12/27/22 PlyoJam and Yoga. Workout streak continues 10 days.
This was seriously sucky workout. Did it all seated and just couldn't get HR up. The ones with Jason and weights are better for that, but this one is live and I love the people and teacher. It just doesn't work great seated. Sigh.
