Once I saw the train in the debug menu I knew I had make some sort of rundown train station, but I decided to convert it into a lounge/bar where sims can drink, dance, and play darts. There is also a little stable that cowfolk can leave their horse before entering and a more quiet area upstairs to just hang out and chat :)

The Starlight

The Starlight is an exclusive, luxury club for the celebreties of Del Sol Valley. The annual Starlight Awards ceremony is held here in an old exclusive theatre. A bar lounge area with grand piano and impostant bar extends over two floors. The whole interior is in the style of the 1920s and is reminiscent of a glamorous Gatsby party.

Chaise Lounge Mod by Twinsimming 😴

I created this mod to work with my converted chaise lounge pieces and originally released it as my first script mod back in 2021.

This new version of the mod now allows for translations to other languages and easier updating.

This is a script mod that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.

Requirements

This mod requires one of the sectional sets I converted from The Sims 4: Dream Home Decorator to function:

A Couch Evolved Sectional Set

Tough and Tufted Sectional Set

Chaise Lounge

Sims Teen and older can either "Nap" or "Relax" on chaise lounges, like my sim in the preview picture.

Conflicts & Known Issues

- This is a new object class so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

- Teen sims sink into the chaise a little when using it.

Venice Beach

Here your sim can explore a small boardwalk with a surf store, clothing store, a spiritual souvenir store, a small deco pub and a minimarket. But the heart of the building is a two storey bar, with a small stage on the beach. There is also enough space for sunbathing, two showers to get rid of the salt water after swimming in the ocean and space for a campfire when the first stars appear in the sky.

Luxe Lounge 🍸

Merry Christmas! Here is a gift for you: this is a luxe lounge on the top floor of penthouse

I really liked the idea of penthouses in TS3, so I decided to bring it to TS4!  I used the decorative building from the debug menu and built a new floor above it which is fully functional.  All this time, I really missed some massive building in the city center, where most of the buildings are multi-storey buildings, so I think this place is very suitable for Del Sol Valley! This building turned out to be multifunctional. I chose the Lounge lot type, but you can use it also as a Nightclub or a Restaurant, depending on what you need at the moment!
