Fun fact it was originally Flutterpool who had the lasting grief in game but I feel like it made more sense for Aspenfall to have it, so I did a bit of file editing. Flutterpool is used to heavy losses.

Addtionally Bumblenose is devastated even though he was expecting this to happen because he genuinely thought Spiderstep would die kitting, and that he would have a niece or nephew to remember her by.
