through it

he pours himself into his adoration for you and somehow always seems to out do his last gift

It takes a bit for you to be able to ask him to relax a bit with it, and a bit longer for him to understand that you don't love him any less, but he doesn't have to worship you on his hands and knees to prove he loves you.

Once he understand that you don't expect the world from him (as other had in the past *cough cough hylia*) He mellows out a little.

He still loves writing or you, and bringing you gifts, but is more calm about it

He wont ever admit that he loves flustering you with such gifts, and that it saddens him a bit that you aren't used to such niceties that he feels you deserve

He will hold you hand any chance he gets, and if hes not holding it, his hand is at the small of your back as the two of you walk.

He will bow to kiss the back of your hand when he sees you or has to go

and if he has the time will pull you in and kiss your forehead as well.

he cannot cook to save his life, but will gladly do the dishes with a passion

he doesn't sleep well, night terrors and insomnia in equal parts though he  enjoys watching you dream next to him

if you wake in the night and are lucky enough, you’ll hear him telling you about his day softly, or talking about each of your features and how much he loves the respectively.

He’s a little self continuous about himself physically, but the way you melt into his side when cuddling helps that more than you know

that and the way you turn bright red and face the absolute opposite direction if he is undressed to any degree

He doesn't curse all to much, but knows you enjoy when he does out of humor and will do it when you are sad to make you feel better.

will put his scarf down in a puddle for you to walk over

you could be infinitly stronger than him and he will treat you like glass, not out of ego of his own strength, but because goddesses help hi if anything happened to you

he would raise hell in the blink of anf eye that would make the demon king flinch with his tail between him legs

he can dish out romance, but can not take it, so if you save one of his own lines for him, it will take about an hour or so before he can stop sputtering and rebuttable properly
