I saw your post about larries wishing there was a Larry zone at Louis’ concerts, and it’s something I could honestly cry about. I went to his FITF NYC show and while I try to believe that (maybe/hopefully???) most people there weren’t larries, the Larry stuff stood out. There was all the usual crap, like “the hug” phone cases and Harry and Louis 1D dolls held up together over the crowd before the show started, getting cheers. The worst for me personally was in line outside before the show, people were handing out pride flags for a fan project, and the person next to me told me that Louis isn’t allowed to touch a pride flag in public because of his contract and we hold them up to show solidarity and do it on his behalf because he can’t. That level of stupidity and insanity blows my mind. It makes me so angry, frustrated, and SAD that these delusional people are contaminating the otherwise amazing experience of seeing Louis live. (and I HATE that he’s had to deal with this and come to terms with it in some way) I know I should shut them out and not let them ruin anything, and I want to believe that shows aren’t overrun with larries, but it’s hard when they’re so visible and vocal. Maybe it’ll be different at larger shows - NYC was a very small venue and it was intense in there. Which was great for seeing Louis, but also made the Larry stuff worse somehow. I’m sorry for rambling and venting - larries at Louis’ concerts hits me hard 🙁. (And thank you for your blog. I’m newish to tumblr, and being a Louie who’s very anti Larry, it feels a little lonely)

I was at one of the NYC shows too - I was in the back so I didn't really notice that much larry stuff (besides the line in Habit). But the entire time I was in line for merch, the (teenaged?) girls in front of me were talking about Harry, and his best outfit, and their favorite concert, and his best cover etc etc...

I'd hope that this years shows are less larry- and more louis-focused, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. I just know that I'll tune out the nonsense and enjoy every last second of Louis on stage because he will be breathtaking.

(Most louies are anti-larrie, but at least here [or the people I follow] don't overdo it to the point of being weird in the opposite direction)
