I know what you may think. She’s on the management team so this is her job. And while that is true, I also know what I require in venues that have good music and decor has changed. I site music and decor first because I’m a lite weight drinker. I love the art of mixology, but I’m not a big drinker. I like creative and sweet pourings... @missadib always has me covered. Gone are the days when you simply go to a bar for drinks, music and atmosphere. This was a part of the long conversations I’d have, before I moved here. If you only serve alcohol people will come for a drink or two unless the music and crowd was slamming. They’d leave, in search of food. And yes food is a huge cost to cover. I’m not the hardest person to please with food. I know what works.
