Just got both of Mei's achievements! I'd been playing her on and off vs. AI and I decided to try her in Quick Play. I was surprised to get both of her achievements in the same day. Only have one hour as her in Quick Play. Mei is now my new main; first was D.VA, second was Bastion, third was Mercy, and now Mei.
