me n bird were screwing around with concepts of a fizz cb fusion type thing for the sillies .

thought that fizz is pretty Paranoid but doesn’t have the energy to act on it most of the time whereas cb has lots of energy and is wholly unbothered n thought it would be funny for this guy to be Very twitchy with lots of energy to make it abundantly clear to everyone around him
