In the first of the videos I’m testing my ability to jump off a branch that is around 6 feet off the ground and I managed to do it four times in a row. No doubt if I was 40 years younger I could probably manage to jump off a higher branch without worry of injury. One of the things that I noticed on this particular climb was that I thought it more in the bottom of my spine than I did on the bottom of my feet. Next time I tried jumping off this branch I’m gonna try different trainers that offer me a support rather than five fingers to see whether there is a supporting difference..
