Rippling Crescendo Wedding Lounge lot - all I ever wanted for a wedding

It was so hard for me to find a wedding venue that I liked, so I decided to build one instead. I’m sharing it here in case it is of use for someone. I didn’t build this for sharing exactly, so I apologize for the mods and cc used for this. If there’s enough interest I might edit and reupload a cc free version, otherwise this is it.

Built in the Rippling Flats lot in Newcrest, this #wedding lounge lot is the perfect place to gather for a party, be it a wedding or just some regular fun. Besides the beautiful main entertainment hall, there's a DJ booth and floor for dancing, two bars, a café, and the dining area with food. In the basement there's toilets, a kitchen and a photo studio. Enjoy the fountain at the entrance, or the romantic pool garden behind the venue. Recommended is littlemssam's Professionals- employees Lot trait, so you get all the relevant NPCs. The the venue is Seasons friendly and the lot is play tested.

Packs used Seasons, Spa Day, Romantic garden, Parenthood, Cats & Dogs, Holiday pack, Cool Kitchen, Dine out, Jungle Adventure, Get to work, Get together, City living, Luxury party, movie hangout and Vampires. (not sure this is accurate, just assume every pack except my first pet was used LOL)

Welcome to Bradford Square - Magnolia Promenade Makeover

It is finally done; my Magnolia Promenade makeover. Dubbed Bradford Square, this shopping district has all I ever wanted from this mini-hood. I have only furnished 1 shop per building otherwise it would have gotten prohibitively expensive to buy the businesses but feel free to choose which store you want to use for your own business. You can use the ones I made, or modify to your own tastes, or completely make your own in one of the empty sections of thes row buildings. I am just happy I have finished lol.

The Queen Anne (in Windenburg)

While you can place this house anywhere your heart desires, it was designed with Windenburg in mind. A Queen Anne style victorian may seem a little out of place but I'm sure this house has an interesting backstory ;)

I know I always say this but I absolutely love this house and it's in my top 5 favourite builds ever. It features a beautiful semi-open main floor plan with three bedrooms upstairs. The layout and landscaping is designed to optimize canal views and let me tell you, does this house shine at Christmas! 

You'll see that I've decorated it (interior) for the holiday season. I think all the Christmas decorations that I've seen while shopping inspired me to get a jump-start on the holidays. This lot is available to Patreon Supporters.

Clayton Bungalows - Del Sol Valley Homes

I had initially built a palatial Mission-style home on the large lot in the valley district but felt it just felt too much for the culdesac. So I demolished it and 'subdivided' the lot into 3 smaller homes in a craftsman style. I felt so much better about this approach, even if i couldn't have them as individual houses with families. I have only furnished the middle home as that was my favourite, but you are all free to choose which you prefer and decorate it to your liking.

I made this cute little house a while ago for Briella Novak’s sister Daphne.  The upload on Origin is stripped almost completely of any of the CC you see here.  The super cute yellow siding is part of this set by @itssimsimple.  I used a from plasticbox at Mod the Sims:  doors 1, 2 windows 1, 2 plants 1, 2 fence 1 I also used these liberated plants from fran89 at Mod the Sims.

Ward Manor - Grand home in the Hills of Del Sol Valley

The large lots in Del Sol Valley were a challenge. The biggest is yet to come, but Ward Manor was hard. I wanted a grand home that suits Judith's personality and cannon background i imagine. Her original home did not meet expectations so I rebuilt it. And boy oh boy did i rebuild it. With the same feel as the downtown celeb hangout The Westridge, Ward Manor is grand and a statement in the valley. It is there as a monument of Judith's accomplishments and the power she has in the town. Just as I wanted it.

Brentwood House - Palatial home in Del Sol Valley

I love this place, I also hate it because it is such a huge lot. Filling a 64x64 and making it feel like it belongs in a neighbourhood such as this one in Del Sol Valley is tricky. I think I managed it though. It just took ages to get there. The home is also much larger then I am comfortable with in order to achieve the look i wanted. So decorating took a lot longer then I had planned. it is done now so it is ready to be shared and hopefully others enjoy all the work that went into building it.

Castellana Cul de sac - A modest Mission home in the Valley

The last home I needed to share for my Del Sol Valley rebuild was the lot i was using for Johnny Zest. I ended up turning it into a Mission-style home and 2 levels and a modest size suitable for a small family. I think it has charm and plays to the more rustic side of the LA inspired world which contains a lot of these types of houses. I love how it turned out myself.

Do note, I needed to change the roofing on the garage to fix a bug associated with disappearing ceilings caused by the glass roofing. So that area is slightly different now.

Welcome To StrangerVille: Residential and Community Lot Dump

I love StrangerVille. I love the desert landscape, the cacti, the rock formations and the neighbourhood story. Most of all I felt this world gave such a different vibe from anywhere else i didn't feel confined to building the same sorts of lots. That freedom really can spark the imagination and I went about building new lots for how I envision the world. That resulted in 2 community lots (you can't make over the lab unfortunately), and 10 residential lots with the Old Penelope and the 2 versions of the trailer park lot being furnished with the remainder being shells for you to decorate. The Gothic style items were so lovely to work with, and I will definitely be looking at expanding those at a later date.

I use default replacements and unlocks, as they add new, pre-existing items to the game that we previously did not have access to, or made items more usable. These aren't needed but they come highly recommended.
